Grand Millennium Kuala Lumpur - كوالالمبور

This is the second time we have booked in this hotel and we have had a room at the back .There has been some work being done during the daytime and has been noisey on both visits.

I would recommend this hotel to any1 travelling to kl, everything about it is 5star, the guest service was quick and exceptional, we requested a baby cot downstairs and before we got off the lift to our room, it was waiting for us. Staff extremely friendly and helpful, location wise, there isn't a hotel in kl that's more central. Would definitely only stay t here again.

Great 5 star hotel to affordable price. Location is in the absolut middle of KL. Checkin was timeconsuming but I was rewarded a suite as compensation - client friendly. Did only stay for two businessdays so I haven't explored all what the hotel can offer. Will book there next time in KL.

Pros - location close to the Petronas Towers, shopping districts and Monorail from which one can catch light rails to other areas of interest. Breakfast a very large choice of different types of foods. Cons - no free internet or WiFi. The air cond in the room was set just below 20 degree C. The control did not work. Had to wear coats when we got into the room otherwise amenities OK.

The best location, the best shoppingmalls and restaurants nearby. Easy to go to KLCC, the center park and twin tower. Very friendly staff and very good breakfast and rooms. will come again for sure.

Great location,great value,in the city centre,surrounded by great shopping,restaurants. An excellent hotel in all respects.Buffet is not to be missed!! .

The location is very convenience. It is just nearby The new big shopping mall. Opposite are the 5 star Hotels like Marriott , Ritz Carlton, Westin. Hotel Is clean and comfortable even thought it is not very New. The room is not very grand but still comfortable. Service is very good, staffs are all helpful and polite. As It is cheaper than the Westin and Marriott , it is recommended to choose this hotel.

Location is very good but the decoration is old, need to re-decorate

First of all, we have booked 2 twin beds room but when we checked in, we were told none were available and the front desk was rude until we started to make a fuss then they finally agreed to give us a room after 2. By then, one of my friend was very unhappy and took a bus to return to Singapore. Next, to our horror, we were told there is no free wifi as our is only a delux room but when I booked the hotel, we clearly noted that there is wifi. Anyhow, we ended up going to Internet cafe and Starbucks to do our surfing. The reply from one of the lady staff we spoke to with regard to the issues were extremely rude and bad. For me and my friends, we will never pay this amount of money for this hotel ever again

Fantastic location with generous sized rooms. Restaurants and the Jln Alor food street is just nearby. Would stay here again for the location. Buffet breakfast is only average though.

the hotel itself was quite good, including the location right next to pavillion, great for shopping lovers. However, the staff bar the consierge were useless when it came to providing information about kl sights such as the batu caves. they were very helpful when we wanted to take a taxi to the airport which wasnt their company (as that was way overpriced). biggest problem we faced was with their aircon which we could never keep turned off. it always managed to turn itself on again when we were out or in the middle of the night.

You cannot get a better position, shopping centres to the left, right and over the road!! Within walking distance of everything. Hop on and off bus over the road, well worth taking the 2+ hour tour. Fantastic hotel and excellent breakfast! Thoroughly enjoyed the shopping madness but 3 days was enough!

Formerly The Regent this was a very classy and comfortable hotel well situated in KL's Bukit Bintang area. Re-named and having only a partial refit the hotel has slipped a notch in quality. The bedrooms have been freshened up and the bathrooms tiles re-grouted but the foyer furnishings are shabby and there are signs of wear in the fittings generally. The bar prices are outrageous but the breakfast buffet is top notch. The swimming pool is attractively set in a garden terrace.

Stayed at Grand Millenium for 1 night in Oct 2011 at end of our Thailand/Malayasia holiday... Hotel itself is amazing... Beautiful Hotel, rooms are quite large and comfortable (and we stayed in standard room) Location is GREAT literally in the middle of all the shopping HOWEVER staff were VERY unhelpful... No Wifi in Rooms (or anywhere in hotel) and wanted to charge $18AU for 24hrs - which is very expensive for asia! Breakfast was very ordinary - a BIG selection but everything tasted bland plus way too many people for the room and buffet - but maybe we just went at a busy time (i think it was 9am and hotel was full capacity) anyhow i loved location and hotel but will prob not stay again as staff made whole experience unpleasent - just rude and i witnessed them treating other customers just as bad!

i have stayed two nights in grand millinium and remaining three nights in next door marriott... to be honest and give you a valiable advice... teh marriot is more enjoyable, comftoble and much much more better rooms. and sevices of the staff is much better in marriot than gran.... from my heart go and take next door marriott if you want to enjoy your time.....much more... by the way the rooms in this hotel and ugly and old

This is our 6th stay at the Grand Millenium incorporating the club lounge. The hotel is still an excellent choice. The food in the club lounge has improved although the change to waiter service only on drinks is a backward step, especially with 1 senior staffer being more concerned with chatting with guests of her choosing rather than being mindful of other guests.

This is my second time stay in the hotel. Front desk staffs are pleasant, efficient and very approachable. Room is clean and comfortable.

Couldn't expect anything more, everything was the best, room, staff, service, close to everything. You pay for what you get!! Highly recommended, will definitely stay again in the future.

Traffic outside the Hotel very heavy, location is good convenient to malls, over all quite satisfied.

First visit to KL so the location was perfect - close to great shops and great views from our room. The service at this hotel was great - everyone was very helpful. The breakfast was amazing - never seen so much choice!

The therapist who attended to my husband, did not do a good job. My husband had a painful neck after the massage.

we had a great stay ,the hotel is an old hotel but has been upgraded, the rooms and the bathrooms are very spaciousI. The buffet breakfast caters to everybody- western asian and middle eatern but it is only included with the rate of some rooms! It is worth it !location is great for designer shopping, many eateries and to acess to tourist attractions, short taxi ride from the central train station, monorail station is ery close our only complain is that they charge for internet in the lobby as well as in the rooms!

The "surprised" arrangement for the partner took ages and many reminders to realised. Other than this important event, the service of the hotel is ok. The air-con is super dry, I had dry throat throughout the stay. The food bar had no price list. The no-breakfast provided was no explained to me.

Spent 40 minutes checking in!!! I had already pre-paid the room and booked in advances, but still the guy sitting behind the front desk managed to spend 40min to check me in. I was at the hotel at 16.00 hours. Rooms should be ready at 14.00 for people to check-in. No matter how grand or posh the hotel is, it doesn't help the guest if the guy is just sitting there in a suit and showing of his posh fake Rolex copy. I had to tell him twice to call and check when the rooms would be ready. He kept looking down at the computer. Really bad at customer service. Then he went away two times leaving me there to wait. The explanation I got was that the hotel was full of guest. HELLO! It's a hotel, you are supposed to have guests! Staff people accordingly. It's a luxury problem if you have lots of guests. Other than check-in I had a nice stay. But wouldn't recommend this place if they don't fix the problem at check-in.

Internet is not free, breakfast is excellent , service is ok , location is great pool is old and small. So if you looking for location then this is one of the best u can find . if you looking for room comfort , internet and excellent service this is not the one. and if you get breakfast let them make you banana pancake its to die for lol

Came here to stay one night with the extended family. Booked 2 rooms. It's a great location with 3 min walk to Pavilion shopping mall and many other shopping malls and eating places within 5-10 minutes. A great convenience is the Bukit Bintang Monorail station within 5min walking distance. Comfortable rooms and great view of the skyline and bustling city below. I would definitely stay here again if I come alone for a shopping trip!

hotel was nice ,, i stayed before in there and i did it again this time' it was really nice , very organized management. loved it , and will not hesitate to stay there again

Grand Millenium is in a fantastic location for shopping and dining out. Everything is literally at your doorstep. The hotel itself is a little tired, but clean and adequate and the pool area is great for relaxing. The food served at the hotel is above average, and generally good value for money. Grand Millenium seved as a great base and when we were tired and needed to stay in the pool was great. The spa staff were terrific, got a great massage and the facial was the best I had ever had. Although the spa services were a bit pricey the money was well worth it. Yep, I would stay again.

A must stay hotel. It is in the right location you just need to walk outside and shopping centres and shops and resturants are right were they need to be. The staff are very helpful, great breakfast, pool, mens and females spa, suana and steam room, I have stayed at this hotel 4 times and always recomend it to everyone.

the hotel was grt, stayed in a deluxe rooom for 3 nights.breakfast was excellent with a huge spread,pool was good too. the hotel has a grand lobby and the staff is very helful.rooms r gud size n the location is suberb right in the heart of butik bintang, wud definately stay again!

The check-in process has been very "cold" and very long (15 to 20 minutes to look at the receptionist typing on a computer and speaking on the phone). The receptionist seems bored to answer to any question. And as a warm welcome, we had to pre-authorise a debit of 200 RM to cover any hypothetical charges, while we already paid for the room. I've already been to several 4 or 5 stars hotels in asia and a lots of 2 and 3 starts hotels around the world, and it's the first time I had to do such a pre-authorisation. I felt I was more considered as a potential thief than a client. The room was correct, not very clean. There were some laundry receipts of previous clients in the cupboard. There was also a laundry basket. Someone comes in the room during the afternoon to just put this basket on the bed. Strange and quite useless. Finally pillows are just awful. They are so soft that sleeping without it is almost the same. Quite disappointed for such a price.

Stayed here from 27 sep-4 oct. Everything was terrific especially the location. My only gripe is that some of the buffet breakfast fails to stay hot on the counters. Apart from that a highly recommended stay.

the room we had stank and we could not sleep or be in this room, so next day they changed room for us. the housekeeping stole my newspaper in my own language and i had to trace it-i have no idea why did they need my newspaper, pillows are so soft that you cannot sleep on them, i had to ask for hard pillows, breakfast is all malasian food and a bit of other food, presentation is discusting, you feel that you are not hungry anymore, then i made arrangements with the door man to collect our luggage from our room on the day of departure--no one came, i had to do all by myself, and on top of it all-the door man told the taxi driver to take me to international airport when i had to go to lcc, so i ended up paying a lot of money to the driver to take me to a different airport, i will never recommend this hotel to anyone-very bad experience

Great hotel location, excellent meals and service. Slow and unfriendly check-in service gave us a poor impression at first. All other staff were helpful and professional. Spa facilities was excellent. Room was clean and quiet.

Fanastic... service, location and facilities! will definately stay there again and completely recommend.
