Great clean hotel needs restaffed.

it was so bad and I can't reserve with Sheraton in the future !!!

Nice place outside of the city..Will continue to use for all my stays..

Our stay was perfect. I had read the other reviews. I was a bit concerned about a few things mentioned about it being an older hotel and a "smoking odor" . We did not find anything of the sort. I know the Sheraton bed is always a high point and it did not disappoint !!! You can keep the upgrades that some of the other hotel offer . . but if you don't have a comfy bed none of it means a thing. Think Sheraton !! We will stay again :)

The room was very clean, the staff from the hotel was very helpful. The staff from the restaurant was very kind and the breakfast was delicious. The location is good and it is easy to get to New-York downtown. The only thing that should be improved is the frequency of shuttles during the weekend. I would recommend this hotel without any doubt and I will definitely choose it again for my next trip to New-York.

I have stayed here a number of times. It's been great. It is in need of a renovation as it is starting to show wear and tear. Otherwise great location great parking great facilities.

Just one thing you need to know about this hotel... I took my nine year old son to NJ for the Giants Super Bowl parade/rally. Monday night we came back to our room to find that the Director of Catering (wish I could remember your name) had left a tray of cookies and a carafe of milk for us along with a Giants Super Bowl t-shirt for my son. This is the most amazingly nice thing I've ever even HEARD about a hotel doing. He was over the moon and it helped make our trip even more memorable. This is a top notch establishment.

The lady at the front desk don't remember her name was really rude . Felt like she was a little races

Hotel was fine, clean and close to the transportation to NYC. I found they did not leave enough towels for the people in my room. We had 2 adults and 2 children and they only left 3 bath towels. Other than that everything was great.

The best!

The hotel is too old. I'm not that satisfied with this hotel overall.

Comfortable and affordable...

We relied heavily on the hotel shuttle to take us back and forth from Penn Station, and Secaucus. We were asked to call ahead to set a time for pickup, which we did, and 3 times the shuttle was full. Only 4 or 5 people had called ahead, but the shuttle driver took anyone....resulting in overbooking....with no backup shuttle coming for another 30 t0 45 minutes. What's the point in calling ahead? Very disappointed...and it cost us extra $$ for taxis in the end. Our room temp could not be controlled....it was blowing cold air...could not shut it off. I think there are better alternatives for the $$.

The hotel was great. The people were all very helpful and friendly who worked there. It was easy to get to new york city, they have a free shuttle that takes you to the train station and then picks you back up...and the train is only $4.00 per person. I stayed in new york city last time but never again. Will definitely stay here again...much easier driving to it and getting out.

We had a great stay here at the Sheraton. The room was perfect and the service was unbelievable. We will stay here every time we come over the New Jersey. Great place to stay!!!

Hotel was fine, but it was a bit of a hassle to get into the city - had to take the hotel shuttle and then the train. The shuttle only traveled in each direction once an hour so if the shuttle was full, which occurred on one occasion, you had to wait - they should run more shuttles at peak times. The hotel itself was quite nice, I liked the Starbucks inside the lobby, but I wish it stayed openend later - say to 10 or 11pm.

Very nice hotel. Would surely stay in this hotel over and over again. The rooms were very clean and had plenty of room. Beautiful view of the New York skyline from the side of the hotel I was staying on. Highly recommend because of price difference (savings) from actually staying in manhattan. Quick shuttle ride to the train station which made getting to the city very easy. The breakfast was a bit pricey, but was definitely worth it. Wide variety of items and could definitely fill yourself for the long days of walking in NYC. Staff was very helpful and attentive. There was no refrigerator in the room, but we called down to front desk and requested one and they brought one up to our room without question. Very accommodating. Front desk staff at check in was very friendly and answer all questions regarding what we should attempt to see in the city while we were there. Overall--great experience!!

staff was accomodating, room was clean, beds were comfortable! shuttle to/from game! would stay again for sure!

Small room with very few imenities. Room was not ready as promised, and was not very clean. Staff was below average. My room was supposed to be an upgrade with a city view. Like upgrading a smart car to a Corolla. Also, an impossible place to find. Would not return, and was only there for a convention.

Hotel was splendid and very close to IZOD center. You can't go wrong with Sheraton. I booked a club level room; however, I ended up getting a sky-line view. No big deal because both are equally the same price and had a great view of NYC. Room was clean. Staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I had an enjoyable stay with no problems.

We stayed here last year and found it very convenient to getting the shuttle to the start of the NYC ING Marathon. So we chose to stay here again. The hotel is very convenient if you are attending functions at the Meadowlands, although we found it very surprising that they charge $5 for a shuttle there. It's less than a 5 minute drive and most hotels would likely provide a complimentary shuttle for such a short distance. The hotel could use some updating. The shower barely worked. (We had to pull up hard on the shower thing and hold it for at least a minute to get the water to come out of the shower head.) We had less than a half roll of toilet paper in the bathroom and had to call housekeeping for another roll. (They brought just one.) I would likely stay here again because of the convenience, but for no other reason.

Check in and Check out was seemless and very friendly. We did request a crib and never got it but the place very busy and we survived with the baby in the king sized bed.

Again, another less than opitmal hotel treading on the name. I was there on a football weekend, lots of football fans there. The restaurant was barely acceptable for a name brand hotel. The buisness lounge was good, with a nice viewing lounge adjacent to the computers.

Lobby is beautiful, the staff was great, the free shuttle so helpful. But the room seemed old and needed a good cleaning, some carpet stains and frayed furniture. Pretty sure the concentration of chemicals in the pool/hot tub were way too high. Otherwise a decent value and nice enough.

Going to the stadium, you can't be in a better spot. But this place has seen better days. The one exception was the bedding. It was first class. All employees were nice but not totally knowledgeable. Lastly, I had to wait 90for minutes to check in.

The hotel stay was great but they are doing construction to the parking lot which made finding a spot hard and we had to walk pretty far to the hotel. Other than that the stay was good.

I was a little worried at first staying at this hotel fearing that it would be a huge inconvenient commute into the city.. Boy was I wrong!! The very helpful hotel staff answered any questions that I had including giving me information about a free shuttle provided by the hotel to the Seacacus NJ transit which is only about 7 min away. The trains come pretty often and takes about 10 min directly to Penn station in the city. It was nice to come back everyday to a very clean room that was daily maintained by the room cleaners. Would definitely stay here again!!

Close to NYC yet affordable. Great service. Shuttle service was on-time every time. Would stay again.

i returned and found how much it had improved, also great personal service, which makes the business traveler feel better..

Nice place, nice people

We stayed here to see a concert at Izod Arena. We were very satisfied with the friendly nature of the staff and extremely happy with the shuttle service to and from the concert venue in a clean, comfortable bus. The lobby is very nice. The gym and sauna were fantastic. I would say the bathroom in our room was on the old side could have used a major updating. The same with the pool and hot tub area, they were quite old also. I was also surprised by the poor condition of the hallways on many of the floors with the walls all marked up and chipped paint on doorways. The hallways could have used some maintence and painting.

I stayed there to go see a football game. The location was great. The shuttle service to and from the stadium was just perfect. But what disappointed me was that they charged two movies on my credit card and wouldn't credit back. Their excuse was "the computer is down". I had to catch the flight so I left and called back next day, but they still haven't called back.

The hotel is convenient to all northern new jesey locations and convenient to NYC transport. The Hotel is tired and needs to be refreshed. Our room carpeting was stained and old The hallways need heavy maintenance. The Gym and Pool were in good condition. The club room upgrade cost is not worth the money.

The room was lovely. The staff all courteous and obliging. We will definitely stay at this hotel when we are in the New Jersey area.

Excellent hotel to stay if visiting NYC or going to a football game. The staff was very friendly, and getting to my destinations was a breeze. They provide a shuttle to and from the football game(in my case the game ended at 11:38pm, was in my hotel room by 12:01am, no kidding). The following day, I was headed to the city, they provided a shuttle(even after I had checked out) to the nearest train station, and actually picked me up later that day, after coming back in from the city!! Customer service was absolutely awesome!!!!This hotel will be my first choice, anytime I go back to the NYC area, for sure!!!
