It was a typical Airport Hotel Staff was very friendly rooms not very up to date. I had no high expectations and Hilton is always good the rooms just were due for a renovation in my opininion

I was treated well by the entire staff from the moment I made my reservation. The front desk staff, restaurant and bar staff served the Hilton brand well.I use the Hilton brand often and fine this location a cut above. I look forward to my next stay.

Great location to airport. George from Canada aka Hawaii the bartender was awesome!

Very nice

I was very disappointed. I thought I was staying at the Hilton, but it turn out I paid for the Hilton, but got the service from Holiday Inn.....Nothing wrong with Holiday Inn, but I thought I was at the Hilton, the best of the best.....Make your next stay at Marriot......Now they are the best of the best.

We were greeted by a demand for huge parking fee, mean lady denying to accept our Hilton honors points, Broken phone in the room, no coffee by the pot and filthy carpets. HOW MEAN you are to charge for WIFI... No free breakfast and triple price for a Starbucks coffee... I can't put the actual prices on this review or they won't post it.

Our room was on the back side of the hotel facing the freeway. The airconditioning unit for the entire hotel was right outside of our room. The noise from the freeway and the airconditioning going "on and off" all night kept us from much needed rest. We needed to leave next morning at 6am for our 8am flight. We were lucky to get 3 hours of sleep. We were very disappointed with our stay. We will most likely not ever stay in another Hilton Hotel. Such a shame, since the Hilton name is suppose to have such a great reputation.

Badly in need of a remodel.....They don't even have flat-screen televisions.

This hotel was a great stop over between flights. The room was spacious and comfortable. The people at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Our flight had been pushed back several hours, and we were allowed a later checkout. The breakfast buffet was outstanding! The only disappointment was the absence of free wifi in rooms or in the business center.

Convenient to airport for travel, however, surprised there wasn't at least continental breakfast.

very old hotel they say it will be tore down next year for airport expansion.so theyre not going to put any money in this hotel.but very convenient to get to airport.

Everything was great except the poor room service. The burger and fries were cold and the burger over-cooked. At the prices being charged plus a 20% "we're so great" fee I expect a burger hot and cooked to order.

Well the overall hotel was ok. The common areas were very clean. Our bathroom was not. There was dirt and something sticky on the floor. The bathroom door wouldn't open the whole way because the toilet was in the way and it made a loud noise everytime you tried to open the door because you would forget that it was going to hit the toilet. I am not sure if all the rooms were like this but ours was. The staff was really great and very accomodating. The resturant was way over priced. A stack of pancake for breakfast was over 18.00 dollars. We decided that were weren't going to eat there. The pool was very nice but the hot tub was broken. Overall it was an ok stay.

Van was late and didn't have enoujgh room for everyone who needed to be picked up, resulting in it taking some guests (my friends) 90 minutes to get from the airport (a 10-minute trip!); When we tried to print out our boarding passes in the business center (as instructed by the desk), it didn't work. So I called the desk for help. They said they'd send someone "right away." Ten minutes later, I called again...they said he's be "right up!" Ten minutes later(now 20 minutes after my original call) WE STILL HAD NO HELP! So I called again and eventually had the desk print them out. My room was located near the elevator shaft, so every time the elevator went up and down, I heard it in my room! A thoroughly HORRIBLE stay!

Convenient for airport with free shuttle service to and from. Tri-rail is in walking distance. Be sure if you use their van service for other locations to get the price up front! I would give the valet service 1-2 stars because feel like they weren't overly honest with us. I gave the hotel overall 3 stars for customer service but that was because the front desk staff was very helpful! Not much around for food and walking is a bit treacherous because along a highway.

Stay was nothing great! Definitely not what I expected at a Hilton. Was not very clean & price of food at the hotel was outrageous! Told Bell Hop wanted a taxi to Port Everglades he put us on a shuttle van & told us it was cheapest way even though I stated taxi online was only $15 for all 4 of us he insisted shuttle was cheaper. Ended up costing us $8 per person for total of $32. Even had to pay same price for my 5 yr old who didn't even get his own seat had to sit in my husbands lap so we could squeeze more people into van! Turns out I was correct & a taxi would have only cost us $15! Not happy w/our stay at the Hilton! Also when we arrived to airport & called hotel for transportation from the airport it took almost an hour! They are located at the airport & it still took an hour! Our flight landed at 8:15 & we never got to our room until 10:30!

Great location in relation to the airport. My floor appeared to have a water leak as the carpet was wet getting off the elevator. Ordered room service the first night there and afterward my tray, along with three others sat in the hallway for two days without anyone picking them up. Wasn't impressed with the hotel, but it was doable and the location was great.

Was not aware of a fee to park, nor was I informed as to what was needed to show the attendant once I left the garage. Hotel is a little dated and looks like some updates are needed. For example, the room did not have a HD TV. It was okay for us since we needed a place to stay for one night. However, its not meant for a stay longer than that.

OK. The location was very convenient. I would not stay here for any other reason except easy access to freeway and to airport.

terrible, they charged me 15 dollars for parking , no fridge in the room old TV set , Hotels.com did not warn me about the extra charges

Poor quality TV and poor comfort level with mattress and pillows. Rooms are noisy as you can hear everything in the hallways.

First of all, you can't really find the entrance of hotel due to the strange setting, if you thought you missed the entry 'road' and try to make a turn, you will end up on high way. They really have to make some effort to show the entrance of hotel. Second, the whole hotel smell like over-scented restroom, they have to really cut down the artificial frangrance or switch to another cleaning product. I asked for a room that is away from traffic, which I got, but then it's right on the third floor facing to the interior opening, which is sort of bar/lobby downstairs, there was groups of people hanging there with loud music and noise till midnight, I don't know if it's worse than highway traffic or not. Also, if you are paying for self parking $15/day, you won't expect to walk from behind of the hotel building through some dark corners, which, I will feel very unconfortable to walk alone by myself during the night. Anyway, after all the whole hotel is so different from what I expect, and I regreat to choose this hotel. Luckily we only stay there one night, will never step in again.

Hotel provided free shuttle service from airport, had to wait about 30 minutes, and shuttle van was disgusting, seats were filthy, and could feel springs, so I was apprehensive about the hotel; however when we arrived at the Hilton, I was pleasantly surprised. Entry was nice, hotel lobby clean, rooms clean, I enjoyed my stay. The only downside was nothing exciting within walking distance. Great hotel for the price, but please invest in some new shuttles.

Unfortunate, no fridge, we have some medication and food we needed a fridge, the front desk said he will get us one, first he wanted to charge me 10 dollars, then agreed to waive the fees !!! but we never got the fridge, the TV f=is from the 19th century, you can hear next door easily, not much of a privacy

I did not like that you had to pay for internet services as many hotels offer it for free.I would not stay again as you need a taxi to get any where

Disappointed, $15 for parking, no free wifi. No free breakfast. On par with what you'd expect from a hotel like this. Was hoping to find something good to offest these but there was none. Plus entrance was hard to find

Do not stay here. Not even close to Hilton Standards. Stains on walls, floors, light fixtures, smells, old tv's dirty walls and doors.

We booked this room online. We got there and the main part of the hotel was clean. We were put in an older part of the hotel which was seperate, much older than the rest. The smell was bad, the room was accros from the hotel laundry area, very noisy. Overall had a bad stay at this place.

This is really NOT indicative of a Hilton hotel. More like an aging Best Western. There was an empty space in the cabinet where the mini-bar should be. The coffee maker did not work and we had to get another one, which they did promptly provide. There was no towel bar in the bathroom! Honestly, no place to hang anything except one wall hook right next to the shower. The hair dryer had one temperature - COLD. There was no guide for the TV. However hotel was near Port Everglades and that was what we wanted. One night was more than enough though.

Walls were paper thin, had to complain several times because of noise. Did not sleep well because of neighbors. Complained to front desk but little action taken.

We stayed one night, just to be close to the airport. We thought we couldn't go wrong with choosing a Hilton. We were wrong. the place was filthy. The bathroom was a horror. Dirt on the walls, floors, behind the door. And the door!!! you could bearly close the door and have a seat, if you know what I mean. People were nice enough but it wasn't too nice of a stay. We went to the pool and there wasn't a chair to be had. needless to say were disappointed. We will stay with Hilton again but not this one. In serious need of a makeover.

Badly managed. First sign was all the clocks were not changed for daylight savings. I asked the desk what time the shuttles ran, since I had a 7 am flight to nyc. I was told, not to worry and that they ran every 1/2 hour on the 1/2 hour. My friends asked for a wake up call and never got one. We went downstairs at 5:20 to catch the 5:30am shuttle and it was a disasater. Shuttles were done and the lines were long. I was told that the shuttles would get there when thry get there. I would have appreciated a heads up about the sunday chaos. I wuld have taken the 5am shuttle. I chose the Hilton due too it's approx to airport and the ease of the shuttle. It was stressful and not a pleasant experience. Especially with a toddler. I will never bok that hotel again.

don't be afraid of the bad reviews this is a very nice hotel. everyone was friendly the pool area was great we even had a pizza delivered directly to our seats by the pool. we had an awesome time.

It worked out well. We needed a reasonable priced hotel near the airport before our cruise leaving out of Miami. They provided a comfortable, clean room at a reduced rate. The beds were very comfortable and the free shuttle was great. We appreciated the assistance of Tim, the doorman, when our paid shuttle to Miami didn't show. BIG complaint is the hefty fee of $12.95 to access the internet. It's only free in the lobby. Didn't know hotels still charge for that. Other than that, it was a pleasant experience.

Front desk guy was rude otherwise enjoyed the stay

After reading some of the previous reviews and was concerned about staying here. But to my surprise this hotel was neat, clean and overall everyone and everything was GREAT!!! I would Luv to stay there again!!! To add, my commute to the airport by the free shuttle was less then 5 minutes!!

I thoroughly enjoyed my hotel stay, but someone should do somethiing about the high cost of eating at this hotel. The food costs were outragous. We spent more on food for one night than we did on our hotel. We paid $16.00 dolars for a hamburger each plus drink and tip and $20.00 each for breakfast plus drink and tip.

The hotel is just ok, we had to be moved as first room had soaking wet carpet and I almost fell down as the entryway is tile and wet feet and tile do not go well together. The hotel charges for using computer to print boarding passes as Spirit Air was not included. The resturant was very expensive and we went out instead. Would not choose this hotel again. There are more hotels that are more accommodating to guests.
