Crowne Plaza Atlanta Airport - إيست بوينت

Older hotel that has been refurbished some years back. Walls were thin. My only real complaint. Good location, friendly staff and the inhouse restaurant is actually really good.

The hotel was very nice, and the breakfast was amazing. My only criticism is that the room was incredibly small, especially considering how much we paid for it.

Finding hotel and figuring how to get into the parking lot was a nightmare. It was not clear as to how to get in the parking lot or exit through the security gates and we had to go back and ask. Will not stay here again because the location is so strange, I couldn't exit parking lot and GPS couldn't figure out how to route me back to car rental lot so I missed my flight and it cost $500 to buy a guaranteed ticket home. Money saved using hotel.com and getting a great rate is now none and actually cost me money. Now I know why a room at The Crown Plaza was so cheap.

Good hotel. Convenient for transfer to/from airport.

Stayed here for the final four and it was reasonably priced and very nice! The shuttle to the Marta station made our travel a breeze! Very courteous staff and clean rooms!

I was very disappointed with the overall stay. I booked a room with two beds but was told upon my arrival there were only kings left. The room was extremely small and not comfortable. There was not a fridge and we had to pay for parking which is ridiculous especially after I felt I overpaid for the hotel. The tub was dirty and a used washcloth was left in there as well. Also the bathroom did not have a fan and the hot water ran out very quickly. Needless to say I will not be staying at this hotel again.

I booked the room because it was advertised as a 3.5 star hotel. It is more of a 2.5 star hotel

receptionist was snobby. all else ok

It was sad and shocking to see a Crowne Plaza hotel this dirty and definitely not looking up to the level that I am use to seeing at a Crowne Plaza Hotel. The elevator was filthy. The workout room was a complete embarassment for Crowne Plaza. It was filthy, lacked any decent equipment to workout with, the walls were dirty, it looked like a weight lifting room inside a prison. The dining room reataurant there offered good service but the appearance of the room was dreadful. This was definitely the worst Crowne Plaza Hotel I ever stayed at.

My stay was only for a night but it was close to the airport and my room was clean. It was the right price for a night. I would stay here again

Old, outdated, not a great neighborhood

The hotel was very nice. The only problem I had was that the bed was very hard. Other then that everything was great.

This seemed like it was a safe choice for a hotel near the airport, but in reality, it was quite a letdown. 1) We arrived on a shuttle bus around 10:00PM, and had to wait about 10 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk to check us in. (There were 10-15 other people that arrived with us, and they waited right along with us.) 2) The room had some nice, updated touches, but was generally in need of renovation. 3) The room was mostly, but not entirely clean. Notable was a large red blotchy stain on the carpet. 4) We only used the elevator a few times, but it didn't work reliably. 5) Extra security measures were bolted on the doors to help prevent the doors from being jimmied open. I'm pleased that they had this protection if it was necessary, but it's unsettling that they felt it was necessary. The hotel did have a fairly nice workout room. Lots of space, weight machines, and a selection of several kinds of cardio.

We checked into The Crowne Plaza expecting a wonderful room. When we walked in the rooms were small. We were suppose to have deluxe beds that were full size beds. Room was hot and smelled moldy. Toliets did not flush well and pictures on bathroom wall looked water lodged. Very hard to find a parking spot. Would not recommend this hotel. We called and booked another hotel and left.

Bad Location, Noisy , cramped rooms Breakfast was barely palatable.

The hotel and staff were nice, but I'll stay elsewhere next time due to two challenges with the hotel. There was only one front desk clerk and a line of 5 people. We waited in line 40 minutes until it was our turn to check in. This hotel doesn't have much parking. By early evening, guests were parking on the ends of aisles outside of marked areas. Guests arriving late at night might not find parking. Guests have to swipe their room key to get in and out of the parking lot. The parking lot card reader wasn't functioning well, which required that we buzz the front desk to exit the lot. Too many challenges for a hotel that is simply average.

I recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza hotel in Atlanta, GA the nights of 9/3/2011-9/5/2011. During our stay we were shocked by the rooms at your business. On 9/3/2011 we were watching the television when the TV went out. Engineering was called and the cable was replaced. The second night of our stay (9/4/2011) the television went out yet again. I voiced a complaint to the front desk where the manager at the time said engineering would be up again. This was at 9:15 p.m. that night. Engineering came to our room and told us that he could get us another room or that he could change out the television. This would consist of him either drilling out the screws or hammering them out which would take approximately 30-45 minutes. Like I said, it was 9:15 p.m.. We were leaving that next morning 9/5/2011 to return home so I did not feel that we should have to move rooms nor encounter 45 minutes of hammering to get a TV out because they had lost the screwdriver for the security screws. After getting no where with the manager my husband proceeded to go down and voice his complaints. He came back with another room key. After packing all of our things up (at this time it is right at 10:00 p.m.) we proceeded to walk down the hall to our replacement room. As soon as we walked through the doors all you could smell was smoke. I have severe asthma and a huge trigger to my asthma is smoke. This could not work for us. We then decided to take all of our belongings down to the front desk since they were already packed. When we got there the manager was friendly and said that she would personally go and check the next room. She and my husband proceeded to go see if the room was up to par. They returned and we were compensated breakfast the next morning. When we finally got up to the room (10:30 p.m.) I started to turn down the sheets. On the comforter was yet the next downfall to our trip. There was what appeared to be dried blood on the comforter as well as a ring of some liquid stained on

I was expecting more than what I received at the Crowne Plaza ATL Airport. The room looked more like I was staying at a Days Inn or Motel 6. Very bare room with an old tube TV and old bathroom. Had a large dining area, open bar, and convenient to I-85. If you want bare basics, then this might be your hotel, but should be lesser in cost.

I had a one night stay at this hotel and I have no major issues with the staff, service, room, or rate. I originally intended to stay at the Hyatt nearby with the rest of my group but was not able to get a room there. As it turned out, I'm glad I didn't. After comparing notes later, we all agreed I had the better deal. The Crowne Plaza staff was very nice and very competent. I got the room for a very decent rate thru hotels.com and the room was on the 4 to 5 star level. Well, closer to 4, but still quite nice for the price. My only minor issue is with the location of the hotel entrance. It was not easy to find the entrance to the place. By the time I found it, I had aleady passed it and had to circle the block to get back to it. I plan to stay here again for my next trip to Atlanta.

This makes my 8th stay at this hotel and the staff is always great. The hotel is keeped in great shape with a very friendly staff always willing to help. Only complaint is the extra charge for parking per day. Should be included in your stay not something you charge your guest extra.

The day we checked in we had a very hard time finding a parking spot...it was so evident why, because there appeared to be some sort of function going on at the hotel. One of the reasons we book this hotel was because it was close to the Airport and Free parking....The person at the front desk was very rude and in that same manner told us Hotels.com lied to us they dont offer Free parking...Hopefully by the time if you decide to stay here this would be clarified. The rooms were old and bathrooms very dirty, I was so scared to take a shower. I took my showers with my flip flops on so scared to stand in the shower barefooted. The next morning even thou we had a dont disturb sign on the door,house keeping busted into our room ...omg it was horrible. Just beware.

The one critique that I would add is the design of the entrance and lobby. We entered after midnight due to a twice-delayed flight from Virginia Beach, Va. Upon entering there were no signs and no indication about the front desk. We had to retrace our steps to find it. Because it was late there was no one standing behind the counter. Had there been we wouldn't have walked by it. However, it had nothing almost to suggest that it was the place to register.

It's close to the hood. The parking is HORRIBLE and they have the nerve to charge for it! We were placed by a family with loud children...ugh the only good thing about it was the bed!

in room 620 the drawer was missing out of the dresser. the iron stopped working the remote stopped working and the washing maching and dryer for the price of the room should have been better quality and free and had more of them, and the elevator had a bad smell.

While the hotel is conveniently located near the airport, the rooms are not well insulated from the airplane noise. My room is also not well maintained.

While the directions provided to me by my moble mapquest were a little off, I found the hotel loaction fairly easily. The parking lot was secure, which I was very happy about , and the hotel lobby was very clean and well-staffed. I was provided with a room on the 12th (highest) floor at check-in and the desk clerk eas extremely friendly and playful with my son. The room was great, with two plush beds and a small refridgerator. Unfortunately, the TV was an older model which didn't support my son's Nintendo Wii that he was eager to play. No Problem! The clerk moved us one floor down to their remodeled floor with a room that was even more nice than our original, complete with a large flat-screen TV. Our two night stay was comfortable and totally uninterrupted even though we probably kept EVERYONE up with our video game shananigans!

The lady at the front desk was very helpful and sweet. She offered great service, something you don't find very often. I would stay there again!

Upon checking into our room, we noticed a ring around the toliet bowl and requested another room. Request was honored and discount was also applied (great service). On to the second room: same problem with toliet bowl, dirt on bathroom wallpaper and furniture a bit dated. Overall, I would rate this hotel a 3.5 stars. For the local price, probably fair accomodations.

Our stay was wonderful. The staff was very professional and helpful. The only "issue" I had was that parking was not actually free, but it was not a big deal for us. We really enjoyed our stay!
