Good service and it is near the train station.

We had a good stay in Grand Palace. The location is good between two train stations and close to imperial palace garden where we can do morning walk and exercise. There are many nice and affordable restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. The staff is very helpful with all our questions on how to get around in Tokyo.

We had a triple room, which provided 2 twins (we now realize Japanese twin beds could sleep 2), and a sofa bed. We were a family of 4. For Japan the room was spacious enough for us, very clean and comfortable. We had no problem with room temperature as other reviewers had commented on, and the room was a perfect temperature. Which was lucky as I was very apprehensive about booking this based on those reviews. The subway was 5 mins walk, JR about 10mins, with plenty of interesting shops to view on the way. Koishikawa Karakuen Gardens are within walking distance and well worth a visit. This isn't a particularly touristy area, which I prefer, as I like to get a feel for the country itself other than what it puts on for the tourists. I can't comment on the restaurant as we didn't eat there. I would recommend it.

The hotel was located near a subway station, making it extremely easy to navigate around Tokyo. Staff was extremely friendly, helpful & knowledgeable when we had any questions. High recommendation & thanks must go to this hotel & a particular staff member (Guest Relations Manager). A travelling partner had an unusual medical ailment during our stay here & this particular Manager went above & beyond his role to assist us to get it looked at & treated promptly. When told he had just missed the traveller & where he was, this gentlemen walked all the way to where he was & took him straight to a specialist & stayed to translate the session for him. Then accompanied the traveller to a pharmacist & assisted in the obtaining the proper medication. Such help & kindness from this Manager helped fix the problem promptly to allow for enjoyment of the trip. This example is just one of the help we received from the staff at this hotel and for which we are grateful for. Highly recommend the hotel!

Hotel was really comfortable to sleep in. It's very close to nice restaurants and Kudanshita station, however quite far away from tourist attractions we visited. Getting around Tokyo was really easy. The house management services always makes our room good as new every time we go out. Nothing much negative to say about this hotel. Am completely satisfied with mostly everything I guess. Good job! :)

Several positives: location, quad room w/ 3 beds, friendly. One (HUGE) negative: Room was too warm w/ only heat as an option in late Nov. Suggestion: If you visit in the fall and prefer a cool room at night when you sleep, this hotel is not for you! We were miserable (even my 10 yr old who sleeps through everything, woke up saying, "It's too hot; I can't sleep"). They had already moved us from the side of the hotel w/ the sun shining on it to the opposite side - which was what the porter suggested after noticing how hot the room was when we arrived. But, even the other side was way too hot. We could not touch the thermostat since it was set to heat only in the fall season. When we showered, the room got even hotter - even tho we tried not to turn on the blow dryer since it would heat the room more. Our next night we got smart - they delivered a fan to our room and we opened up the mini frig - made our own a/c :) It did help a bit. Nice hotel otherwise. ps - We were on the 15th floor - lower floors may be cooler. pps - bring your own water (buy it across the street or next door) as the hotel doesn't supply complimentary water and there are no drinking fountains in the lobby.

Good location, near subway.

Convenient location - close to train stations JR/Metro. Close enough to JR Tokyo station; Nihonbashi; Imperial Palace. 7-ll, McDonald, Starbucks were also quite close by; a couple minutes walk.

We've stayed in this hotel three times over two trips to Japan, and for good reasons! The hotel is centrally located in the middle of Tokyo and close to three metro lines meaning it's convenient to get anywhere in Tokyo. Also nearby are convenience stores, meaning a cheaper alternative to room service or the mini bar, and there are also plenty of restaurants in the area. It's not a new hotel and could probably use a refurbish, but despite being a bit dated, the rooms are clean and quite spacious. If you visit in winter, the airconditioning is switched to heating mode only which can make the room temperature a little uncomfortable if you prefer a cooler temperature (remember that you can't open the windows to get fresh air). On two of the three times we stayed there, we had internet access in the room, but on the last we did not. Instead, we had to take our computer down to the business centre and compete with other guests for the one available internet connection. A note for those visiting Japan during cherry blossom season: this hotel is very close (within 10 minutes walk) to several gardens including the Imperial Palace East Gardens, making it ideal if your priority is to see cherry blossoms. The service is generally of a high standard. Overall, given the comparatively low price of the rooms and the central location of the hotel this is a great base for a sightseeing holiday around Tokyo.

The hotel was very clean and very well maintained. Staff were courteous and very helpful, as expected of the Japanese. Hotel location is excellent - close to two staions with connections to just about anywhere in central Tokyo. The only small problem was that the room was quite warm and we couldn't lower the temperature. Still, we were out most of the time so it didn't matter too much.

Acesso fácil para Ginza, Akihabara, Harajuku, Shibuya e etc. E bem mais fácil movimentar de Metro do que taxi, e sai bem mais en conta. O hotel fica em media a 17km do Tokyo Disney , gastamos meia hora para chegarmos lá .Gostamos do Hotel e principalmente da viagem!

酒店的顾客看到很多中国人，但是没有会说中文的服务员。我的最后两天早餐没有，不知道为什么

チェックアウトの日の午後４時まで（２４時間ということかもしれません）駐車場にとめておくことができたので、ありがたかったです。 ぶらぶらと東京ドームまで歩きました。 行きは道があまり分からなかったので、やや遠く感じましたが、帰りはそれほどでもありませんでした。 清潔、快適なホテルでした。

価格相応のサービスでした。

地下鉄駅が近く至便。 スタッフは親切で礼儀正しい。 建物自体は新しくないが、しっかりしたつくりで防音も問題ない。 清掃が行き届き清潔、今回の部屋は改装のためか、新しく感じた。 以前から年に数回泊まっているが、いつも快適に過ごすことができている。

I like the location especilly near the palace. We can take walk in the beautiful garden if we wish. Many different kind of resterants within walking distance. Twin bed room size is suitable for two persons. The heating system is too hot and hard to adjust the room temperature.

Das Hotel hat eine wirklich gute Lage und ist mit der Metro gut und bequem erreichbar (1 min). Vorsicht vor dem "Lock -Angebot" der bar im 23 Stock: dort verlangt man neben "table Fee" auch noch Service charge und berechnet dann die eigentlich üblichen Nüsse seht teuer - das ist die Qualität der Drinks nicht wert. Trotzdem Prädikat "empfehlenswert".

hotel très sympa avec des chambres spacieuses (nous avons séjourné en famille avec 2 enfants dans la même chambre)bien sité à 2 pas des lignes de metro et du palais impérial. pas mal de petits restaurants autour. a recommander......
