I realy liked the the hotel was very nice and breafest was good

THe hotel did not meet my expectations fully. I didn't realize before I was there I would have to pay extra just to use my laptop. Also, breakfast was not free for guests.

This hotel is close to malls, shopping stores, and restaurants. The hotel was clean and everything was up to date. The indoor pool was nice and warm for a quick swim in march. No jacuzzi though. We didn't stay for breakfast, but maybe next time we will. There were a lot of kids, I guess because it was St. Patricks day weekend.

The hotel was very clean and modern. The front desk person ell were very professional and helpful. I would recommend this hotel if you're the area.

What excellent customer service from EVERY single member of the staff, it was if I were transported to Courtesy Land :)

power went out while i was there due to storm but was quickly fixed, staff was great and ver helpful with everything

My Stay was fine EXCEPT for the food. would not recommend eating at the hotel. On Thursday night , when I arrived, I had a ruben sandwich and found it 1.over priced for what I got and 2. the meat was tough and barely warm. I had breakfast the next morning and the waffle was cold as was the suryp, and the waitress was not a very happy person. Also $12.00 for a cold waffle and a cup of coffee is just way out of line.

We had a very good stay. the only problem we encountered was the noises in the middle of the night (apparently somoene was drunk) and we could not reach the operator for some reasons.

... and safe. Very good value.

My biggest bummer was to go and get my room key re-activated 2x sometimes even 3x times before I got in to my room... each time I left the room. And it was not demagnetized by my phone as I was endlessly told, I held it in my hand all the way from the desk to the room door (nor do I carry a cellphone on me when I go swimming). I had 2 keys, and it was still 'no go'. I had the same problem last timeI stated in this hotel. I have never had the problem in other hotels, and I do a fair amount of traveling. Another problem I had was that unlike other hotels, there is no free internet in the room. Otherwise the hotel was nice, clean and had 'new' feeling to it. The staff was fairly helpful, some very much so, others not so much...(some treated me like a 5 year old kid who doesn't know how to use room key.) Over all it is a very nice hotel with a few glitches.

I would recomend this Hotel to anyone looking for a Hotel with a nice,mid priced Restaurant and a comfortable room.

I was in town for a course I was taking nearby. The hotel had a lively crowd downstairs from an event in one of their ballrooms, and some lively people in their very nicely done bar / pub. Yet the rooms are located a nice distance away from the activity so I was able to prepare and study as I needed to. Wish I brought a bathing suit because the pool was open until late and looked nice (indoor and outdoor). The staff was very nice and checking in and out was a breeze as well.

Convenient, comfortable and clean. Friendly staff willing to work with you to make your stay relaxing.

My husaband and I stayed at the Marriott for two nights. The hotel is extemely well maintained. The staff was extremely courteous, the Atrium was very beautiful and welcoming. The rooms were clean, linens were very clean and the decor verynaccommodating. The TV worked. It is very close to public access adnd right off route 10. I would definitely stay there again and high recommend this hotel to anyone.

The only problem we encountered was the drunk men on the second night who came to their room at 2 a.m. (after the bar closed I guess) next to ours and were loud and foul. We called and the hotel and they had to send security to their room twice as they were so loud. It woke us up at 2 a.m. and continued until about 3:30 a.m. I do not fault the hotel though. They did what they could.

I appreciated the quality of the hotel. It would have been nice to have FREE wifi access ($12.95/day). Also, the hotel was a little bit out of the way. Aside from that the hotel met my needs.

Very clean, very comfortable. Very nice and attractive. We were driving home to MA from eastern TN, and were actually casting about near the area of Harrisburg, PA as that was the approximate halfway point. Torrential rains and "no room at the inn" at every lodging place that we contacted forced us to drive farther and later than we would have liked. A call to Hotels.com yielded us a very reasonably priced room at this extremely attractive hotel. We were exhausted, and it was the nicest, most comfortable hotel imaginable. The room was quiet, and the mattresses grand, comfortable and seemingly brand new.

good stay great price

long walk to our room ( age 84)

This hotel is exquisitely clean and comfortable. The rooms and the common areas look brand new and the lobby area clearly stands out. The staff from check in to maid service were very professional and polite. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel was over run by wedding parties . Doors being slamed shut all day and might. Kids running up and down the hall way all afternoon and evening. Once that stopped the drunks came out of the receptions and talking and screaming down the halls to each other . Very poor control of the facility

Most of the staff were extremely friendly and obliging! Unfortunately, there were 2 front desk employees that were really nasty to the point that one of them actually lied to us! We loved the decor of the lobby and the hotel in general, the room was all new and modern with comfortable bed. Outdoor pool was very small but heated. Convenient location, near malls, food, bowling etc. Disappointed that an upscale hotel would penny pinch and charge for any extras, like rollaway and small fridge!

We love our stay it was awosome I recommended to every one.

Beautiful hotel...restaurant had great food and fun atmosphere. Free coffee bar.

We requested a crib and fridge since we were traveling with an child under the age of 1. When we checked in and got our room EVERYTHING was there and set up for us. We were able to lay our sleeping son down for his nap right away. The room was beautiful, the bed comfortable and we couldn't have asked for a better hotel!

We were traveling as a couple and had an awesome stay here, we didn't want to leave. Awesome service! Friendly employees. We have decided to make this our go to hotel everytime we are in the area.! The only thing that we didn't love was that there Were'nt many stores close by. Had to do some driving for that.

nice place needs a hotub

Stayed here after leaving Manhattan. Probably a 30-40 minute drive. Nice place, free parking and enjoyed the stay.

Hotel was clean and very modern. The only thing I would have preferred is 2-queen beds rather than 2-double beds. Room and bathroom could have been a little larger. Overall, it was a fine hotel.

I was delighted with my stay. The lobby was dramatic, bright and comfortable. We ate at the Pub on site and were very happy with the decor, service and food. Our room was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. I love the all white comforter, sheets and loads of soft pillows. I would most definitely stay again when looking for a reasonably priced hotel close enough to NYC to see the sights.

The hotel is really beautiful and the staff is amazing. There is also an Irish Pub in the hotel which is Outstanding. The staff is so friendly and the food is so yummy!

Tried to get food at the bar at 11:45 pm....bartender said kitchen was closed....when I pointed to the correct time of 11:45, she pointed to a bar clock in the back of the bar which said 12:15, and said "We go by our clock Sir, Not yours! Wow...nice service!

The room was awesome and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Great deal!
