excellent location, quality and comfort. Is going to be my "go-to Hotel" in Montreal ! But hope for my next trip they can have something other than Starbucks coffee in the room, served in paper cups. Tasted like hot, wet cardboard. Was very bad coffee. What's with the dim lighting in hotels? This is one of several hotels saving on the wattage over the mirror. I had a King Deluxe room but no bathrobe...

Nice hotel , great location . The only mistake I made was eating at hotel bar , Montreal has great restaraunts and bars , but I was short on time , and decided to grab a burger at the bar . I had an extremely overpriced frozen pattie on a stale bulkie ... fries were cold as well . Bartender never asked how it was ,actually he pretty much ignored me until i stood up . I am sure he knew what my answer would be , instead I voiced my opinion with the tip . I had a similar experience with a chicken sandwich at the bar a few years ago . I will stay at hotel again , but never eat there again .

Reserved a king bed room, but received two double bed room. Other than that, everything is good. Good hotel to stay.

Nice hotel, good location between Old Town and the newer entertainment district, easy parking. A lot of local shopping in immediate vicinity. Everything within walking distance - Olt Town is a fairly long walk, so be ready and dress appropriately.

Clean, central location, and great value make this Sheraton a Wonderful place to stay. Dog-friendly and welcoming staff. no complaints!

Good location. We were happy with the location. Close to shopping, restaurants, bars, hockey... Would stay there again.

When you pay $15 for 1 portion of cereal for your kid. I almost fell of my chair!!!!!

Everyone was kind, our bed was super comfy and most importantly, my Pomeranian approved :-)

Very nice hotel and excellent location close to Ste-Catherine street. Very clean, good continental breakfast. Nice view from any room, but ask a mountain view (facing north) if you want to see Mont-Royal.

We stayed at this centrally located hotel while visiting Montreal for a bachelor party. The location was ideal for both sight seeing during the day as well as close to the happening night scene on and around Crecent Street. My only criticism was that my room didn't have a fridge (what hotel room lacks a fridge these days?) and the hotel restaurant was over-priced. But when you're in Montreal, you have lots of excellent choices of restaurants so this would not prevent me from staying here again.

Wish the room had a bar fridge tho!!!

Everything was great, except there wasn't any refrigerator in the rooms. T.G

Very helpful staff. Location is central, near Bell Center, lots of restaurants and pubs nearby. Clean and comfy...with a nice pool.

Overall great experience with the exception of a child throwing up in the pool so we were not able to swim-but that's not really the hotel's fault. 20 minute walk to old Montreal-good central location and the hotel itself is nice. Parking underneath makes it easy to leave your car and walk and take easy metro-much better than dealing with Montreal's traffic.

The hotel beds were comfortable, I was on the 22nd floor with a beautiful view of the city. Highly recommend for an exquisite dinning experience to go to Europea, reservations recommended. The gym was under renovations and no hot tub for the moment. A sauna would be an added bonus.

The view from the room was nice and the hotel was well situated. The room was clean and fresh looking as well as comfortable. I enjoyed swimming in the pool, although it was a little small and often crowded. I also appreciated the free internet. The restaurant was nice and the service was also good. Overall a nice hotel, although a little on the expensive side considering the rooms are small and at the time of my visit the whirlpool and sauna were not working which of course was disappointing.

The hotel stay was great. The staff was extremely helpful, especially the concierge service. The room was large and comfortable. Only issues were the expense at the restaurant and bar in the hotel was very high. And in this day and age, having complimentary internet in the room would be appreciated considering the marginal cost for the hotel. One other thing, the maid service seemed somewhat incomplete, missing empty bottles and things like that around the room.

Hotel has a great location downtown close to many shops and restaurants. I was disappointed that a hotel like this would charge for wi-fi services.

Wi-Fi should be included for the rate charged. Room was no better than other hotels in the area I've stayed at before, wich inlcuded free Internet. Room service was extremely expensive!

Very comfortable, very pleasant, staff very nice, competent and professional. Highly recommend this hotel.

Was pleased with our stay. Personally would rather stay in this vicinity rather than old Montreal because Rue St. Catherine is great for walking up and down and so are the adjacent streets too it. Employees nice and clean room. Only complaint is that it rained during our stay and didn't know they had a bucket of umbrellas to borrow on one entrance/exit of the hotel. Would have been nice if were told instead of getting soaked with the rain.

We spent a very nice few days at the hotel. Staff were excellent and the room was top quality. We enjoyed our stay on the 36th floor. Shop around for Parking...lots of exterior space next to the hotel for more than half the price. We just rolled ito the hotel parking late one night and overpaid for parking! Oh...and Wifi in the room is $15/day but free in the lounge! Enjoy your stay.

A true 4 Star hotel. Updated Renovation, Clean, Appropriate Services, Good Sized. Covenient Location closed to anywhere in Montreal attractions. The only complaint is the In-Door Swimming Pool temperature of the water and in the room is too high (even though it is summer, around 86 Degree). The gym is renovating. After, great value

We have stayed at The Sheraton Center in Montreal at least 4 times over the last several years. It's definitely 4 star quality.

The first thing I noticed was that there was hair on the bathroom floor, so housekeeping had to be called to clean. The hotel is huge, so there are people from all over staying there. It is a very busy place. Good location, but not relaxing. The food was good but overpriced, but then again, everything in Montreal was overpriced. The bedsheets were not fitted, so after each night's sleep, the sheets became dislodged and the mattress was exposed. I don't know how sanitary that is. The location is great for downtown Montreal and a short busride away from old Montreal.

I have stayed 3 days in this hotel. The distinguished advantages of this hotel are kindness of the hotel staff and cleanliness of the room. In addition, the location of this hotel may be the best in Montreal for tourism.

this was our honeymoon and i couldn't have been happier about our stay. the room was luxurious and comfortable, the internet lounge in the lobby helped us considerably, and services like massage and the pool were welcome additions. the concierges were very good at their jobs and i never felt any less than a welcome guest.

The hotel had everything we needed: a pool for the kids, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, helpful & friendly staff and the location was superb. The only disappointment was the fact that there was no free internet service availability in the room. We have yet to be disappointed with a stay at the Sheraton chain of hotels.

Beautiful hotel, convenient location to visit the downtown. Parking is extra. Room was very clean and comfortable. The only problem: the air conditioner was very noisy. During the day they are renovating at the lower level. The noise was enough to be heard on the 11th floor at 9 in the morning.

I had previously made a reservation for one junior suite for two people. I had more people that wanted to join in our mini-vacation and wanted to change my junior suite to two regular rooms. and the hassle it took me to try and talk to someone to change it was unbelievable!!! In the end, I still was not able to change my reservation due to their stupid policy. So I strongly suggest not to book a room with this hotel. Also, before checkout I looked at the bill that was placed under the door and they had accidentally charged me $31.15 for no apparent reason. I went to the front desk and the only response I received was "opps!" I found that unacceptable. If a client fails to look at their bill and gets automatically charged bogus charges, that isn't cool.
