it was fantastic!!

If you look at the pictures and stay at the radius tower it might be very tempting but in reality the view from our window was not so pleasant, the rooms were smaller than we expected, it is more designed for a one person bedroom , no refigerator.

Service was great. Disappointed that Polaris was still not open.

Had a very pleasant stay .Nice hotel with great location , walking distance to all major attractions . Breakfast is good . Will stay there again .

VERY WELL LOCATED. SHORT WALK FROM THE PHILLIPS ARENA. MARTA (ATL TRANSIT STATION NEXT TO HOTEL) CONNECTS TO AIRPORT (SHORT 15 MINUTE RIDE). HOTEL WAS VERY CLEAN, GOOD GYM OPEN 24 HRS, HOTEL RESTAURANT WAS EXCELLENT. ENJOYED A GREAT WEEKEND GET AWAY.

Very convenient to the Americasmart. We enjoyed our stay.

My only issue was with the gentlemen that brought my bags up to my room. The parking garage was full at the hotel, so we had to park in a different location. We would have taken care of our bags ourselves if that was not the case. I did not have any cash to tip the gentleman. I was in the middle of asking him his name and time was working until. He interupted me and said that people always tell him that and never tip. I actually would have tipped him, but his overall rude response gained him nothing from me.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in. Great location within walking distance to many restaurants and sights. The hotel is very accommodating and has superb customer service. Modern bar and easy access to Starbucks and mall. I will definitely stay there again when I'm in Atlanta.

very bad stay at this hotel, from room to Valet parking

Very modern hotel...there is 24 hours cafe which I like...friendly staff...bathroom is a bit small but am not complaining. Many good restaurants are within walking distances. It is in good area.

My wife and I were in town to shop at Americasmart and to attend a concert at the Tabernacle. We arrived around 8 o'clock on Thrusday evening and while the hotel was fairly busy, we were promptly taken care of. The hotel staff at check in were very friendly. We were given room 1554 in the International Tower. Everything seemed great when we arrived. We ordered room service right away and it arrived in about 30 minutes. My burger was great, but my wife's pizza tasted like it had been cooked in the microwave. We went to bed pretty early because we had a big day of shopping ahead of us. Here's where things started to go downhill. I want to preface my next observation by saying that I don't expect a hotel in the middle of downtown of one of the largest cities in the country to be as quiet as a small bed & breakfast in the mountains somewhere. Some ambient noise does not bother me in the least, in fact, I have a hard time sleeping without it. But this room, hands down, by far, was the absolute LOUDEST room I have ever stayed in in my entire life. It was just crazy, it sounded like we had the balcony door open. Needless to say, neither of us slept well at all and we felt like garbage the next day. The next night was even worse. The valet service was insanely backed up and cars were parked at the hotel entrance, directly under us, honking their horns all night. The walls inside were tissue paper thin as well. Our neighbors weren't particularly obnoxious, but we could here there every move as if they were in the room with us. By the 3rd night we were both so tired after not sleeping for two days that we actually got some sleep, although with a little assistance from a bottle of wine. Saturday afternoon, after shopping and before our concert, we wanted to grab a little bite to eat so tried 22 Stories, the lobby bar. The staff seemed to care far less than the rest of the hotel staff, and the food was terrible. We got the wings and had to send them back they were so bad. Now I

The Hyatt definitely lived up to its name! The concierge was very helpful and nice, the guest services personnel was attentive and friendly and the overall appearance of the hotel was modern and sleek! We got in late and were told that the hotel bar/restaurant would be open until 1:00 am and serving food until 12:30. We got there around 11:30 and they were already cleaning up and we were the last people to get served food! Other than that, the only other issue was with the bath tub. The faucet to turn on the shower was hard to pull out to turn on, and when I tried to pull on it, a part of it fell off and I couldn't get it back on! Then it wouldn't work at all without the piece! Luckily, myu boyfriend was able to fix it and all was well. Definitely a wonderful stay!

Hotel was nice and very busy/nosy with guests(maybe had a convention). Desk clerk was friendly, but slow with check-in and check-out. However, if you had a question after checking in, you had to get back in line. Valet service check in and out was quick and with a friendly staff. Ordered room service and it was on time. Coffee great, but yogurt parfait did not have any yogurt in it; too much fruit and granola. Hotel room was sorta small for the price, but clean and neat. Modern decor.

I planned for my boyfriend and I to stay in the city so we could enjoy our night and have a comfortable hotel to stay in at the end of the night, the Hyatt was amazing! We enjoyed the location, atmosphere, and the rooms were so comfortable and cleannn. We enjoyed the bar at the hotel, the food, drinks, and servers were very enjoyable. We will definitely be returning next time we stay in the city. I would reccomend this hotel to my family and friends.

My weekend was very exciting except for the teenagers that kept up a lot of noise but overall excellent. I will return soon.

Busy weekend with multiple large groups caused chaos in elevator lobby with waits as long as 30 minutes for an elevator because two elevators were down due to renovation. Also, 9:30pm phone call to housekeeping requesting extra towels and pillows went on deaf ears in spite of 2nd phone call 1 hour later asking for status of request. However, next morning the staff was attentive. Otherwise, very happy with accomodations, hotel, location, and convenient location adjacent to food court, with easy access to Marta rail.

Love this Hyatt. Everything was perfect. Stayed there New Year's Eve and they were most accomodating. They did not pick up our breakfast room service order, but we called in the morning and the food and coffee came in short order. We will definitely stay again.

Room was in good condition and clean. However, I found a few things I really didn't like: - Hotel is very noisy. It's under construction - No self parking. Valet parking only which is expensive and very slow/inconvenient - Service level is below average

I loved the new look of the Hyatt. I have traveled the world and this room was first class. Beautiful decor, beds soooo comfy and luxurious. Walking distance to all sorts of fun things and good eats. Staff was highly efficient and friendly. I got so comfortable I almost did not want to venture out. Thanks everyone for a great stay!

booked a king room for 5 days, did not get one. depending on the area of the hotel rooms are nice or small and weird shaped. Upgraded the reservation and still did not get what we wanted.

I was promised and booked a king bed from hotels.com and when i reached the hotel they did not had a king bed.

The hotel is in a great location and the staff was friendly and personable. At a glance the room appeared nice but up close I was disappointed. The room seemed aged and may not have been used recently; slightly damaged furniture, some dust, particularly notable on the remote and in the corners. The bath tub had grey non slip treatments and the showerhead was slightly rusted. Fortunately there was a clean bathmat provided. The shower curtain had just a few spots of mold and the sheets were worn with a few off white scuff-like stains and a few holes hidden by the top comforter. I will probably explore alternatives for my next trip to GA. On the other hand, renovations are underway and possibly they've not yet reached the floor on which I stayed. Admittedly, it does not take much for me to be uncomfortable and the little things make me wonder about the flaws I don't see. If you don't sweat the details you'll probably enjoy the room. A colleague stayed at Hyatt Place which was not as convenient a location for the event I attended, however, the room was cozy and inviting and the bathroom appeared cleaner. The latter is an option if you have a car and they offer a free continental breakfast.

The worst part of the stay was the service in valet parking. Several people waiting 15-20 for their cars where you pay a hefty fee of $29. It seems they had no idea of who was staying at the hotel or merely using parking. Although a credit card was given at check in, I wasn't even able to call down for my car to be brought around. The attendants were rude and annoyed when people, some who had to make it to the airport, asked how long it would take to get their cars. I waited 20 min for my car both days. Luckily I planned on waiting for my car on day 2 so I made sure I left very early.

I went to a banquet during my stay and it was awesome. The 22 story lobby was very nice and also gave the glass elevator rides a slight thrill. There is a bar in the lobby that was packed and seemed like a perfect place to network. The staff were nice and very informative. I would definately recommend.

My visit was during a time when the hotel was renovating (hence lower rating for hotel appearance). Otherwise, the staff was great, the concierge was extremely helpful. The rooms were comfortable and the hotel was a short drive from several destinations. Great stay!

Close to everything. Rooms and room service is great. If you stay for 3 or more days be prepared to have to tip everytime you leave or return to hotel. Hotel only has valet parking.

Extremely noisy because of ongoing construction, hotel force you to use valet parking adding 30 dollars daily to your stay. Very expensive.

outstanding hotel with all the comforts. Business trip to atlantamarket. Convenient location to everything. Certain floors are being renovated while there but our room was excellent with new furnishings and the service was excellent. I will stay at this hotel again for the next market.

Great Location. Going through renovations, rooms are just standard. Hotel bar and lobby are really nice. Restaurant lacks in the menu dept. but lots of choices nearby

They did not have the room I had booked/pre-paid for (high tower/king size bed). Instead they put me in a room with twin beds on the 2nd floor next to the hotel generators/AC units. When I complained, they told me they had no other rooms available.

Although I do not care for Atlanta, the hotel was fabulous. The location for my needs was perfect. I was not too fond of the cost in the lounge/bar. It is located right next to a food court and near different restaurants. If you are looking for something near America's mart this is the place. The staff was the friendliest I have dealt with in a long time.

Had a great stay. Service was good and even though the hotel was under renovation, it was not a problem as we were gone during the day. The room and bed were very comfortable. Would recommend the Hyatt Regency in Atlanta to others.
