I was disappointed with continental breakfast. First visit no yogurt or fruit available, just all wheat items. Very hard for a person with a gluten allergy. Also there were no herbal teas available.

Stayed twice in four days. First time room was ok. second time room had large hole and crack in wall. pool liner is loose and stairs in pool dangerous, floor in pool area was slippiest I have ever known, very dangerous for our grand kids Not a good experience at all

This is an excellent hotel for an overnight stay. It is close to the Fairview Mall and it is right off the Don Valley Parkway. Nice, clean pool and hot tub. Quiet. Great Service. Ask about parking as there is a small fee (but you are free to come and go as you please). Stay here and you won't be disappointed!

Overall the hotel was fine. As I was driving there I realized I didn't have specific directions so I called and called, no one answered the phone. Pool was good (clean). Fairview Mall is very close with a movie theatre and it is close to the Ontario Science Centre.

only complaint was poor lighting in the room breakfast was on the sweet side would have been better if some simple cottage cheese was added to the buffet

We got there and realized that we had booked a week ahead. The manager at the hotel was extremely helpful in accomodating us and we never ended up paying any penalty. The rooms were comforatable and parking was fairly cheap.

My wife has at least 6 bed bug bites on her neck??

Quite pleased. Needed to be at Queen and Bond for an appointment, so worked well going down Bayview. However, the statment regarding restaurant and lounge on site is really a misadvertisment. There is really none there. The table an chairs are there but no service. My gut tells me there isn't really any plan to have one either. The continental breakfast was more than adequete.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, the room was very clean and would recommend to anyone to stay there. A twenty minute drive to downtown but not in rush hour traffic.

Staff were very nice and initial impressions were good. The bathroom was mainly clean but the counter hadnt been wiped and there were toothpaste spots on the counter. The sheets had blood on them so we got them changed. Then when showering I noticed the ceiling was mouldy. My husband was unwell on the weekend so I didnt want to venture out for supper so I went down to the hotel restaurant- which was closed down. So the nearest place I could get food was a 25 minute walk away. Then the next morning when we went to get our breakfast there was a very loud church meeting in the restaurant which disturbed the peace. When the church finshed another moved in and came in pulling huge rattling metal containers all through the eating area. Need I go on? Not a pleasing stay Im sorry to say.

The hotel is not in a good location for anyone without a car, but with a vehicle it is close to the Don Valley and 401. The rooms are adequate, not a luxury hotel but for the price just fine. Don't expect a gourmet breakfast, but there was fruit, cereal, juice, coffee, yogurt and bread and pastries.For us it was more than adequate. Hosted a small function for 60 people, catering was very good and the food and service were excellent. We would stay here again.

i orders this hotel for my father in law. he enjoied his staing and was very satisfied to find the hotel close to everything he needed, clean and comfort. thank you

Would have been nice to have had a booklet in the room outlining hotel amenities. An explanation of the parking payment procedure would have been nice. Surprised to find parking was extra. No exhaust fan in the bathroom caused mirror fogging. No handbar in the shower made getting in&out hazardous. TV could not be changed from 'widescreen', so some labels & subtitles were missing. Hotel dining room was closed. Nice beds. Air conditioning was not too noisy. Staff was pleasant. Pool & Exercise room were fine. Complimentary breakfast was good, but no protein. Location was easy to find and easy to get to places. Close to restaurants & shopping.

The service was terrible. I deliberately booked 3 rooms with 2 beds each, but none of the rooms were configured that way. We arrived 1/2 hour before check-in time and asked if any of the rooms were availbale, and the answer was a flat "No" without even checking. I asked for some local information and was told that I could Google that. The in-room air conditioning unit was extremely noisy - bad enough to make it very hard to sleep. Only 1 of the 3 elevators was functional, leading to lenghty delays every time we came and went. Every member of my group was very disappointed in this hotel.

When I received my confirmation email it stated 'Hotel Features. Days Hotel & Conference Centre - Toronto Don Valley features a restaurant and a bar/lounge. Room service is available during limited hours. The hotel serves a complimentary continental breakfast. ' THERE IS NO RESTAURANT OR BAR/LOUNGE. It also said 'Room type: King bed non smoking, Breakfast not included' The holtel does offer a complimentary breakfast. The price I was quoted from hotel.com was higher than what the hotel was going to charge me (approx $15.00), I would like to know whay this is. It would be nice if the company that you book a hotel through, sends you correct and up to date information. From now on I will book my hotels directly.

The restaurant/bar in this hotel is closed and there is nothing within walking distance. This is something I wish I'd known before I booked, but the rate was good and the staff are very accommodating.

The room was nothing special, very plain, and the walls were paper thin, so you could hear everything going on....but for a cheap hotel in Toronto I guess it wasn't bad.

Comfortable large high-rise hotel, once a prestige brand in a suburban business neighborhood of north Toronto. It's well maintained and efficiently operated now by Day's. At this time, it is a "rooms only" facility. Day's offers no food/beverage services to utilise the elaborate existing F&B facilities on-site. Hopeful they will soon re-open those in-house amenities. Meanwhile there are small food and beverage providers a short walk across the street.

Bathroom was a little small Would have been nice to have a fridge.

This hotel has changed brands a few times and is acceptable as a Days Inn at a Days Inn price. The rooms are comfortable, but the hallways, elevators, and facilities are less than you would expect in a business hotel. When I arrived the front desk clerk could not find the reservation and took 15 minutes to check me in. There is a fee to pay for parking in a lot that is always empty and as far as I could tell there is no security. The breakfast is sub-par, even for a continental, the coffee was cold the hostess non-attentive. Everyone is just going through the motions at this location.

there was no wifi connection available, i could not log on with my laptop or my iphone. So literally I had to disconnected with my work and family. As there are no restaurants in the hotel ot close by, had to walk 2 miles to get some food

I aways stay here due to location for my business travels. It has changed it's name to Days Hotel. Condition of my room was not up to the standard I experienced in the past. Paint chiping off the walls in Bathroom. I understand they are renovating but I was not told that upon check in. Found out quickly when I got off at wrong floor. Whole floor was under construction. Having said that I plan to return so and would hope I would be put in a better room. I stay here every time I am in Toronto area for business. Front desk was very helpful with something I left behind and for that reason I will return.

Tuve una equivocacion en la reservacion y llegue un día antes el empleado de ahi a pesar que tenia reservación para los 2 dias siguientes y le solicite si tenia habitación para ese dia pero no tenia, me hecho a la calle a mitad de la noche sin siquiera permitirme esperar sentada a que amaneciera ya que ahi no habia habitaciones para ese día y el hotel cercano no tenia vacantes. Esa persona que se dedica al ramo del turismo en lugar de ayudarlo lo ahuyenta. Fue horrible ser tratada de esta manera ,una extranjera turista que no esta en su pais aqui nunca nadie en ningun hotel haria eso. Además queda muy lejos de todo; la tina de baño estaba sucia y se estancaba el agua y habia vellos púbicos en las sabanas. Nunca regresaría.

Nous sommes resté à l'hotel au debut juin 2011. Nous l'avons choisi par rapport au prix et à la proximité d'un point d'intérêt. Le service à la réception a été impécable, le stationnement gratuit, internet wi-fi. L'éclairage de la chambre n'était pas suffisant et les prises électriques presque absentes. L'hotel est calme et le déjeuner continental inclus est en fait un bar à pain/baguel avec quelques fruits et café. Il est situé pres de plusieurs resto/épicerie (10min marche). Nous avons apprécié notre séjour et le prix était bon.
