Everything was amazing about my stay at the hyatt. The only thing I had a problem with my stay is that some of the international workers were very rude. More specificaly the workers in the international tower gift shop. she was very rude and ignored me when I questions.

My room had some messed up curtains when I checked in. When I reported it, the staff moved me to a much nicer room without me even asking. I was amazed with their willingness to make sure I was a satisfied guest!

So many things were superb! The architecture of the atrium is fascinating, like being in an M.C. Escher drawing. The standard rooms are large with a terrace and a hallway separating bathroom & closet. There is a comfortable armchair & ottoman. Technological touches include two jacks for charging on the bed lamp and a variety of jacks for the TV monitor. The lobby has an excellent restaurant, Sway, with a chef-driven menu and attention to local sources. A very full breakfast buffet costs $19. The self-parking half a block away costs $18 in a covered garage or $10 per day in an open lot. I didn't have problems in the lot for two days. You can leave the car with a hotel valet for $32 per night. The hotel connects by a hallway to the Peachtree Center Mall and the MARTA light-rail system. The surrounding area is populated by sketchy people, but no one caused harm. In fact a few offered advice & directions like visitor bureau agents.

Horrendous racket on Friday night coming from outdoor bands on Peachtree Street. Parking extremely expensive. Otherwise lovely hotel and lovely staff.

This was my second time staying at the Hyatt and I love the hotel. The rooms and beds are comfortable. They have the best breakfast all around. If you can get a complimentary breakfast included in your stay, I highly encourage it. You have the choice of ordering from the menu or doing the buffet. I've always gone for he buffet and it's delicious. There is a good variety of items and the items are delicious. My one qualm with this stay was the valet pick up system. Last time we stayed we just retrieved our car from the same entryway that we dropped it off at. This time we were told to go down the elevator to the parking lobby. We encountered a long line when we did go down there. We'd already paid for parking at checkout but still had to wait just to get to the desk to turn in our ticket. Some people were actually paying at the desk which took longer as of course some people had a dispute about their bill. We checked out of the hotel at 12 Noon but didn't end up leaving til after one. I guess I paid $32 for my car to be held hostage.

It was wonderful, the hotel and the staff were outstanding!

The hotel was everything I expected and then some....Its great that I used the MARTA from the airport directly to Peachtree Station, which is connected to the lobby of the hotel....No need to step outdoors...Since it rained most of the weekend, this turned out great

First stay in Atlanta and in this hotel. like the architecture very much. hotel like no other ones. Very nice wellcome at check in. Most impressive view from balcony at the 16th floor over huge indoor patio. Very efficient wifi in lobby, costless. Desapointed by surroundings over the weekend. not much to see. no decent shopping center closeby. few people around.

Beautiful hotel in great location. Went there for a few days getaway to see the art museums, natural history museum, etc. Hotel was beautiful, well maintained, service was excellent.

No housekeeping service. Trash overflowing, called to inquire then had 2 towel deliveries but no other service. Very odd. Parking inconvenient & expensive & distant for self-parking, valet expensive as well (even for local market).

A little run down and in a pretty dingy part of town. Housekeeping came to my room both mornings and knocked while the privacy sign was on the door to ask if I was checking out that day and to try to make up the room--and that was at 8 am! Huh?!? No timer on the tv and pay for wifi. Will do better in ATL next time.

Disappointed that pool was closed for renovation. One of the main selling points.

Accommodations are what you would expect from a Hyatt Regency, plus the excellent location makes this my go to hotel for Atlanta. Still not a fan of the $32 per night parking fee.

I was here on business. My room was very warm. 75 to 78 degrees. When I turned the air on the noise was so loud I had trouble hearing the television. Fortunately I was only in the room two nights, one night late and up early and the second night i had to get up early. I thought about asking for another room but I was unpacked and busy with my meetings.

We were there for the Final Four. Hotel location was perfect. Staff was super friendly and helpful. We went with the Radius Tower and the room was pretty tiny but the price was right. Bar was happening and fun. Excellent stay!

Great location, great facilities. Room problems: incompletely furnished - made to make several calls to get things. We were given an handicapped room. Drapes were supposed to be worked with a remote control. No control in room. After an hour of calls and visits by 2 maintenance guys, we got the remote but it didn't work. drapes would not work without. They said they would fix, but despite several calls they never did. We had to find safety pins to avoid the morning sun.

I had a great experience at the Hyatt. The only thing they could have done better was to have more bartenders to accommodate all of the people there. Great location and service.

I booked a two day stay. The first night was horrible, because I book a double standard room. I stayed in a single bed room, because the doubles rooms were occupied by people in town for a volley ball tournament. My complaint is not with the Hyatt. My disappointment is with Hotels.com for not informing me about the policy when a room is not available.

our stay was excellent the food delicious, even decided to eat all our meals here, ballet parking always super fast and all services with a smile. the best service I have received in a while.

This was a great hotel. Everything was in walking distance of the hotel. The MARTA was located beside the hotel in case you needed to use the services. Everyone greeted you as soon as you entered the building. The food was excellent and the room was so comfortable. I will stay here again.

Not worth the money.

I had a great time. I only gave a 4 for "maintenance" because a part of the bathroom sink came coming off.... it just needed to be glued back, probably!

After a recent 3 day weekend in Atlanta, Georgia attending the Big South National Qualifier for Volleyball, we will be returning to the Hyatt for next years event! The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It was a 15 minute walk to the Georgia World Congress Center. Breakfast was delicious, and the service could not have been better! There are plenty of restaurants and attractions close by.

The stay was excellent!

Everything about this stay was excellent. The staff at the front desk, concierge, bell man, parking attendants were all very accommodating. The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. Only two complaints. The parking of $32.00 per day is very steep. And the room was very very very dusty, to the point that even my 13 year old child said "look at all the dust"!

Room was supposed to be for 4 people, 2 adults and 2 children, but King bed was only really big enough for 3 of us. We requested a day bed 3 times and were told each time that it would be sent up, but we never saw it. We finally gave up and my husband slept on the floor. Other than that, the hotel and room were beautiful and the staff was fantastic. Bell hop staff, was so kind and helpful, as were the valet parking staff.

For the cost of the hotel, it was not worth it because of the rude staff in multiple areas. 1) As I pulled into the parking garage, the valet attendant was rude and trying to rush me out of my car. I was wanted verbal confirmation that I would not be charged a separate charge if I removed my car from the garage the same evening to go to dinner. He quickly snapped at me with "Do you not understand what I am telling you!" I understood completely and was just wanted confirmation. 2) I went to check-in at 4:15 (check-in is at 4:00), and I was told that they had no double bed rooms. I had reserved two double beds at close to $160 and had my sister and brother-in-law with me, so obviously a king would not work. The offered a roll-a-way bed or I could get on a wait-list to see if something opened up. Two hours later, I received a call asking if there was a reason why I had requested the 10th floor....but, I never did. I had zero preference to which floor we were put on, and it became apparent that that is the excuse the front desk attendant had put next to my name on the wait list, which was not true. I simply wanted double beds. I was extremely frustrated because we waited two hours for an excuse that I never gave. Overall, I rate the hotel a C b/c of the staff. The hotel room itself was nice, but I was not happy with the disposition of the staff. I would expect better service from the Hyatt.

Hotel was unable to provide the reserved room and stated that this was not a reservation, only a request...however, they moved us up to a larger room to try and accommodate. Hotel was immaculate! Room service is pricey, but fortunately it is located near numerous less expensive options.

Parking is expensive - But it's downtown ATL! Nice hotel...

We loved our stay, everything was more than we expected

We were not given the king room we booked. We stayed in radius tower, which has a tiny room and a full bed? The towels were cheep and hard, the bed was uncomfortable and there were not enough pillows. The restauant bar is ok, but I do not recommend the quesadillas.

Had a fabulous stay, we were part conference and then stayed a couple days for leisure. Could not have asked for a better location or better staff! Everyone was very helpful.
