much to expensive, if you get a good deal - take it, otherwise the rooms have nothing special to offer.. hotel lobby is beautiful, wayyy nicer than the rooms...

A great hotel close to great location perfect pair for a great vacation!I recommend this hotel to anyone that like to explore city by walking or using the transit or the bixy service!

The stay in Sheraton Hotel was good. The hotel is in a good location and the service was good. The only dispointing issue was that there is no complimentary wireless Internet connection in our room. When I booked thru Hotel.Com it was stated there is complimentary wireless connection but unfortunately the hotel said it was chargeable. But there is complimentary wireless at the lobby though. Other then this there are no complain I would recommend Sheraton to my friends. Tip: ask for high floors, great views.

This hotel was the perfect hotel for our family's mini getaway. We were celebrating my husband's 50th birthday and the hotel staff went out of their way to ensure that we enjoyed our stay. The hotel is in a perfect location and we were able to go skating at Nathan Phillip's Square. We did eat at Bistro on 2 which was good, but not great and it was a bit too pricey, however, again, the staff were phenomenal. The only complaint that I would have is that I think the hallways are starting to look their age and probably need a bit of a reno, however, the room we had was great, updated, clean and everything we needed.

We enjoyed stayed at Sheraton Downtown, they could improve their room service and cleaning the room better. If staying at this hotel park yourself and save money and don't get sucked into "breakfast included" rate. Overall it's a decent place to stay.

The Sheraton Center in Toronto was a excellence hotel. Located close to must see sights in Toronto. Very clean and the staff were very helpful. The indoor /outdoor pool is beyond belief, something to experience in the winter months in CANADA!!!

Hotel nice and clean with great pool for the kids. Everything was good except for customer service at Hotels.com and Sheraton. We had to check-out 1 day early because my daughter got sick and after spending over an hour talking to front desk at hotel and then on the phone with Hotels.com, we still couldn't get a refund on the 1 night or a free night some other day. The two companies couldn't figure out who should help.

Check-in & out was fast & easy. Got a great view of the CN Tower from my room! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The shopping center, restaurants are on premises. Only wish the internet access from my room was free. Overall, I enjoyed my stay very much.

Great location. Friendly staff. Would stay there again.

It was fantastic~ The hotel is great location that is near Eaton center, City Hall, Subway station. The staff is kindly that it was good time!!

View over City Hall at Christmas was just great. Walk to Eaton Centre, theatre and many restaurants. Restaurant in hotel is not fancy but Trader Vic's was closed for Reno. Very good service and the one bedroom suite was perfect for us. Fun to be back in Toronto.

EXCELLENT location and service; gave a room upgrade and free breakfast to compensate for long check-in wait. Comfortable for our family (two double beds, one for us and one our daughters shared), with plenty of room to move around. Would definitely recommend for business or pleasure.

The place is good vale for money as long as you book through a travel site. Booking throuh the hotel website might prove to be a bit more expensive. Considering how much it costs to park your car in downtown Toronto, I feel its a good idea to save a few bucks on the hotel booking. Great location and close to most tourist attractions. We also had a good view from the room. Lots to explore within the hotel. Friendly staff.

This hotel was clean, tho the room decor was a little tired. Good base for sightseeing.

The pool was closed for a few monthe for reno.... did not know that when we booked... crazy parties going on both nights and had to call front desk , who took 10-15 min oh hold to even talk to someone......lacking soap, shampoo.. my suitcase i quess fell over and everything was on the floor....it was open on the suitcase rack.. I am guessing maid by mistake knocked it over .......who knows.....beds were nice , but that was it !!!

Lovely stay during the holidays. Comfortable with great views. Lots to do and shopping was within walking distance. Will be staying again!

After reading some of the reviews I was beginning to have doubts about my choice for this hotel and considered cancelling my reservation. However, due to time frames it was not an option and we went. Our check-in was fast, staff was super friendly, valet parking was superb, the room was as requested, clean, but dated - who cares. Location was perfectly suited to our needs; quick walk to The Four Seasons Of The Performing Arts, Restaurants and The Eaton's Centre (via Toronto's indoor path). Quinns Steakhouse offered excellent dining options(and I am a picky person) and the Hotel's BRKFST buffet was totaly awesome (Bistro on 2 - I think). Also realized that I stayed at this asme hotel last December having had a similar experience; I think that the folks who complain need to go to a smaller/more personalized hotel; this is big hotel; a Metropolis on it's own. The pool was closed, but the hotel offers a complimentary cab service to it's sister hotel The Harbour Castle Westin for a swim in their pool. Been there too(before - not this time) and pool is fine. Could tell you more, but suggest you go there with a positive attitude and you will meet with same :)

This was a great first time experience! I was really impressed with the fact we could check-in a few hours earlier than the normal check-in, without a problem, unheard of in most hotels. We were greeted with a smile and a very friendly chat at the registration desk, this continued on to the coffee shop and the information desk. We enjoyed are stay so much so, that next year when we travel to Toronto to see The Nutcracker, we will stay two nights. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so wonderful.

We were there (three adults, one child) for the ballet and an overnight stay. Wonderful service, helpful staff. The only disappointment was that the pool was closed for renovations.

- Fire alarm goes off frequently. - Rooms are dated (tube television, cordless desk phone from 80's, desk chair broken, iron broken). - Room service food a wee bit tasteless (even for room service quality).

Everything about the hotel was very good. Spacious, modern, clean rooms and passageways, impressive entrance and lobby, great restaurants and other services and a very convenient location for our purposes. But that is expected from this particular hotel. What I didn't expect was the very friendly and personal check-in service we got from Marilyn. She is a wonderful representative of the hotel.

Well we choose to go to the Royal Alexandra Theatre because of great show--Rain. After all the contemplating I reluctantly agreed to the Sheridan only because we can't park our Toyota Tundra underground because it is pretty big and tricky...so we go here because valet parks truck right in the immediate area within eyesight at all times. So we pull in after booking online and he says...valet? We say yes...and he says No more Room....Your truck is to big for Valet but you can go around the corner down one level to parking! (We took the truck because we were shopping...) So....no parking for a bigger size truck and very disappointed from that point on.....next time...definitely not my first choice.

Very clean and close to everything..walking distnace from eaton centre, just wish it wasnt all vale parking

Stayed at the Sheraton last Saturday to go to a Leafs game...great location, easy access to the game, cabs are at the ready...the stay at the Hotel was excellent , great view from the room of the CN tower. The continental breakfast was very good ...We will be back...

We went to the Royal Winter Fair so the hotel was extremely convenient and we were pleased to be able to get something to eat when we arrived rather late at the hotel. It was indeed very comfortable.

The rooms seemed kind of out of date and not all like they looked on the website. The room had no mini fridge, there was a vent that had cardboard taped over it for whatever reason and the bathroom floors werent as clean as the should be. Then I had to walk 4-5 flights is stairs just to find a vending machine that was stocked with pop.

Upon arrival we were a little concerned about the huge line up. We were pleasantly surprised to see it went extremely quickly as they had enough staff on the front desk to accommodate the large amount of people checking in. The location was excellent for walking around the downtown core. Room was clean with nice furnishings, and it was very quiet. We were on the 29th floor and had nice view over City Hall. The only shortfall was that the air in the room was extremely dry, so much so that we had a hard time sleeping, and the sheets on the bed were too small! The sheets barely covered the mattress and were too small for the king bed. Any movement you made in bed while sleeping pulled the sheets off completely. Somewhat annoying! Not withstanding the bedding and dry air issues, we were very happy with this hotel. Well worth the money and would stay here again!

Great stay. Service was perfect. Beds like clouds. Lobby was full of life. Bar excellent. I'll be back often.

We visit T.O. periodically to take in a concert or a play. Usually use Hotels.com or other sites to get a good hotel rate. Love staying at the Sheraton Centre because of its location - close to everything. This last time we had a lovely room on a high floor with a great view. Everything went well except for dinner. We were running late and decided to eat in one of the hotel restaurants! Quinn's Steakhouse. The food was very poor quality and my meal made me ill - terrible indigestion. Having just returned from the land of food, Italy, we were actually digusted at how bad this meal was. Toronto has some good restaurants, but this is not one of them and should be avoided. Too bad since the rest of the hotel is very good value, in the off season.

The beds were VERY uncomfortable... not like we got any sleep anyway with the party in the hallway until 4:30am. I waited to see if the hotel would put a stop to the loudness of the people in the hallway, but nothing was done. Finally at 4:30am I called in a complaint as I hasn't slept a wink... still nothing done about it. Needless to say I was NOT impressed that my relaxing weekend away was ruined and I needed to catch up on my sleep once I arrived home. This hotel is overpriced for what it's worth.

Great location, very convenient for conference I attended and attractions nearby. Hotel failed to allocate a Club room that I booked until I queried it. Spent one night in standard room. Hotel tried to charge for internet access which should have been free for a Club room - until I queried it. Breakfast buffet was also very limited.

We booked a king-sized bed with valet parking. The parking is $45. per day. We took room 411 as it was ready. After a while in the room, we noticed it was quite cool. They temp showed 66 degrees, but the thermostat didn't work. That explained the reason for the plug-in "Airworks" rad sitting by the window. We had the rad plugged in all night on full but it didn't heat the whole room. Also, the black-out curtains didn't open. When we checked our 2 day old truck before leaving, there was a nice big shoe print on the top of the front bumper. They had parked the truck at the Queen St exit by the public sidewalk. There had been room inside.

The location of the hotel was ok, near restaurant and attractions , but the personal from the hotel dont know nothing of the area. The room that i select to stay was totally diferent of the one that i get to sleep. Well not happy at all.
