Overall, everything was good. We were called about a missing towel, of which we have have no knowledge and did not remove.

This hotel is very old and in need of updating/upkeep... The room smelled of smoke, like sleeping in an ashtray... Mattress old and uncomfortable... Sink and shower backed up during use... Overall, just a bad nights stay for a weary traveler... Other hotels in the area would be the better choice...

No major complaints, but a bit overpriced and breakfast was as simple as it gets.

I was extreamly unhappy with the front desk assigning my room and an access key to another guests checking in. She somehow got while making keys and assigned him my room. Fortunately, he was honest and after entering my room, finding my belongings, he returned to the front desk while I was still standing there to tell her of her error. The room was adequate - rest room ceiling, tile and tub caulking needs attention. Makes the room look unsanitary.

The only thing I had some bug in my room. I said someany to them but noyhing done.

Friendly staff and the room is a good value for the price. I've stayed there a couple of times and would do so again.

The toilet flapper valve needs to be replaced and this caused the toilet to fill making noise all night. The free breakfast had no waffles, pancakes, meat, eggs or potatoes and the orange juice was very watered down. I got the impression the "free breakfast" was the minimal required to advertise such. No other diners were there and there was only one table.

yOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. THE ROOM WAS FAIRLY CLEAN BUT THE SHOWER HEAD TRICKLED WATTER MAKING THE SHOWER ANNOYING INSTEAD OF PLEASANT. THE WAS SOME WATER DAMADGE IN THE BATHROOM FROM WHAT APPEARED TO BE PREVIOUSE ISSUES WITH THE SHOWER HEAD. tHE HEATING / COOLING UNIT WAS NEW AND WORKED WELL. REASTAURANTS WERE CLOSE AND CONVIENIENT. OVERALL IT WAS A CLEAN BED AND A PLACE TO CLEAN UP AFTER A DAY OF HUNTING. I CAN HONESTLY SAY THAT I WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN IF I WAS EVER IN aLAMOGORDO AGAIN.

The staff was very helpful. When I told them I had just suffered a minor injury and wanted to see if I could be transfered to the 1st floor they switched my room and put me in a handicapped room close to the office. The motel was very quiet so I wasn't disturbed during the night. They even helped me load my luggage when I checked out. The motel is a little old but very comfortable. I would stay again.

Except the strong odor of detergent when we first came in the room, it was OK. Clean, large, comfortable, and breakfast included. The soundproofing of the room was not perfect but sufficient to have a good night of sleep.

We were told we would have non-smoking room and instead we were given a smoking room. Manager said that was what he had. We went to Wal Mart and bought room deoderizers and sprayed the room down but it constanctly smelled of bad smoke. We sprayed each time we came back to room. The smell never left.

We pulled up early evening. The man at the front gave us a ground floor room which had deeply "embedded" tobacco stench, in the furniture, carpet, curtain, walls, everything. I went back and requested a change. He gave us another one, also smelly but a little less. I requested a NON-SMOKING ROOM. He said he did not have any other. I doubt. He was offering smoking rooms as non-smoking rooms. There were "Non smoking" labels all over, but it did not change the fact that the rooms had been smoking rooms before, and were not gutted and refurbished later. The stench stayed. The whole place was worn out. The breakfast area, too. Did not go for breakfast. The front person did not know how to use wireless internet so I had to debug myself. We left the next morning, as soon as practical. Never again.

For the price hotel was exactly what I expected; clean but not fancy.

3 star motels are about the best you can do in alamogordo, and the days inn fit that bill. it was a nice, clean motel. the staff was friendly and knew the area well. free wifi, convenient location. i would recommend the motel if in the area.

Convenient location, clean rooms, good service combined with the price make this a good option. The complimentary breakfast could use some more options however.
