My only complaint would be that you can hear quite well into adjoining rooms and we had loud neighbors.

The front desk people were fantastically helpful. The room was very clean, and the bedding was so soft and luxurious! I will stay at this Westin again in October!

Very nice room. Easy check in. Convenient to shops, restaurants and public transportation. I will be staying there again and I would definately recommend to other travelers.

My friend andf I loved the hotel and the location. So convinient! Althought we checked-in a Saturday night, after we checked-in we got ready, we went out and when we came back we realized one of the wine botles that was on the products that they charge you extra, was missing! When we checked-out they told us about the bottle of wine and they were about to charge us for it but I told then what happened and they didn't. All I am saying, be careful.

The Westin has a lot of nice amenities, but the halls on the residence floors reverberate and doors crash when closing. Lovely hotel, but not a good place if you like to sleep a little late Sunday AM.

Loved the hotel and the location. The charge for the wifi is ridiculous though, especially since I couldn't get it to work and was on the phone with the tech department for half an hour. Hotel kindly returned fee but why wifi is not free is amazing to me, surely the tech support is more pricey than the $12.95 they charge a room for wifi access?

I go down to Copley mall quite often from a suburb of Boston. I always thought it would be great to stay here since it is attached to the mall. Especially during the Holidays - such a nice atmosphere down in the Copley area. You cannot get a better location in Boston to stay(which you are definitely paying for). You are right near everything. My issue was the cleanliness of the room - especially the bathroom. When I walked in the room I I smelled urine. The toilet looked like it had not been cleaned in days. The bed linen had a large stain. Very disappointing. I will try the Marriot at the other end of the mall next time.

We recently stayed at the Westin. It was easy to get to on the T from the airport; 18 minutes! The room was big, but the comforter that was on the bed was stinky.

Below my expectation ,they keep making mistakes with my accounts(charged me twice for the room)

Great Boston location for getting around. Close to the T, skywalks, shopping and great restaurants.

First of all, they allowed us to check in at 11am, almost unheard of in the hotel industry! They also bumped us to a higher floor. The room was immaculate and the location is unbeatable (it was a snowy weekend, so it was great to be safely ensconced in a hotel that's attached to a mall!). To top it off, they let us check out late (2pm). I truly feel that it was great value and service.

Every yr my best friend and I come Xmas shopping for 4 days and stay at the westin, it is so central and the best of the best!

we spent our 51 wedding anniversary New Years EVe with our daughter, husband and two children. It was a great evening and one of the best in our 7 years using The Weston in Boston. The service, efficiency, newly renovated rooms were very comfortable and clean. We often visit Boston from our Rye home for a night in Boston and seem to alway chose that location because of its consistency and excellent service.

Located in the center of Boston's Copley Square this is a fine and consistantly fine choice. I have stayed here on numberous occasions and have always had a good experience. The location is second to none. Within walking distance to the Prudential Center, Newbury Street, The Public Gardens and so much more.... A great place to stay

Looked the location. Love the beds.

I have stayed at this hotel twice in the six months. It is very easy to drive to with onsite valet parking. The rooms are clean, but during this trip I had trouble keeping the room temperature constant. It was either cold or hot. The hotel is very close to the subway, but many of the major sites are within walking distance. The skywalk to Prudential Center was great. No heavy coats needed to go find dinner and shopping. The staff are very courteous and helpful. The only disappointments were the pool and fitness center were closed for renovations. They had arrangements with another hotel, but I was not comfortable bringing my kids somewhere else. The pillows on the beds are awful, either very hard or very flat. Lastly, you must pay $25 per day for Wifi. Despite the disappointments, I plan on staying here again on my next weekend trip to Boston.

We loved the convenience of the hotel. We were able to walk everywhere. The service was excellent. My only gripe is that the lighting in the bathroom was terrible...way too dark! Otherwise a fantastic experience.

The hotel is very nice and the rooms are adequate. If you have a conference at Hynes, then you will be face with a longer walk than the other hotels (Sheraton, Marriott). The good thing is the walk can be done completely indoors. 3 issues that made the stay somewhat negative. Needed to warm up some food and they wanted to charge me $25 for a microwave. Had to walk to Shaw's grocery story and they were nice enough to do it. TV remote was not working and had to be replaced. The biggest issue was that their gym was underconstruction which was not stated on their website. This was a big inconvenience.

I was in Boston for a conference and stayed at this hotel for five days. Check-in was efficient and friendy. The hotel overall and my room were clean and well-maintained. It has a contemporary design with a nice lobby area. It is very conveniently located within the Back Bay area of the city (about one block from the Copley subway station) and is also attached to a shopping mall. I would definitely recommend staying here. The conference I was attending was located primarily at the Hynes Convention Center, which was described as being ATTACHED to this hotel. While this is technically correct (its attached through the shopping mall), travelers should know that it is about a half mile walk to the convention center. Not a big deal if you pack appropriate walking shoes, but don't be mislead by the location.

I stayed in many hotels in Boston over the years, but the Westin Copley was the best! I would recommend to anyone because it is by far the most conveniently located hotel with spectacular view at a reasonal price.I will continue using this hotel in future.

Nice hotel... comfortable, good size rooms, nice staff. I'd stay here again.

Overall 3 1/'2 out of 5. Great location, however breakfast was expennsive for the quality USD30

Service expected by a westin branded hotel

The Copley Westin was perfect. The location was close to all the must see sights and walking distance to many great restaurants. The staff was very kind, professional, helpful and very responsive. If your going away for the weekend to visit schools or a weekend getaway Copley Westin is spectacular. We will be back!!!

This is really one of the nicest hotels I have stayed at recently. The room was beautiful and immaculate. The location was fantastic-close to great shopping and restaurants and also a great area to walk or jog area-great sites, near Boston Common, the Public Gardens and the Statehouse and Beacon Hill. Absolutely Fantastic!!!

Valet parking was not available for me. I had to walk seceral city blocks, not happy.
