As expected the service was top notch and the location was spectacular. Only slight disappointment was charging for internet unless you signed up for something but so much available to do it was not a real issue.

I may not always be able to afford to stay at the Plaza but if possible I'll try to make it my NYC Home. Oak Bar is currently closed, but that's how it goes sometimes. The Lobby Bar is quite a good scene.

The Plaza is just as classy as they say. A suprise night for a friend in NYC turned into an upgrade from our concierge Salvatore. We had a beautiful suite with sitting room, guest bath, bedroom and incredible master bath. We truly enjoyed the experience.

Went there for the husbands birthday and loved everything. They even surprised us with a birthday cake upon arrival. Especially loved the nightly turn down service.

The $$$ refurbishing was worth it!! What a gem. The staff...all of them....we're at the ready with anything we needed. A splurge but worth it!

We had a Great Experience at the Plaza. We ate at the Plaza Food Hall and it was great. The Champagne Bar is also a nice place to have a drink. It is a great hotel.

A beautiful hotel but the housekeeping management should be addressed

We stayed at the Plaza for our honeymoon. It was just fantastic. I have been staying at 100's of hotels through my career and never been so satisfied with the service. Special heads up the concierge staff for making all changes on bookings and comming up with brilliant suggestions for daytime and evening leisure, restaurants and bars.

We stayed at The Plaza for 4 nights when honeymooing in New York. It is the best hotel we have stayed in, and we would highly recommend the hotel! Great location, beautiful rooms, good facilities, fantastic service from all of the staff, the best concierge service we have experienced as well as excellent housecleaning. We will definitive stay at The Plaza next time we will go to New York.

I fully enjoyed my stay at the Plaza in NYCity. The personnel were unbelievably helpful and warm. I have stayed in many hotels both domestic and foreign and the Plaza ranks at the top. I would highly recommend it to those who are prepared to pay for the very best.

This is supposed to be a luxury, 5 star hotel. When you pay top dollar, you expect service. I was travelling with my wife and son. Before my stay, I request a roll-away and was assured it would be set up upon arrival. Of course, it wasn't. I requested 5 mores times before and after check-in up until 9:30pm. Never got it. What you will get is more apologies than you want to here. It seemed as if every time I was at the front desk, they were apologizing about something to someone.

The renovations that The Plaza recently have made were made in great taste. I never imagined that they could make the place even more beautiful but they did. You do pay for quality. The only issue I had was with my credit card. Other then that I would recommend this place to others.

Totally loved it here. I would stay here every day of my life if I could!

The Plaza was very nice, if expensive. The workout room -- for a hotel of the Plaza's cost and opulence was terrible although it was open 24 hours which is a plus. But, I felt a little nickeled and dimed. When you are paying that rate and ask if the front desk has any aspirin, you don't expect to pay $1 per pill. Perhaps they could just make them available to the guest. The tiny can of coca-cola in the room refrigerator was outlandish. You expect to pay more in your room but not this much more. Geez.

The Plaza is everything you every dreamed of and more. Everyone should experience this hotel at least once in thier lifetime. From arrival to departure everything was impecable. I asked for an upgrade and the cost was well worth it. Traveling with my twin college daughters the 1/2 bath was all mine.Our suite was perfect. We got rained in one night and ate downtstairs. The selection of food was amazing and the cost relative to dinning in NYC. We went for drinks at the Oak bar and that was a treat. Roel, concierge, arranged our activities perfectly. From dinner at Lava to the latest clubs and best pizza he called while we were out to make sure we were happy. He is the best assest the Plaza has. Find time to sit at the lobby and enjoy coffee or drinks and people watch. Staying at the Plaza is now off my bucket list and I hope to be fortunate to return.

It is a very nice bathroom in every sense. It is actually very large but it lacks some basic items such as counter space, towel hangers for hand towels. It could be improved with very little effort

From the time I got out of the car, until the time I was heading back to the airport, I felt as if I was the owner of the Plaza hotel or like I was some sort of visiting dignitary. The staff could not have been more accommodating or welcoming to me and my girlfriend and the room... Well, let's just say that I have stayed in many hotel rooms over the years, many of them suites in 5 star hotels, and never, ever, have I experienced anything like this one. We were in the penthouse, which was a 2 story penthouse with a terrace that overlooked the city. The room was impeccable, but what made it better was that the decor was that of a palace (beautiful portraits, 24 karat plated bathroom fixtures, velvet covered furniture, etc.), but also had a technology level that would rival or exceed the most advanced hotels (I-Pad to control the lighting and temperature, heated floors in the bathroom, flat panel tvs and an advanced telephone system to incorporate your own personal touch). I have been staying in New York for the last 14 years and usually at the best hotels, but I had never stayed at the Plaza. However, after the experience that we had, I would find it difficult to ever go to New York again without the Plaza being in my plans! If you can afford the extra dollars it might cost you, it will be WELL WORTH IT!!!!!!

enjoyed it generally and great experience to be in new york at what is regarded as "the hotel".not sure i could afford to stay there for a week..... good space in room after their renovations but not one comfortable chair to relax to watch tv as the carved and gilded decoration gets you in the neck everytime you lean back. looks good but ain't comfy.

The new owners brought back the grand era of the Plaza with great taste and sense of style. Unfortunately unless you like the aroma of horse droppings outside the main entrance then you will enjoy all the amenities indoors. My suggestion is that they get some kind of aroma killing device to combat the stink. Otherwise the park across the street and all the great shops along fifth avenue and madison avenue will entertain your senses.

Além de ter a melhor localização de New York é super confortável e tem um excelente atendimento.

Mas um ícone renovado, reformado, moderno e ainda assim tradicional e lindo. Serviço atento, atencioso e eficiente. Faltou algum detalhe como cesta de frutas e flores no quarto - comum em hotéis dessa categoria. Excelente preço via Hoteis.com. Praticamente 50% da tarifa balcão. Alexandre - São Paulo

Ja, det koster litt mer, men her har du tilgang på det meste. Cenral park ligger rett over gaten og hotellet ligger sentralt til ved 5th avenu. Gode senger og stort bad samt store garderobeskap. Champagnebaren har nydelig champagne men den koster........ S.Solbakken

Si vous aimez le vrai grand luxe, les nombreuses petites attentions et un confort sans compromis, vous adorerez. En plus l'hôtel est situé en plein coeur de Manhattan avec le Central Park comme cour ou jardin adjacent. Tous les membres du personnel se comportent avec les invités comme si l'hôtel leur appartenait de la femme de chambre au concierge. Nous y retournerons, c'est sûr!
