The Hyatt Regency Baltimore was very clean, and the staff were helpful at all times. It is near to the main city, so it's a good location for sight-seeing too. I would recommend this hotel for anyone travelling to the city.

The hotel is nice and my daughter loved the glass elevator looking toward the aquarium. There are plenty of hotels in this area that are the same price or better and offer free breakfast with the same comfort levels. I don't feel the overwhelming need to stay here again. It was close and we ended up getting a good rate but nothing spectacular. $20 for breakfast doesn't wow me

I would normally stay at a less expensive motel/hotel but I chose this hotel because I wanted to be within walking distance of everything I wanted to see. I'm not much for finding my way around the city. The convenience of this location was everything that I could have asked for. I especially liked the walkways that go over the streets instead of having to fight traffic to cross the street. My stay was very rewarding and I was able to accomplish everything I wanted to do. The rooms were very quiet with no loud noise heard through the night.

Nice and close to the harbor. Super breakfast buffet and excellent staff. Most friendly and excited to offer help and advice on sight seeing locations.

Where do I begin, 1. I was charged as soon as got to the hotel a hold on my card, showing no trust in there customer, but they want us to trust them. 2. I paid alot a day for parking, Twenty Seven Dollars a Day!!!!!!. 3. They charged for the Internet!!!! McDonalds,Starbucks,Library, etc; has FREE WIFI, Why charge for a service that is already available @ the location; I really had to find myself meditating throughout to not spoil my daughters birthday. Yes!! I choose the Hyatt and other locations in Baltimore to celebrate my daughters birthday. I just dont like to feel like I'm taken advantage of, and I clearly feel this way!!!

If it were possible to give this hotel more than 5 stars, I would. I have never been to a hotel that had service like this one. My husband and I stayed at the hotel overnight during our anniversary. The hotel is beautiful. The staff were personable, accommodating, helpful and completely thorough in the care of their guests. The hotel has a skywalk that goes straight across to the shops, stores and water. We had a harbor view room with a beautiful view of the water and boats. Our room was decorated in a modern style. We absolutely loved our stay. The only drawback was that you had to pay to use their wi-fi. We are coming back to this hotel most definitely!

Beautiful facility, very comfortable room, pleasant staff.

Nice, recently renovated rooms. Close to Inner Harbor, Federal Hill, and Fells Point.

When booking, I was told either a smoking room with 2 Q was available or a non-smoking with King. I took smoking and smoked in it for 2 hours until I saw the sign and went immediately to the front desk to apologize. I was told "this is a 100%" smoke-free hotel!!!!!!!! A costly error on hotels.com and my husband and I were extremely disappointed.

The hotel was lovely. The lobby is metal and lots of space so there was a sound issue, but the lovely water element in the lobby/restaurant area helped with that. I thought the lobby music should be cut off at night since you could hear it in the rooms at night. It was a beautiful room and view. LOVE the bedding and allergen protection and considerations!!! Great location!! Bellmen and personnel were extremely helpful with any questions.

We stayed for 4 nights, went there for baseball games at Camden Yards. I think this is a great location for all things in the Inner Harbor and Federal Hill. Fells Point & Little Italy are as close as the Water Taxi or you can walk. I would definitely stay there again. My only complaint was that there was no paper or pen on the desk, so when we wanted to write down addresses to visit I had to comb through my stuff to find paper and pen. It's not that big a deal, but most other places we've stayed always had them. I guess it's a sign of the times and cutting costs.

Employees were very polite!

Great hotel and very convenient to harbor thru a walkway in hotel. Only disappointment was the bathroom as the shower was small and ameneties were sparse.

Just wonderful. Will definately go back! People there couod not have been any nicer!

We only stayed one night but this hotel was fantastic. They were experiencing some technical issues which caused some lines at check in, but they were very accommodating and offered us a credit for the inconvenience. I only have two issues: 1) the outdoor pool closes at 8pm! on a friday night??? my kids were highly disappointed and we never ended up using it and 2) amenities (such as minibar items) were extremely expensive. Also, shouldn't parking be included in your stay? $27 for one night to park the car seems a little ridiculous. But overall, the place was great and extremely clean and well-maintained. Easy walk to shops and inner harbor attractions and staff was either invisible or very courteous.

Room was clean and comfortable. The 4th floor is not quiet enough, noise levels from attrium/lobby carry on up into the rooms.

This was probably the 'highest class' hotel I have ever been in, and it was great! I'd definitely try to rent here again.

We arrived in Baltimore in 100+ degree heat and were looking forward to a dip in the pool. It was extremely small for a hotel of this size and once you added children it was impossible to be in.

Ideal location right on the harbor, with bridge over the highway. Glass elevators add a nice touch. But beware of the extras - $10 for wifi; $8 for a bottle of water.

For the cost of the hotel you would think a bottle of water would be free... NOPE! There was no water, just ice. The mini fridge was outrageously expensive!

Excellent hotel great breakfast very clean very accomodating. Hotels.com on the other hand not so great. They never sent my reservation through. What a hassle. Thought it would have been easy. I guess there is no comparison to human to human communication!

The hotel was nice and the staff was very accomodating. The only downfall was I booked a Harbor view room, to find that at check-in, they didn't have any left. The threw in complimentary breakfast at the hotel which was nice, but doesn't make up for the overbooking.

A little pricey, but you can't beat the location. I stay here every time I visit Baltimore and will keep going back. A pedestrian bridge connects to the hotel and goes to the Inner Harbor (right across the street). Awesome views of the harbor (not all rooms, but many). I could see the Baltimore Ravens stadium, Inner Harbor, and the hotel pool from my room this visit. Overnight parking is $27 and you can request a card to swipe at the gate for in and out privileges during your stay. No complaints here! Don't forget about the water taxis if you are visiting... a drop off point is right next to the hotel and you can take it to numerous areas around Baltimore for $10 all day.

We had a 2 1/2 and 3 years old and it worked very well. We had easy access to the mall and then from there to the Dolphin show. Also restaurants and the pool was a welcome diversion with very hot weather and exhausted the children so sleep came easy.

A pretty good stay. It required tipping housekeeping and up charges for everything. Our itinerary got changed at the last minute and they could not accommodate an extension. We went to Pier 5 Hotel just down the street and it was a much better experience. Free Internet and bottled water. Much better location. Two blocks to Little Italy. Two blocks to the aquarium. 4 or 5 blocks to Fells Point. Great restaurants in the hotel. Pier 5 is where we will stay next time.

Excellent view of Harbor! Bed comfortable, good orientation with updated flat screen TV. Actually liked that the bathroom had a modern feel. Stand up shower with no tub, modern vanity. Harbor across the street and walking distance to the O's park. Breakfast was OK and overpriced, but isn't that with every hotel?

We arrived in Baltimore early and even though checkin was at 4, they allowed us to check in early at 1pm. The hotel was very clean. The layout was wonderful and going up in the elevator you can see into the lobby and then it's as if you break through the ceiling in Willy Wonka and suddenly you can see outside wall still ascending. Everyone was wonderful. Staff was very friendly, courteous, and helpful. We enjoyed the stay a lot. I would definitely recommend the hotel for anyone interested in staying at Inner Harbor Baltimore.

I would defently be returning to this hotel. Upon check-in, we found that we were given a room that was not cleaned. We quicky went down to check-in and we were compensated. New room was excellant. The hotel is directly across from harbor, aquarium and various shops & restaurants. You will definatly enjoy your stay!!!!

Great location for visiting the Inner Harbor. The only hotel that I could see that had a connecting bridge to the Inner Harbor shops and restaurants. Loved walking with the kids to the aquarium and the science museum. Breakfast was good but the buffett price seemed a little steep. King size bed was comfortable and the harbor view was fantastic! Would stay here again for the convenience alone!

A big "THANK YOU" to Adam who corrected and fixed our check-in problem. Hotel was clean & quiet. Extremely close to Inner Harbor. Parking garage was next door. Had a great time.

The Hyatt Regency is a Great location in Baltimore's Inner Harbor area. There is a walk-Way leading from the 2nd floor. This allows you to avoid the busy streets near the Harbor. Our stay was way to short we will return. SDC
