Sometimes I would return and the floor would not be vacuumed or there were no towels in the bathroom?? Then my leather belt disappeared!! Aside from that, the staff was very friendly and accomodating.

Everthing was great. The only thing bad was room comfort air conditioning did not work well and room was very stuffy hard to sleep also windows leaked during rain storm

If you just need a lace to stay near the airport it is perfect, drawback is there are no restaraunts or anything nearby, it is all about the airport.

I reserved this hotel because I thought it was accessible form the monorail from the airport -- but it is not (there looks to be some sort of back way, but we could not figure it out). Only two Marriots are on the line, although the Marriot is visible when you leave the Westin, so it is just across a road or two (no sidewalks). It was on sale, or we would have stayed at the Drury Inn - I was hopeing to avoid going back to the airport and riding a shuttle after dropping off the rental car. One coffee pod in room for two people - extras "for sale" in store. Cheesy. Luckily, before I noticed that little sign (there a a number of small signs in the room to explain various oddities) I asked one of the room attendants cleaning another room for extras. Charge for internet. Chintzy, skipped that. To drop your bags with a rental car you have to park at the back of the lot to avoid valet, hopefully have someone checking in while you do that, and then schlep your bags about 100 yards, get to your room and back and get out of the lot within 20 minutes to avoid about $30 charge. Again, cheap and cheesy. Stop nickel & diming us to death, Westin! Won't be back.

My stay was wonderful and when I return to Atlanta I will stay here again..

My stay was horrible, not only were they infested with ladybugs, but they maids didnt change our sheets daily, she refolded out dirty towels, the parking was horrible, even the bellhop was bad, along with the resturant they send you too called, Joe's was nasty as well. The whole trip was horrible...

A few housekeeping inconsistencies but the beds are always divine. We needed more towels and toilet paper. even though the hotel is so close to the airport it was still very quiet and did not interfere with sleep. for the first two days of our 5 day stay the hotel hallways and bar were very noisy. Some sort of convention. eventually things quieted down. The westin is consistent and the shuttle to the airport is a very convenient feature.

The hotel's location was very close to ATL. The check in staff were friendly and the rooms were clean but a bit smaller compared to other hotels. Toiletries were very limited and were not replaced the next day after room service. Internet service had to be purchased and self parking was $12.95 for a day! Overall its a good hotel but a little expensive for the features it offers

this hotel is perfect to stay in atlanta one or two days because it's very close to the airport.it has a shuttle service very efficient.the staff is very kind and ready to resolve every problem.If you want go to downtown you can go to the airport by shuttle and from the airport you can take the train that in 10/20 min arrives in the centre of the town.the beds are very confortable

Room not cleaned during overnight stay, housekeeping came too early and do not disturb signs were on door. Service didn't not return.

Beautiful hotel. The staff was very friendly. The room was clean & the bed was very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again when in the Atlanta area.

This hotel was nice, the people in front were friendly. The purpose of my stay was to utilize the indoor pool / hot tub. Neither of the two were open, the pool was closed and the hot tub drained. I was very disappointed. The flat screen in the bedroom part of the suite did not work. I was advised to call the technicians who never arrived. Overall the space was nice. It was a great place for an evening in with your spouse; however, if you want to do anything but sleep I do not suggest this hotel. The amenities were not up to par.

The hotel is very nice. Nicely decorated and the staff was very friendly. The restaurant's food was good but we thought the selection was a bit limited especially if you wanted something light.

Great hotel and great price. U have to pay $10 per night for parking, but most nice hotels ask for something similar. Restaurant food is pretty expensive, but overall hotel service was good.

best service was hotel returning my rental car for me. food was ok... maybe a little weak.

This was like a staycation for me but at the hotel i loved it.

Stayed Saturday night to go to the Aquarium on Sunday. The Hotel staff is very nice and helpful and the Hotel is located adjacent to the airport which makes it convenient to just about anything in Atlanta. Airplane noise was very minimal. We received a complimentary upgrade because the room we had selected was sold out, so that was an unexpected benefit.

The bathroom is very small and did not have an exhaust fan. If not for that fact our stay would have been perfection.

The Westin is close to the airport so there isn't a lot to do in the neighborhood, but the resturant there has a lovely selection of entrees and super service. The room was great and they even brought up extra pillows within minutes of calling down to the front desk. Lovely place to stay if you are in the Atlanta area. Maybe attending a conference at the GGIC or flying out the next day.

For those needing to be close to the Atlanta airport, this hotel fits the bill beautifully. Duvet blanketed beds; clean and comfortable room; Starbucks coffee in the lobby - and the free shuttle at 5:40am. to the airport was on time with a friendly driver. I would not hesitate to stay again.

Stayed only one night, but the hotel staff @ check-in couldn't have possibly been more delightful! The room was super comfortable and clean as could be.

It always amazes me that discount hotels offer free wireless internet to their customers and high end hotels (who charge more for their rooms) make you pay for wireless internet in your room. Just does not make sense.

Excellent hotel, clean courteous and stylish. My room was excellent. the chackin area was a little tight for loading and unloading but that was a problem with location and architecture. There's nothing around the westin for neighborhood no readily accessible restaurants like over on Sullivan road back across I-85 in the other side of Riverdale Road, but overall?? 9.9 of 10

this hotel was perfect for a layover in Atlanta. the real bonus was that they have an outstanding restaurant. I would definitely stay again.

This will work for those having to be close to the airport

I have stayed here several times over the past 10 years. It is clean,comfortable and I usually get a good rate- which makes it worth it. The food is good, but expensive. On my last stay, the staff were NOT attentive- several times I had to wait for them to break up a conversation (including one ocasion with the manager!). The AC in my room was broken- did not realize it until 3 AM, and did not want to deal with it at that point. When I let the staff know the next morning, I was fobbed off on other people- not my problem anymore, I am trying to do you a favor. It took a long time to get coffee at the kiosk. Even though I was on the preferred floor, I was CLUE FREE about where the reception was....the area is OK. There is a decent place about a half mile away. It is close to the airport and that makes it a good location. Pool is nice too.

Although the hotel is nice, we all stay in hotels to get a good night sleep. That doesn't happen at this location. With the atrium floor plan, if someone is outside the room you hear everything. On my particular night, there was a large group partying until 12:36 am. Then there were people coming and going all night, yelling in the hotel. The hotel makes you think you can control the thermostat in your room. Not so. I set mine lower before going to bed. It kicked on and looked like it would cool the room, but it did not. The rooms must be centrally controlled. Even when I got out of bed the next morning the room was warm. Walls are paper thin. I heard 2 wake up calls- not my phone ringing in my room. Must have been the adjoining rooms. Don't appreciate waking up at 4:30 a.m. and 6:00 for no reason. As for the mattress, excellent. But what good does that do when the pillow are feather and have NO support. So overall, the hotel room was loud, hot and uncomfortable.

the WESTIN was not as nice as I thougtht it would be. The pool was dirty.The front desk guy was rude and the so called hypoallergenic bedding made me itch. It was my fiftieth birthday and there was nothing special about this hotel.Should have saved money and gone to a . motel

The Westin Hotel at the airport is very luxurious. It is very clean, inviting and the staff are friendly and helpful. It is not too far from downtown, when you think about cost of those more centrally located to the sights. Next time I take my famliy to Atlanta, I plan on staying there. It is reasonably priced and worth every penny.
