I would give a much higher rating except that our room was not ready at 3:30 when we arrived to town. They wanted us to wait an hour more.

Perfection....as always....

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. Very friendly staff and clean. We will be returning soon.

Beds were uncomfortable but other than that nice

Loved this hotel. It has everything you'd need - proximity to several great restaurants; relatively close to the airports; plenty to do and see at the Galleria mall; spacious, clean rooms; and comfortable beds. Wifi is rather expensive, but otherwise it's a great hotel.

Had a good time however there was confusion on my part regarding breakfast. As part of my package breakfast was included, so we ordered room service to deliver breakfast. We were on the executive floor and breakfast was available on the next floor up, which we realized after the fact.

Rooms and service were aces..fitness center was best I've seen with no additional charge....Mall is adjacent with direct access. Right off freeway ramp..not much of an area to walk a pet around.

The hotel room was so much nicer and updated than I expected. Hugely comfortable beds. Interesting layout with a built in closed cabinet against the spacious window which held the ice bucket and tray, coffee maker, multiple drawers, and a safe. And the rain-shower shower head and new modern fixtures was another welcome surprise. Late check-out was easy, the maid service was polite and professional. Great stay!

The rooms are large and clean. The bed is comfortable. The parking fee is steep. Over all it is a good place to stay.

Nice room and bathroom. Very comfortable. The staff was friendly.

The Westin Galleria is an excellent well run property with plenty of amenities. The staff was very friendly and took good care of us.

My favorite spot when in Dallas. It's connected with the galleria mall. The hotel is newly renovated and the service is great. Very centrally located.

It was great, the only reason I gave "room comfort" a 4 and not a 5 was the traffic was a little loud coming from the tollway throughout the night, but I realize that with a road facing room not much can be done about it.

Over all hotel was great only issue I had was parking

I love this hotel! I will do it again!!

Overall the experience was great and room was clean, and having the mall next door as well as lots of dining options is VERY convenient. Only thing is the first room I was sent to smelled really bad. I asked to be moved and was immediately accommodated, which I really appreciate, so bonus points for that. However, the second room still kind of smelled similarly bad (though not as pungent fortunately). I'm not sure if it's the cleaning solution they use or something, but it really is very unpleasant, especially when you first enter the room. It's unpleasant to the extent that if I were to know that's how all the rooms smell, I would probably choose a different hotel next time (I hope that's not the case, because I really do like this hotel).

I really liked the hotel and being in the Galleria. I do think the glass doors to the bathroom provide no privacy if you are traveling with friends.

Front desk staff slightly unconcerned

Great spot to stay. Easy access to everything, great service and oh how I love the Heavenly bed.

Nice and convenient. Not quite luxurious, but quite comfortable.

I love many things about the Westin including their great customer sevice and the comfy beds and the large size of the room. There is good storage and it's wonderful to be able to just walk into the Galleria to shop which is what we were there for. However if I have a complaint it is the shower. Although it has the double shower heads which was nice the hot and cold water went in and out and you had to just keep adjusting it throughout the shower. I also think there should be some restaurant in the hotel that serves breakfast besides room service, we were able to walk out to the mall and go to Starbucks for coffee at 7 but even the Corner Bakery out there did not open until 8 for food which is unfortunate. All in all though would go back just plan a little differently.

Great. Very satisfied.

The Westin is wonderful. It was beautful and well maintained. Will stay there again!

My daughters and I had a wonderful time celebrating their 13th and 16th birthdays!

From the moment we stopped out of our vehicle we were pleased with the hotel staff. From check in, to room service and check out! The room was wonderful from the 18th floor view.

I went for my 35th birhday and I can't say enough wonderful things about the hotel. The staff was friendly and accomodating. The kids pack was awesome. Our rooms were clean and modern. The bay window in the room was a huge plus. We enjoyed the lounge on the 21st floor. It was a great feeling to be able to run out into the mall at 8:30 for a quick item and run back to your room. I can't say enough great things about this hotel. The ticket printing kiosk was a huge plus. The ONLY bad thing was that we were excited to get into the pool, but it was freezing so we were unable to enjoy it. I saw other comments about the pool, but I thought surely the issue would have been fixed by now.

Westin is our favorite!!

1ST ROOM SINK LEAKED, SLOW ABOUT REPAIRING, MOVED TO ANOTHER ROOM FINALLY, AC POOR

The valet was our first contact with the Westin and they made us feel pampered and oh, so special. Then when we checked in, the guy at the front desk took care of our reservations for dinner and had our luggage sent to our rooms so that we could go shopping immediately. It was a dream to come back to the rooms and find all of our things sitting there. Soon thereafter, room service arrived with two bottles of wine with glasses (compliments of the Westin) for us to begin my birthday celebration. Everyone was so friendly and helpful during our stay. The scent in the hotel lobby was heavenly. It was as warm and welcoming as home. We especially appreciated the valet employees!
