Holiday Inn Express & Suites Kendall East Miami - جنوب ميامي

We stayed for four nights. The room was spacious. It is quite far from Downtown Miami but was not a problem as we had a car. The beds are quite soft but did not cause any back ache. The worst thing about the hotel was the polystyrene plates and plastic cutlery. Not environmetally friendly or pleasant to use. I would stay at this hotel again.

Stayed here both times will visiting Baptist Hospital and would stay here again. Overall this hotel is great, front desk people are friendly and helpful. This is a fairly small hotel but nicely done and maintained. Hotel is non-smoking so that was a plus for us. Location is close to everything you could want; pharmacies, banks, restaurants, shopping and of course Baptist Hospital which was our mean reason for going there, however this means that the view is not spectacular (just other buildings and parking lots). Tip: Look for curb side Holiday Inn sign as the building is a little difficult to see whilst driving as it is hidden directly behind a huge McDonalds. Overall great stay both times we visited and we would recommend to other.

Came from west coast for Miami Mud Run. Arrived early. I was allowed to leave bags while I tended to race matters. Great time, and great stay!

for a bussines hotel very good.cleanliness of the room super.

The hotel was great. The front desk personnel were really nice. The hotel smelled great & was super clean & quiet. The room was spacious, clean & much more than I expected. We stayed at 3 hotels in Florida and by far this was the BEST stay. We would DEFINITELY stay there again for our next visit to Miami, Florida!

Overall, excellent. We had two rooms. The main difference between the two was that Rm. 402 had a newer, digital A/C that worked great. However, Rm. 404 had an older model A/C that didn't cool the room very well. Other than that, the hotel was very clean, the breakfast was good, and the beds and pillows were comfortable.

It is very comfortable and well located. The neighborhood is quiet and with many opportunities for good food and entertainment.

The customer service is the worst we have ever encountered. We were greeted with a mumble and ignored as we left early (we cut the reservation from a few nights to only one night because we were so unhappy and uncomfortable there). Zero customer service at the front desk, they really did not care at all about anything (customers, their jobs, the hotel reputation etc.) and it clearly showed. After a very long journey, we were not even greeted with a hello or welcome, no smiling either, clearly that person is unhappy working there. Even when we said goodbye and said thank you, the front desk reception was busy talking with another employee and did not even respond. The breakfast was limited with cold bagels and waffles which tasted like they came out of the freezer and were dethawing, it just added to the unfresh feeling of the hotel in general. How this hotel got such a high rating is beyond us. The decor is old, run down and cheap looking. The hallways smelt like chemicals, the door to our room did not lock properly, the swimming pool looked filthy, the room was smelly and the carpet felt very dirty, just overall a very unclean feeling. Kendall is a lovely neighbourhood so cannot say anything bad about the area. I was shocked and disappointed at the discrepency between the reviews and the reality, a terrible hotel experience for our whole family.

I really enjoyed staying at the Holiday Inn Express

easy on and off the highway - staff were helpful when a package had to be UPS to us at the hotel - the included breakfast was good.

friendly staff, convenient, comfort, love it.

This was a nice hotel, with friendly staff. Great location near major shopping area. We had a small problem with the fridge in the room but the staff was nice enough to change our room to down the hall since maintenance had gone home for the day. Room was clean and spacious. Had a great breakfast and the check out time was wondeful since it was at noon.

Front desk was very helpful. Close to everything for food, business, etc. Room was large and clean. Only complaint was a group making noise by the pool until 1am and my room happened to be right above it. Hotel took care of the problem but took a while.

first off check in was a breeze ,room was very cool when we go in ,wifi work ,lot of great malls and restraunts in walking distance ,maid service was great

Stayed here after my cruise. Taxi fee was stiff, but hotel was great. Loved the room, the bed was comfortable. Great breakfast in the morning. I would definitely stay there again.

Our second stay at this hotel won't be our last. Well run. Great breakfast. Convenient location.

Hotel has all the amenities others mention, but b'fast was very basic. Instead of well-made omelets or scrambled eggs, there were pre-molded egg patties... just nothing special or very tasty. Also, the bathtub was very slow to drain and did not look clean.

The pool is shaded by 3:30......... The adjoining restaurant service is poor and the suggested 25% service charge is too high. Just to open a bottle of wine they wanted an additional 25%............. The bells and buzzers from the lifts keep you awake - it really is loud. Our room overlooked the busy road and petrol station. The breakfast room was too crowded and they did not replace the fruit Try somewhere else like the Hampton hotel we used next.

Had to wait 15 minutes for the desk clerk to show up on check in. Hallways smelled. Room was questionably clean. Bed was lumpy.

This hotel is so centrally located, right by the turnpike, close to restaurants and shopping.

The room was nice and cold when we arrived and everything was clean. The breakfast was good, but we miss the peanut butter.

100% satisfied with location, staff, physical hotel. Would be nice if it had an evening bar !!

We stayed at the hotel for 4 days. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The complimentary (hot and cold items) breakfast was perfect for a fresh days start. If I have to visit this area again, I will most probably stay there again.

Courteous and helpful staff...clean room...great breakfast buffet. No problems of any kind. Would highly recommend!

Always choose this hotel because of its proximity to the Turnpike. It is very centrally located for us. Each time greeted by a friendly staff member.

Even though our stay was short-it was GREAT! The hotel was clean, the complimentsry breakfast was WONDERFUL, and the location was perfect. Would stay there again, and probably will!!! Thanks!

We stayed two nights at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Kendall East Miami and everything was wonderful and just as expected. The room was very large! The bathroom was really small, but other then that, it was great! Breakfast was all that we needed ( Eggs, bacon, bagels, waffels, toast, milk , juice and coffee). Would for sure go back again if visiting Miami. Nice location by lots of places to eat pizza place, red lobster, Mc Donalds, sushi place etc.

Seemed to be a new hotel

Holidaty Inn Express and Suites Kendall Miami was Excellent! The room is a suite that includes all that is needed and more...very clean and organized, had a refrigerator, kichen sink, small living room set, desk, flat screen tv, nice bathroom, and a very friendly and attentive service. We couldn't have asked for more. I will definitely stay at this hotel in the future. Great Job Holiday Inn!

The first morning after check in I had no hot water available in the room. Another thing that happened to us was that when we return the evening of Wednesday, December 22 my room was blockaded and do not allow me to enter, the reason was a mistake. Then when I was ready to take bath,... I realize that there no towels in it, I called reception and explained the situation an required them to bring towels to me, we wait for over 15 minutes but the towels never arrived. I call back, and in this second occasion they came with 2 towels.
