It was a nice hotel. Except the front desk attendant was a bit cold. The cleaning service came right at 8am and then I put a do not disturb and they came back even when the sign was up every 30 minutes and knocked to see if we were still there. There were a few issues, the coffee was open when I went to use it and so was the soap and the shower curtain smelled of mold . Other than that the rooms were nice, but you could definitely hear your neighbors. Good location if you're looking to be near the airport. Also, parking is EXPENSIVE.

Amazing

Bathroom was not cleaned. Toilet was dirty and there were long black hairs in the bathroom sink. We were delayed and arrived at 0130am and had to be back to the airport at 0700 to pick up lost luggage. When I complained to the front desk, he made a snide comment like, "Well, it obviously wasnt bad enough that you complained last night." David

It was great except for a toilet problem, which was handled quickly. Our room was wonderful!! Beds were comfortable and very new feeling. Updated decor and great staff. Absolutely no complaints.

we stayed here to be close to the fll airport for an early flight. The location was good, staff was friendly. However our room was next to the elevator on the 8th floor and it was not only incredibly noisy but vibrated the walls.We asked to be moved but where told there where no rooms available. Needless to say there was not much sleep to be had even with earplugs and a pillow over my head. Very limited selection of TV stations. Shuttle only runs every half hour.

Seamless and comfortable. Wonderfully kind and helpful staff, even though they had an issue with technology regarding the room keys. Didn't matter to us; they were great!

Extremely expensive hotel for what it has to offer. People are extremely corteuos and polite, but I was not given the room I booked because the hotel was full. Rooms were clean and nice, but cannot believe they still have 26 inch old box tv's with the worst image ever and few channels to choose from. Pretty sure Hilton has the funds to set plamas or LCD's in the rooms and offer a bigger channel selection for free. No wonder hotel is always full with Senior Citizens going on a cruise.

From my arrival until I checked out, I enjoyed the place. The room was well appointed. My only negative comment is that the hot tub was not as hot as I like, but it was still a really enjoyable stay.

Great room. Location for next day flight was excellent. We used the restaurant for the evening meal, service was slow, food was excellent. Would recommend for a single night inbound or out bound. Would not be there for a week. Better located hotels in the market.

Could have used some touch up for being a Hilton, fridge was missing from room and a $15 fee to park your own can which they don't tell you up front, other then that room was cozy and pool was open 24/7 which was nice

Clean, quiet, easy to extend check out and accommodating staff in a beautiful hotel. It doesn't get any better for the rate!

We used the hotel for a one-night layover between international flights. The hotel is in good condition for a high traffic hotel. While I would recommend it for a one or two night stay, I would not recommend it for an extended or vacation stay.

excellent quality, with all amenities. I recommend this hotel to anyone needing to stay close to transporttion and the airport. Very clean and comfortable rooms.

The airport shuttle took almost an hour to pick us up. The shuttles of lesser expensive hotels came and went severl times while we waited and called. One time the shuttle passed without stopping and couldn't be full because we were at terminal 1. I will never stay at a Hilton again. It was my first time and wasn't worth the expense or aggrivation.

The bar at pirates cove was nice Mario was vary friendly and makes some great refreshing drinks.

Only issue is no room service after 12am even though it states they have it in the menu provided. Also the TV needs updated to a flat screen.

Hard to find the entrance to the Hotel from the freeway. Had to do a U turn and double back. Printer in the Computer room was not working well. I was confused about the charges when trying to print my boarding pass. Multiple charges that the front desk said would not be charged afterall. Garage charges steep.

Liked the pool, beds, restraurant, you hear planes landing and taking off but that was expected at an airport hotel. Shuttle service to airport was very nice.

This was a last minute decision to stay as our cruise came in that morning and our flight was delayed. We scored a reservation and were told we could not check in any earlier than 1:00 which is normally 3:00. We arrived at 9:45 and they were very accomodating and we were able to get right in, very awesome!! Also, what a pleasant surprise wass the down king sized bed, it was a bit of heaven; especially after the beds on the cruise ship! Great place to stay!

This hotel was well priced and very close to the airport, they offered a shuttle that was timely and the staff was great. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I definitely recommend if you want to have a place close to the airport.

The Lobby and Restarant/Bar areas were very cold!! Tried to eat dinner in a huddle position, not pleasant.

We ordered room service and was told it would take a half hour. It arrived in an hour and a half and was not even what we ordered. I was told we would not be charged for the meals and later checked my credit card statement and we were charged.

Very convenient to the airport. Has a nice pool.

24hr shuttle! Maybe 10 minutes from air port! Super cold A/C bring a jacket..burrr.

The hotel is easy to get to from the airport-- shuttle from airport. I arrived early and there is a limited selection of food at the restaurant. I asked for a salad as I am allergic to wheat and was turned away from the restaurant by the server. I ended up coming back and asking if there was anything I could eat there and they provided me with a $15 salad of chicken, tomatoes and cucumbers. It was OK. The pool was very unclean and had very loud airplane noise over head. I arrived early (11am) and asked the desk if there were any rooms available. I ended up waiting 5 hours for a room (4pm). The first room did not have a working lock so I quickly went back to the desk and switched rooms. They did not ask any questions. The fifteen dollar parking was ridiculous! Also, there is no other restaurant around if you don't have a car. It is better to find a hotel that is closer to other areas to eat.

Although the hotel was nice, they do not offer free computers to check your emails, free breakfast or coffee after 7am.....(except for that package type in your room)...

Nasty rooms, lazy employees, and a manager that does nothing to resolve issues. She was too busy handling another customers concerns to come and see the mess in our bedroom...never in my life would i stay or suggest this place to anyone. Pending review from Trip Advisor.com, but we posted pictures. Here is, Sunday morning, and the office manager whom we demanded to speak with is not available because he doesn’t work on Sundays...

Dirty bathrooms, pubic hair on tub and toilet, dirty band aids and poor service. We tried 3 rooms in this hotel and were very disappointed. Layers of dust also. We will not recommend this hotel.

This was a high quality hotel for a reasonable price. The bed was so comfortable and restaurant very convenient. A perfect place to end our cruise!

The parking situation is horrible... 15 bux a night if ur staying to self park 22 a night to valet and 10 bux just for a visitor. Terrible situation.

Movement from the hotel to anywhere required a car. Hotel assigned us to the worst rooms in the house. First night we were assigned a room which was the first one in the wing from the elevators and had hallway doors which banged loudly each time they were opened or allowed to slam shut. This rattled our room as the adjacent wall echoed the noise. After complaining the staff arranged to keep the doors open at all times (these were fire doors). The next stay were were assigned to a room behind the elevator. With the elevator motor mounted on the roof, its motor noise vibrated the rooms near it as we were on the top floor. We complained and were assigned to a smoking room as they stated there were no non-smoking rooms available until the next night. We moved and then were assigned to a non-smoking room for the last night. These rooms were quieter and better than the original rooms assigned. It was clear to us, that Hilton assigned us to their worst rooms and unless we complained we would not be treated as regular customers. I will not stay another night in a Hilton hotel.
