A great location, great rooms, very helpful.

This is the best hotel to stay in Stockholm. Clean, big room, proximal to every sights, train station, the opera , everything.

Convenient location. A close walking distance from the train station, and a great view of the old town if you can get a room on that side of the hotel. Service was great. Staff made an attempt to remember my name.

Very nice hotel, the location is very good ,just 2 mins away from the central station, and the staff was very helpful too. Will come back and stay there again!

The location cannot be faulted. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. The check in staff are friendly and helpful. The communal areas are clean and in good working order. The bar area is very comfortable with great cocktails! With a couple minutes walk from central station, great views over the river, an easy and picturesque walk to Gamla Stan and Slussen, just a few minutes walk to the main shopping areas... I wish I could live here all the time!

I spent a week in Stockholm Sheraton. The hotel is well located, my room had a good view of the bay, breakfast was very good. About the only minor difficulty: there were two charges from my hotel minibar that I had not used. They promptly removed the charges when I complained. I would recommend this hotel to a friend.

We used this hotel as it was within a few minutes walk from Stockholm Train Station and that it had a reputation for being of a high standard. We had a superior room overlooking with a good view, the service we received, cleanliness and. quality of the restaurant was excellent. the staff were all very polite and helpful. We could not fault this hotel and will certainly re-visit next time in Stockholm.

Our family spent 4 days over Christmas in Stockholm and the Sheraton helped make it very special. We chose the hotel because of its ratings on TripAdvisor and its proximity to the train station and attractions. The special care and consideration offered by the staff - every person we encountered - made it better than we hoped. We were upgraded to the priority level floor which was nice since we spent more time than usual at the hotel. (You have 6 hours or so of daylight in December!) The rooms are immaculate, very large by European standards and equipped with super comfortable beds topped with snowy white duvets. On Christmas Day, there was a large foil-wrapped chocolate Santa in the kids' room. Gamla Stan is only a 5-minute walk, the pedestrian shopping street 5 minutes in a different direction and the train station/airport bus complex a mere 10 minutes away as well. We loved Stockholm which is easily walkable from the Sheraton for almost any attraction in the city. We would most definitely stay here again.

This hotel is walking distance to the Central Station, to Gamla Stan, and to other places to eat and shop. Staff members here have been very helpful with suggestions for places to eat during Christmas! The room has been comfortable, clean, bed comfortable, and the area is safe. However, the the wall paper in our room was peeling off a little, furniture really really used up, the temperature control in the room is old and not working well, and the decor is a bit outdated. The old grandeur is still there but just a wee bit jaded. We will still return to this hotel another time because everything was great!

great location, but food was very mediocre. really not up to standard for a hotel of this quality. beds were comfortable, staff was nice, except that the concierge directed us to the royal palace and we taxied out there, but the palace was closed and we were left in the rain. a hundred dollar venture that was not worth the time or money. think the concierge should have checked it was open before we went.

Had a fantastic night at Sheraton, only downside is that breakfast and internet access is not complimentary. Everything else was just perfect!

Hotel location is good, and service in the bar and at reception also very good. However, the air conditioning on the 2 occassions I have stayed here has not worked, which leaves the rooms so uncomfortable its impossible to sleep - they are so hot and there is no air and the windows will only open 2 inches. When I reported it they were very polite and said they would send an engineer - which they did but he must have got the wrong information as he left the heating on full all day I was at work. Secondly the replenishment was sporadic sometimes I got coffee or water sometimes i didnt. sometimes I got soap other times i didnt. Would not reccomend it as the Clarion and the Raddisson are much cheaper and equally as good.

Happy with the overall experience. Some minor issues; we booked a double room but first checked into a single room. We did not know this until we complained about the size of the bed. Only then we realized there have been a mistake. Later we have been moved to a much larger room with a view and were very satisfied. They have a large breakfast buffet. If you pay in advance for the whole duration of your stay the price becomes more reasonable.

very close to the old town and the shopping strip. the only inconvenience is the lack of free wi-fi which is now standard even in much cheaper hotels.

A warm fire in a contemporary lobby greets you as you enter the hotel. My 21 year-old son and I stayed at this property for 2 nights at the end of October. Hotel is across the street from entrance to Gamla Stan. A block from train station. Walking distance to museums, wonderful restaurants, shopping. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton and would definitely stay at hotel again.

If we ever visit Stockholm again, we will definitely stay in the Sheraton. The hotel is a few minutes walk from the Central Station. The staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. We opted for a room overlooking the water and it was worth the extra cost. The hotel gym is free of charge to guests and well equipped. There is a wide selection of restaurants and eateries within walking distance of the hotel. If you are tourists, as we were, one of the stands for rental bicycles is conveniently located in front of the Sheraton. We loved using the rental bikes - you can buy a 3 day ticket from the Tourist Office, which is located between the hotel and the Central Station.

A very good central hotel near to main station and harbour. Easy to walk to old town from here. Very nice bar and restaurant. Food very good not too expensive compared to prices outside.

Just perfect! Beautiful hotel with outstanding location.

We liked the location and hotel condition. Everyone spoke English and they got us into our room after our cruise early in the day. The lounge level was nice and having free WIFI was a plus. We thought the room was small but are used to that in Europe. We would recommend this hotel to our friends.

The Sheraton Stockholm is located in a perfect spot. You can walk anywhere from there. If walking is not your thing, trains and buses are just a minute away. The staff is phenomenal. I had many questions and felt I was being a pest, but you would never know it by their friendly and professional demeaner. The room was a nice size for a European hotel and included coffee/tea and a refrigerator.

I was just there for 1 night on business...everything you would expect from a Sheraton. Quality, reliability and great service. Plus it is also a great location.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Sheraton in Stockholm. It's close to the train station, a 5-minute walk to Gamla Stan, and if you choose a room with a harbor view, you get amazing views from your room. In addition, even though you're in the heart of the city, we had no issues with hearing street noise in our room. The room was large by European standards, had a nice comfy king bed, and a nice clean bathroom.

The Stockholm Sheraton Hotel is less that 10 min. waking distance from the old city - Gamla Stan. Very rich breakfast buffet and excellent service. Most recommended

The Sheraton is located at the heart of the sightseeing in Stockholm, close to the water, bridges, train station and the National Museum. Got a great weekend rate. Desk clerk tried to sell me breakfast at a reduced rate. Room was clean and quiet even though I got one on the first floor close to the street and traffic.

This hotel is ok for business travelers. There is no way that this hotel should be rated 5 stars - 4 stars maximum. There is a terrible elevator problem when people leave in the morning and return at night. The food in the restaurant looks nice, but does not taste good. The buffet breakfast in the morning is OK by Swedish standards. Most Americans will find it impressive. The breakfast is also very crowded in the morning. The gym is the best part of the hotel. It is large and you can have a very nice workout. The cleaning service was not very good. Every day when I came home from working, I would have to put away the ironing board since the maid refused to do so.

On our first night there was an issue with the hotel's computer system. After initially being allocated the wrong room the hotel put us into another room for our fisrt nights stay and then upgraded us to an amazing room for the following 2 nights and provided us with complimentary wine and fruit. The hotel staff were very helpful and apologetic and we received an apology note from the hotel management which was appreciated by my wife and I. I would definitely stay again.

Not my first and definitely not my last stay at Sheraton Stockholm. Very confortable hotel, big rooms, everything works, the staff is very helpful (and nice!!), enormous choice at the breakfast buffet - this is what makes clients come back. The only negative point was the bar, absolutely crowded on Saturday night, and very difficult to get a drink... maybe because of the relatively low prices at this 5***** hotel???

The Sheraton Stockholm is a very plush hotel. It is in a great, central location, I love the 24 hr gym/sauna, as most business people are too busy to use such facilities until late at night. The bar area is great and I especially love the DJ who has great taste in music - not your usual commercial nonsense. However, I don't understand when such hotels charge a hefty fee for WiFi access in the room and generally charge a hefty fee for breakfast, unless you have paid a really top price for your room. There is free WiFi in the bar area, but I think it's really cheeky for hotels that are primarily used for business to charge extra for WiFi. Apart from that, it's a great hotel.

Very polite, friendly and willing to help in any way they could. Our room was facing the road and so we could hear road noise. On calling reception, they immediately moved us to another room as they had another available. We really enjoyed our stay.

Myself & my partner stayed for 4 nights,it coincided with the Stockholm. We were not aware of this but it added to the buzz & excitement of our trip. We stayed on the 7th floor which incl. the club lounge. It was an excellent facility, rooms were extremely quite and the evening "get together" in the club lounge for drinks and canapes was a super touch. would highly recommend thi hotel. Location is excellent both in terms of access to Old Town and New Town. An expensive city but well worth a couple of days visit.

The Sheraton Stockholm is pretty much what you'd expect: excellent across the board facilities and service, nice restaurant (better than most hotel restaurants, actually), comfortable and quiet rooms. Business center is free. Internet access in the room is expensive, however. Location is excellent for public transportation (which works well), and is within easy walking distance of pretty much all important government offices. Ask for an extra blanket, and you're all set.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. it is in very short walking distance to the train station and all the major sites and shopping areas in the stockholm area. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and let us check in early. They have a fitness room and a sauna which were very enjoyable and very well maintained. It's a very clean hotel. The only problem that I had with it is that breakfast is not included with the price of the room. If you want to eat at the breakfast buffet at the hotel is cost roughly about 30 US$ per person. We went to a cafe every morning and had a very good breakfast for about half the price. Stockholm is loaded with good cafes. Our room was very good and the beds were very comftorable.I reccomend this hotel but if you want to save on money try to get a hotel with breakfast included. It is expensive in stockholm.

The location is very near from Gamla-Stan and is quite convenient for sightseeing in downtown. The hotel is also walking distance from the central station of Stockholm, so it was very convenient for us because of late arrival. We would like to stay there again when we will visit Stockholm.

Across from the Central Railway station, the Sheraton is the best location in Stockholm. Walking distance to the old city, and 5 minutes from every public conveyance. Great gym.

A few minutes walk to Gamla Stan (Old Town) is all it takes from this centrally located hotel. Buy the Stockholm City Bike card at the tourist information and you can rent bikes for three days right in front of the hotel, which allowed us to explore Djurgarden and other faraway locations. Note the three hour time limit on rentals and that your own lock can provide more freedom. Hotel was safe, clean and air conditioned. Icemakers being replaced - order ice from room service free of charge or use 7th floor machine.

We loved the accommodations and services provided by the Sheraton Stockholm Hotel. The location is excellent and I would stay here again.

This hotel is excellent! The staff was very friendly and helpful with directions and things to do. The location is absolutely PERFECT! It is within walking distance to just about everything (even a walk to Djurgarden only took about 30 minutes - very nice scenery along the way). We started off our two week vacation to Scandinavia in Stockhom for the first two nights at the Sheraton. We were so impressed that we booked the last three nights of our trip there, too. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. They also have complimentary internet access, with computers, in the lobby which helped keep in touch with friends and family. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Stockholm!

We have spent two nights in the hotel during a lovely summer break in Stockholm. The hotel's location is just perfect. Proximity of the Central Station gives you an easy access to the Arlanda Express. The Old Town and anything which matters in Stockholm is just minutes away. The hotel is a truly four stars international hotel. It was clean and the service was efficient. The only minor deficiency is the organisation of breakfast. Sometimes during the peak hours you have to queue for a long time to be seated. The quality of food, however was very good.
