location, style of room, but was disappointed because our television did not work and no one ever came to repair or replace during our 5 day stay.

Enjoyed every minute of it! The Sheraton is connected to the Prudential Center and so shopping, food and a T stop close by!

bathrooms are in desperate need of an update

Our room was very comfortable and clean and had a fabulous view of the Charles River. The neighborhood was great. We were able to walk to a game at Fenway and take a tour of Berklee College. The Pru Center and mall that connected to the hotel lobby offered food options, shopping, and a nice stroll. The only downside was that the loud guest in the next room was easily heard through the connecting door to our room. But the beds and linens were very comfortable and everything else was great!

Absolutely fabulous! We shared a room with parents and really liked the sliding door for some privacy. Loved the breakfast - the fresh fruit was a great treat every morning! Every staff person we met was friendly, helpful and prompt.

excellent stay

Amazing service, beautiful location and accommodations just wish I had more time to enjoy the hotel. Def won't regret booking here

The hotel was a little plain for a four star hotel. There was a cheap $10 alarm clock instead of the usual home in nicer hotels. Also the bathroom had a plain shower/tub. I would have much rather had a fancy stand up shower. The water out of the tap was coming out extremely cloudy and we refused to drink it. The hotel location was great, walking distance to many great areas and pubs. The beds were really comfortable. Overall the stay was okay but I'll be staying somewhere else next time.

we enjoyed our short stay

Boston is relatively small, if it's not walkable, most sites are very close via cab or on the subway. The Sheraton is right near Copley Square, connected to the Copley Mall - - so tons of mall shops and restaurants are right there without having to go outside. It is also very close to Newberry street (2 Blks) which is loaded with restaurants and shops. I planned this as I was travelling w/ elderly parents and hoped Boston wasn't getting hit with a storm when we were there - luckily it wasn't, but if so, the mall would have met all our needs for going out, without fear of falling on ice, etc. We relied a lot on cabs also going out which were right there. If you're young, there are great walking areas nearby. The room was very nice, beds very comfy, maids very helpful, staff very pleasant on check-in, concierge was very helpful, there are computers right in the big lobby for looking up anything and printing, big screens to watch the basketball games with club chairs around them, open and comfy lounge, and right up the escalator is the mall and Dunkin'Donuts! We couldn't of asked for more! Thank you Sheraton!

I've stayed at this particular Sheraton many times and love the location. The service, quality and comfort of this hotel are consistent with the Sheraton brand, but don't plan on eating breakfast in the hotel restaurant unless you have money to burn. Two adults and two kids for the standard buffet racked up a bill of almost $90!!! Outragous!

Sheraton isn't flashy but it provides everything I need for business travel - perfect location at Prudential Center, great pool and attached gym, smoothly functioning services. Loved the fact that I could choose PAY PER VIEW tv and not have to put up with the commercial-swamped regular channels.. Please keep this option, Sheraton!

For the price that we paid we were satisfied but i would have been more pleased if the room came with robes for me and my fiance. And also the balthroom needs an update but id defintely stay again

Had to till 6pm as they didn't have a room ready when we checked-in.

Great location in the Prudential mall. Walking distance to Amtrak,subway,shopping,restaurants. Comfortable clean rooms. Would definitely recommend to others. I can't wait to go again.

I have stayed here before when doing events at both the Hotel & the Convention Center - this is the first time through Hotels.com. It is right off the Mass Pike & walking distance to many Boston attractions. The attached mall is great with a number of good chain restaurants PF Chang, Calafornia Pizza & The Cheesecake Factory. On check-in we were upgraded to a small suite with great views over the city. A very nice if unexpected benefit.

As a business traveler, I am all over the US. I stay in many hotels, of the same quality as this hotel. The hotel was comfortable and clean but not anything special. Though I loved the view from the upper floors is wonderful in the evenings. They don’t have a free continental breakfast, as do 99% of the hotels I stay at. They also charge over twelve bucks for internet in the rooms... per night …. Why would anyone who travels on business want to stay here!!! I am sorry but if Sheraton wants to get people back, they need to do better than this!!! Sad but there are a number of hotels in a 3 or 4 block region who you can do as good if not better …. And they are less expensive and most don’t charge for the internet!!!

Had a great time at the Sheraton. The location was perfect & can't wait to come back next year for NYE.

Ive been traveling to boston lately and i tried this hotel out for the first time.im very upset at the parking situation.the morning of check out i wanted to run out and grab a dunking donut coffee.i paid 39 dollars for parking and asked the male if id have to pay another 39 dollars when i left at 11am at my check out,he said no. well that wasnt the case when i checked out at 11am. I paid 39.00 when i left at 9 am and had to pay again 39.00 when leaving at 11.Because of this i will not return.

It was such a treat to have the Prudential Center attached to the hotel. There was even a church in the Prudential Center. Nice place to stay and great location for Fenway Park and other attractions.

The room was nice, we were on the 29th floor over looking the city. Our only problem was that the room was hot and very uncomfortable sleeping conditions. We tried to adjust the a/c but unable to do so. Only starting one night so didn't make a big deal.

Great location, great amenities. We stayed there on new year's eve and we never hit a snag. Could not have been more thrilled with their service. They even gave us a free upgrade to a suite because the room keys they gave me weren't working. What a great surprise!

The Sheraton is a great hotel and is connected to the Prudential Center in the heart of Boston. There is plenty of parking (a garage under the hotel and one across the street) and TONS of shopping and restaurants. Its close (2-3 blocks) from Boylston Street and Newbury Street. We stayed with friends and while our room was a bit smaller than our friends, it was clean and the hotel staff was great. The one down fall: elevators were slow and usually crowded.

This Sheraton has recently been renovated and is quite nice. The front desk staff was friendly and the rooms, while not massive, were of an adequate size. The beds were comfortable. I didn't love the shower - didn't feel like enough water pressure. My uncle also stayed at the hotel and mentioned he got a 5$ Starbucks card for skipping housekeeping during a 2 night stay. Wifi and breakfast are included for Starwood members, I believe. I'll stay here again, although most of that is due to its location in the Prudential complex.

Good hotel in central-ish location, right near Prudential Center, which allows for fast travel to the MFA or downtown. I felt the cost was above the quality though, the interior of the lobby was strangely dated and the food from the lobby restaurant was very poor and costly. I'd say if location is most important, this should be your go to place, just avoid the restaurant.

Everything about this place was great! We just stayed one night and enjoyed our stay! Will look into staying again soon, we are in the area often. Cant really say anything bad! We can all complain about the price of things, but when it comes down to it. Is it really worth it? Everyone there was friendly, rooms we clean and comfy.

I had never been to Boston before and was unsure about where would be the most convenient location to stay. although Boston is very walkable, the Sheraton is well located to both historic areas and the trendy streets. The trolley buses stop out the front too and it is only a short drive to the airport. Like so many 5 star hotels it is only 2 stars when it comes to providing Internet and there are charges to use Internet in your room so like so many others you have to spend time in the lobby to gain wifi access (very fast though). The beds are nice and firm with beautiful sheets but the walls are thin or perhaps it was the gap under the door to the adjoining room that meant we could hear a loud telephone conversation from next door. Also if your room is located next to the elevators ask to be moved as they are quite noisy. We did and were moved accordingly. A typical Sheraton but comfortable, clean and well priced without all the fuss that some hotels carry on with.
