A clean room is a must for me! The bed was super comfortable and the thermostat worked well. Hot water for the shower! Such a convenient location. Love staying here.

Bed was very hard and was not a pillow top as stated in the information about the room.

It was a very nice hotel, we did find a leak in our sink in the morning but we called the front desk and they started working on it as soon as we checked out. They were very nice and pet friendly! Heidi (our dog) liked this hotel better than the one we stayed at earlier in the week... The beds were very comfy and the amenities were also very nice! I would stay here again.

The air-conditioning/heating is so loud it wakes you up at night. Impossible to get the right water temperature in the shower. Free internet is slow and breakfast is buffet and menu items are of very low quality, but expensive. Other than that, standard business class hotel.

Great place to stay on the weekend as the rates are cheaper. This hotel is right onthe edge of town close to the mountains and I70. We love to stay here.

Stay was great. My wife and I like that the rooms do not have those noisey outside under window airconditioner/heater units that keep us awake.

I've stayed at this hotel multiple times and it never let's me down. It's a short drive to downtown Denver plus great shopping and restaurants surround the hotel. Pet friendly hotel also, that is a huge benefit! Every time I visit Denver this hotel is my first choice.

I was here for a retreat and it was very nice. Calm, relaxing, clean and very well staffed.

We had a nice mountain view from the 11th floor, but when we walked in the room smelled like cigarette smoke. One of the complimentary water bottles had been opened and a little bit consumed, but it was presented as new--on the tray with the card over the neck of the bottle. We didn't stay long enough to rate room or maid service or use any facilities like the fitness center, though we did walk in and it looked nice and clean. Desk service was friendly and professional, the rest of the hotel looked clean and well-maintained. Nothing spectacular, average to slightly above average hotel room.

Clean room. Friendly staff. Could hear hallway noise. Hallways & lobby could use some updating.

bathroom looked in need of repair, work out equipment was a little dated . not enough equipment for the demand. Hotel staff was pleasant and helpful. View was horrible.

The new restaurant was very expensive and the food and service was awful.! We were on the restaurant for almost 2 hours our food came out cold our appetizers were burnt and with 2 children It's hard on them waiting the pizza for thr kids they wouldn't rat it they really did not like it and the mac and cheese was very dry. In the room the hot water in thr tub did not get hot do kids had to shower and even then the shower was not very warm. On the hot tub they call it a whirlpool so people sat in a bath tub the jets did not work so all it did was circulate the water not blow the jets.

Stay was over all great. Restaurant had just opened and Breakfast Buffet was not that good. We did not get there until 10am and cold and hard food. It was just not that fresh ( first day opening). But we will be back.

Hotel was very clean, staff was great. Will definately stay there again.

I enjoyed every minute there. Super friendly staff and the room service food was delicious!

I booked this hotel with the expectation that there was transportation to the Broncos stadium, which I confirmed several times over the phone per the reservationist. Much to my dismay, upon arrival I notified the front desk i would need transporation the next day to the game, and was told they did not offer this. I will not stay here again, as the staff are unaware of what they offer and do not offer. I confirmed this several times over the phone before securing the reservation. I ended up paying $30 to park and had to leave 5 hours before the game to secure a parking space. The hotel was nice, but the overall operation of the system information was not well informed. Will not recommend this.

Had a great experience, restaurant was closed due to upgrade however a number of options very close, was offered a view of mountains or city and the staff were great, highly recommend

Restaurant closed and room service was not provided as was indicated in the room menus. Room in disrepair, deadbolt broken, curtains broken, vending machine nonfunctional. Easy access to restaurants and denver.

We needed a place to stay in Lakewood. This was a great option and value. The large indoor pool was a hit with the kids. Only complaint was the restaurant was under renovation.

The staff were very pleasant and attentive. I needed an early checkin, and I was able to get in around 1pm. The hotel was very clean and new.

Nice except lounge area closed and room service not open . In am coffee area took no credit cards and no change for 20s

The hotel is very nice. We especially enjoyed the pool. The location was convenient for our purposes. There were problems with our rooms, though. There was a problem with a water leak in our first room which soaked the carpet in our closet, and oozed out into the hallway. We did not discover it until10pm, at which time the front desk cheerfully moved us to a slightly larger room. There, the water in the bathtub backed up, and the toilet ran for quite awhile until we jiggled it just right to make it stop so that we could sleep. The drain in the bath and the toilet were both fixed the next day, and we had no problems with the room on the second night. We did have a problem with the "green" option. We have used this at other hotels, where the linens are not changed each night, but the towels and coffee supplies are refreshed. We had to get (dry) towels from housekeeping, and were disappointed in the morning to not have coffee in the room. On the plus side, every staff member was polite, parking was easy, and the rooms are attractive and comfortable.

The pillows in our room could use an early retirement. The walls are really thin. We found this out when our neighbors came in at 2:00 a.m. We could here their conversation and laughing. Everything else was great!

The hotel was just about the friendliest I've ever stayed in. Everything you would expect it to be from the room size, comfort, cleanliness - it was all great. The staff, however, lift it to something else. Invaluable advice about where to go, how to get there. Even if they didn't see you for another 2 days , they remembered the conversation and asked if you enjoyed it. Highly recommended.

Great spot for food and some shopping. Just down the street is a place called the "frech press" great place for breakfast. Shopping is just one freeway exit away called the Colorado "mills". The only real gripe I could really bring up is that soda machine on my floor wasnt working so I had to go to another floor to buy myself a soda. Also no fridge but you can chill beverages with ice... The staff is very friendly and helpful as is most any place you can go in Colorado. The rooms are cozy, i'd suggest the mountain view over the city view unless you have very clear skies during your stay, due to the fires we couldnt see the city from the elevator windows, but our mountain view was great to watch the thunderstorms roll in.

No problems- I was satisfied. However, because we booked with 'you'- we were not allowed to partake in the complimentary breakfast. They said our rate didn't include the breakfast benefit..?!
