Hyatt Regency O'Hare - شيكاغو

Overall our experience was great at the Hyatt. The room was nice and clean, the hotel is beautiful on the inside, and the location for us was great! My only huge issue was the thermostat. The room stayed very very warm no matter what we did! I was so happy that we had a room with a balcony, or I think we would have suffocated in there.

We loved this hotel! One of the finest by far. Very accomodating to our needs, beautifully rennovated also! Very modern. Huge Atruim with thousands of fresh plants. We did not want to leave! Having a Pool would have been a plus, though they did have a Fitness Center. Will definatelly be comming back!!

Very nice room and great location if you're flying in/out of O'Hare. However! Woke up at 3:30am to hear bubbles in the pipes. Half an hour later couldn't sleep and had to go to the bathroom. As I sat down I heard more bubbles in the pipes, which exploded up through the toilet!! OMG how DISGUSTING and UNSANITARY! Needless to say I was taking an unscheduled shower at 4am. I like the hotel and it has been very convenient, but I will never stay there again! GROSS!!!

Staying for one night on our way further. We got a nice room on the 9th floor. The lobby/front desk and hotel overall were great, we were treated really nice. There was not so much to choose of restaurants in the neighbourghood. but the one in the hotel was superb with no overprice. Recommended.

The hotel and staff were great. What I did have a problem was the people in the next room. They being too loud plus their kids were crying constantly. I understand these thing happen. The reason for my stay was too relax in a quiet and peaceful place but couldn't really do that. The other problem I have was that the bed frame was covered with dust.

I go a couple of times a year to events at this hotel, and I always look forward to it. Everyone on staff treats you like you're booked in the penthouse suite - they encorporate hospitality into every part of the experience. The beds are lucious, and breakfast, while pricey, is always so good. I love the showers - no tubs in the kingsize bed rooms I usually stay in. Looking forward to the next event there!

excellent shuttle service to and back from the airport

I loved the stay at Hyatt Regency!! Very clean, loved the area and the people that work there very polite. As soon as we got there they put our luggage on a cart, my friend started pushing it towards the elevator.We hear someone yelling ma'am! You cant take that to your room! she states we independent ..He said not at this hotel your not! Loved It!!!.Valet parking was excellent they always called me by my last name every time.Special thanks to the guy name "Mr. Spencer" he gave us directions. We will be back, same hotel, every year GIRLFRIENDS TRIP!!!! Thank you Hotels.Com

I paid theextra $$ for a Rgncy Club Room. What a waste of money. Other than having a bathrobe, the ameniies and room were exactly like my co-wokers. No extra services were offered for the $$ difference.

The hotel itself, the amenities, the nearby Casino, and the day time staff were the positives and the night time staff attitude and unprofessional manner was the negative. Overall and considering the rate, it was a pleasant stay.

Small room and small size of a King size Bed. Seems like a Queen size bed. Receptionist argued that it was a King size bed. Okay, but it seemed much smaller than my King size bed at home. Another bad experience with a receptionist. They had no idea what room package I booked. I needed to explain and showed my booking information. Nosier room than other hotels I went near O'Hare. The hotel facility made some noise. I couldn't handle that. Restaurants in this hotel were good. Very good food and waiters were nice. Good location near Rosemont subway station. But, overall, I may not want to come back to this hotel.

Our stay was very nice. Although I had an argument with the staff at the reception while checking out. Our booking had included breakfast but the lady at the check out counter tried to charge me for the breakfasts. That was a little annoying and wish the hotel had better knowledge of which guests had booked with what facilities. Overall our stay was good.

Overall great hotel, comfy beds. Only two minor concerns, there was a used towel hanging on the back of the door at checkin time, and you can't buy a newspaper anywhere!

I stay in this hotel for a conference once or twice a year. It's always a treat. Every hotel staff person I encounter practices warm hospitality and gracious service. My mattress this time was so comfortable that I wish I could bring it home with me! Beautiful room - loved the standalone shower. Breakfast brunch is not cheap, but worth every penny. Can't wait till the next time!

We were expecting a King room and you didn't have any available that were easy to get to without climbing a few stairs... more of a gift shop in the lobby would have been nice.

very convenient, a bit over-priced in my opinion & I do resent having to pay for overnight parking in their lot...but that seems to be the nature of the business nowadays. Room was quite pleasant, bathroom very satisfactory & the amenities (restaurant & bars) satisfactory as well.

It's hard for an excellent service and facility to be negociated with a cheap price. However, Hyatt Regency O'Hare was able to take both of these proabably due to its geographic location; although the place is nowhere close to possible destinations.

For the most part, I was very pleased with this hotel. I had only 2 complaints. First, the temperature of the lobby, gym, and restaurants was freezing. It was pleasant outside, but management had the a/c set to a bitter cold temperature. I went to another hotel (Embassy Suites) for dinner because I could not stand the cold. Also, because I was flying in from Japan, I woke up at 2:30 am. I went to get a snack from the convenience store, but it was closed. I had to walk to the nearby Hilton.

Paid for the "business room" that was supposedly soundproof, it was not. On top of the insane amount of money you spend on a room, you have to pay for wireless internet, and they nickel and dime you to death, having to leave the room for anything other than coke or wine. It was incredibly loud in the lobby all night long. And the next morning, the maid decided to let herself into our room while we, and my child, were still sleeping at 8 am without knocking or apologizing. I would definitely definitely rather have stayed at the Drake for the amount of money we wasted on this place.

My stay was very good. Considering the many guests they had to accomodate that particular weekend I was very impressed at the level of service. I would definately stay there again if future plans called for it and would recommend to others.

Easy to get to.. Gas station nearby.. Only downfall would be the nightly parking charge. Besides that. It was wonderful.. Fully stocked bar.. restaurant, coffee shop, gym... We loved it.. And you do have to pay extra for the fridge if you want one.. But Ice makers were everywhere.. haha.. We will stay again.. Next time we are there..

The staff at the hotel could not have been nicer. It was our 40th anniversary and they comped our parking fee and gave us a bottle of champaigne and Godiva chocolates. The breakfast was also very good. They made our anniversary very memorable.

stayed over night everything was great! food, location, airport shuttle service, clean, nice staff!

The hotel was very nice with the exception of my experience with the valet man at check in. The front desk and restaurant service personnel were consummate professionals. Helpful and courteous. The fitness center is excellent, well maintained and has plenty of equipment (although it was very full at 6 AM).

Hotel was very good and very convenient. Good business hotel, i got a great rate through hotels.com
