We choose this hotel because we needed something that was close-ish to Zona Rosa and to Line Creek Ice Arena. This was perfect. The room was clean, bathroom was alright. I'm a bathroom snob and don't like little bity tiles on the floor or anywhere because the grout just looks dirty. But other then that, and I'm sure it was clean, the room was good. It was warmer then we like and adjusting the thermostat didn't seem to help. The pool was warm and the kids had fun. The breakfast was pretty great for free. They had fresh waffles, biscuits and gravy in a crockpot, fresh and refrigerated fruit, yogurt, bagels, pasteries, and some microwavable items like sandwiches and pancake-on-a-stick. The staff was very friendly.

Very helpful and generous. We needed three extra parking days which they gave us at no extra cost. The breakfast was great and they opened early for us since we had an early flight. My hotel of choice.

They had a special where we could park our car for the week and stay the night. Clean room, nice people at the desk and even had a full breakfast at 5:30 in the morning. Great place to stay if you are near the airport.

We only stayed one night. Not the most comfortable but OK. Breakfast was average, nothing to rave about. I think I would have chosen a hotel that was a little cheaper given that there was nothing extra, nor were the rooms very comfortable. It was noisy (next to highway 29), even though I requested a quiet room, the clerk placed us on that side anyway. Nothing special about this place.

Should have better sign to find the hotel... if their was on we did not see IT... we was their at 7:30 a.m. for breakfast, and not much their..... people going early to the airport, their should be more of a choices.....

The hotel was nice. However, our problem started when the pool and hot tub were closed for our entire stay. The one thing a hotel has to have is a pool. unfortunately we waited to complain until check out. There idea of a fix was to send us to another hotel to swim. Which did us no good as we were checking out and the kids missed to pool the other two nights. Breakfast was good and the rooms were nice.

PASSING THRU KANSAS CITY WHILE ON VACATION. HOTEL IS CLOSE TO AIRPORT AND INTERSATE FOR OUR TRAVELS. STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY, ROOM WAS CLEAN, BED WAS COMFORTABLE, CONTINENTIAL BREAKFAST WAS GOOD, WE MET FRIENDS THAT TOOK US DOWNTOWN TO JACK STACKS TO EAT KANSAS BAR-B-QUE GOOD FOOD…… BUT MEMPHIS STILL BEATS KANSAS WHEN IT COMES TO BAR-B-QUE… KANSAS DOES HAVE REALLY GREAT STEAKS.

The walls were thin and the people in the next room talked and banged around till after midnight making for a very short night. The breakfast was good and the shuttle service was very good.

Room was supposed to have a couch but didn't so made sleeping with 5 a little uncomfortable

The hotel was clean and the rooms were comfortable. Would recommend it for your next stay near the airport.

This is the most convenient place for us to stay, besides always being clean and comfortable. We have never had a bad experience and the staff is always very friendly and helpful. The transport to the airport both ways is always on time and the drivers are most helpful and friendly. We have stayed here every time we fly out of MCI and have never been disappointed....we recommend it to all our friends!

Great location. Easy in; easy out. Clean rooms and great staff. Definitely will stay there next time I am in Kansas City.

Couldn't be more pleased for the money. The front desk staff was so friendly . Really went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The breakfast, etc was pretty typical for hotels in this price range, but the beds were comfy and the shuttle was great. Can't beat it for the price.

We stayed at this hotel because it was next door to a hotel at which we were attending a seminar and the Fairfield seemed to provide a better deal. It proved to be a good choice and was closer to shopping, etc. than we had previously anticipated since it was considered an airport hotel. The continental breakfast is better than most, although when we were there, the hotel was full of young softball or volleyball players and the breakfast area was too crowded in the morning. I also didn't appreciate the guests who thought they could fill their own bags with the fresh fruit and other take-away items, but I'd guess it's difficult to police this. Overall, a good stay.

We only stayed at this hotel for one night, but we were very pleased with the condition of the hotel, the friendliness of the staff, and the location. Our only complaint was that the ac unit in our room was leaking from the condensation but it was quickly remedied. We were only driving through, but would stay here again!

Clen room and very helpful staff. 5:00 AM start for breakfast was a great help and the shuttle service was on time and very convenient. I will stay here every time I am in the area.

Great Room at a great price! Very friendly staff. 37' LCD FLAT SCREEN TV in the room! Rooms and hotel were very fashionable and everything was perfectly clean. There was even a little store to by food and supplies in the lobby. The breakfast spread was amazing. Waffles, eggs, muffins, cereal, fruit, yogurt, juice, coffee, and even bagels! What a breakfast for free! Free Wifi in the rooms. Beds were even pillow tops! Super close to convention center and airport. Needless to say it was awesome.

Was up past midnight from the noise in the hallway. Called the front desk three times without any satisfaction. Miserable night on the first floor near some meeting room where a family reunion was happening. The noise was ridiculous!

This hotel far exceeded my expectations. The rooms were comfortable - complete with wireless internet, flat screen tv, and a refrigerator. The staff was friendly, the complimentary breakfast commendable, and the location superb for anyone coming from/going to the airport. I would definitely go back.

Vey clean, very nice staff would stay there again

The front desk clerk was extremely helpful and pleasant, she even printed my boarding pass for me when the guest computer wouldn't print. The bed was great, the noise level was what you would expect from a hotel. The floors were shiny in the lobby and the furnishings were nice and not worn. I will stay again.

We reserved a suite and was nice to have a sitting area separate from the bedroom. The flat screen TV was a nice updated feature. The shower had great water pressure and the shower head was positioned for "tall" people so you didn't have to bend over to wash your hair....

(1) The only ice machine in the building is on the main floor, which was very inconvenient. (2) There were no coke machines in the building. Rather, they had a "store" on the bottom floor from which you could purchase (overpriced) soft drinks. I'm not a fan of this practice, as it adds time and cost to the purchase of something that ought to be readily available. Other than than, no problems.
