The room is very small

This was a great, very clean hotel. As the hotel had available rooms we got a free upgrade and got a gorgeous view of Montazah Park and the Mediterranean. Staff was pretty friendly. The coffee shop had wonderful traditional Egyptian treats. The only issue is that it is rather far from the train station, the city center and most of the sites except Montazah Park and so getting a cab to and from the hotel gets rather expensive.

I was v sutisfied with hotell. Location is god-beside garden where u can desipear from noise. Supermarket fathalla is the near. Just it wasnt in the rooms watercooker like its in description and the reason for that is to go to cafe to buy kaffe. They need to earn some money in this difficult time!

I was so impressed when I notes that, my booking not include a breakfast...! And the type of services they providing it is totally not matching with 5 star hotels.... it is maximum 3 stars.

In Generall The Hotell Is Excellent And The Shift Leaders Especially Mr Yasser Abdel Rasoul And Mr Hosam Arafa

Great place to stay, service is of high standards. Only two things that would have been a plus to the hotel would be: Free Parking - As currently you pay extra charge to park your car in the Hotel's parking area. Having a kettle in the rooms for Tea & Coffee

it ok but the rooms and the bed very small, it very hard to turned move on bed while sleeping not like other Sheraton i used to stay in it .and too much securty i bought a fruit from out side and they allow to take it with me to the room. they said it not allow .it not me its every body

the worst hotel in sheratons chain , very old Furniture and bad Service .

Really it is Amazing Service , And staff Is very Helpful and The View Is Amazing , All Is very very good

Upon arrival at the Sheraton, I was very surprised. It was amazing service and very professional. The lobby was clean and the rooms were spotless. The staff were incredibly friendly, helping us with any questions or anything we needed help with. Highly recommended hotel. The only thing is it is far from the main city center of Alexandria and you needed to take a taxi there, which can cost about 30-40 egyptian pounds with haggling. I can't express enough the impression this hotel left and how professional they were.

The staff were very friendly and cooperative. We arrived earlier than the check-in time but they gave us an early check-in, which was very kind of them to do so without charging extra! Upon arrival, there were complimentary drinks as I queued in line for the check-in. We also like the food, especially the scrambled egg with salmon from the breakfast ala carte menu. However, the swimming pool was not very impressive and the gym was a bit isolated... not really a place to work out. But overall, we had a good stay.

Maden i restauranterne var uinspirerende og der var behov for en rengøring - vi fandt snavs og gammelt støv under møblerne, på billedrammer og lamper. Hverken eller var for os at forvente på et femstjernet hotel.

medarbejderne var ekstrem søde, og beliggenheden er god. dog er det et stykke fra de historiske seværdigheder. selve væreset er alt for lille, men ok. vi synes at fem stjerner er for meget, til det hotel. der mangler en strygejern, el-kæde og vat pinde/rundeller

Hotel in godd position near the sea , at the end of the cornice street and for that no many noise. I went in the Gym but no any service ,the guy incharge for the gym even not say good morning just talk on the phone all teh time , on workman come in the room and begin to paint , I ask if was possible to wait I finisch to run ,but he don t speak English , in the while the guy incharge for the gym may scare I ask his help disappear , not glass in the gym for drink water for that I want two time in teceprion and ask help they say (for two time) " Yes sir they are providing" infact the phon ein the Jim was ringhing for 10 minutees ...I leave the jim for go in my room and drink .....I was making shover and but autside the indication to not disturb and of course they nock the door ......one guy give me two bottles of water ...may they read my remarks on teh jim logbook.......this is 5 star hotel???????? Gnerally good hotel but very far from 5 star .......... Breakfast in the morning good

Zimmer, Service, Personal waren bei meinem 3-tägigen Aufenthalt bestens. Die Lage des Hotels am Meer ist schön, jedoch liegt das Stadtzentrum etwa 15 km entfert. Für Besucher, die in kurzer Zeit Alexandria entdecken wollen, ist das etwas unpraktisch. Der Strand ist klein, aber schön, das Wasser überraschend sauber und man kann wunderbar der Sonnenuntergang beobachten.

Wonderfully located hotel with a view to the sea and the green Montazah garden. In my opinion the Sheraton the most "western like" hotel in Alexandria. It has a wide variety of guests from all over the world. It has a nice italian restaurant. The breakfast is rich and nourishing and the service good. Make sure to book with a seaview. You won't regret it

スタッフに笑顔は無い。特にレセプションカウンターは、どちらがゲストか分からないくらい、スタッフが、横柄です。部屋はかなり古くて狭い。インターネットが驚くほど高い、これは改善しないといけないと、思います。
