Marriott Nashville Airport - ناشفيل

Wonderful staff. Restaurant had really good food and waitstaff. Great bed and pillows. Unfortunately, it cost us $25 - $30 to get anywhere and another $25 to $30 to get back. Usually, about $80 per day. If you have a car, it will cost much less.

The pillows on the bed were too thick and firm. The maid did not clean our room when we stayed in it too long in the morning. Other than that, the hotel was very nice.

By far the best service I have received in a hotel in a long time. Staff pay very close attention and are always welcoming everyone in and out of the hotel. As well as making sure your every need is meet. My only request would be that the water get hotter in the shower. It was hot just not hot enough for me I like to cook.

Much to expensive. We have stayed at just as nice of places cheaper, they included Free WiFi IN THE ROOMS and Free breakfast in the morning! We will not stay at this location on our way back through Nashville.

The rooms are clean an nice. We stayed and went out to downtown Nashville. It was a longer cab ride. The hotel had a very friendly staff and made us feel at home.

We stayed here for half business, half pleasure. For such a large hotel, I would have expected a much better restaurant and room cleanliness! We were gone for 13 hours for work and our room wasn't cleaned. The staff was all very friendly, but because of some strange work hours and bad weather we ate at the restaurant, Champions, 3 times, and most of the food was average to below average. The bathrooms in the hotel rooms need to be updated, and the cable selection was very odd - several news and sports channels, and no regular cable channels. No free internet, either, which was a bummer.

Excellent Nelson the desk clerk was outstanding

Loved the hotel and its staff. Breakfast buffet was tereffic, omelett chef made one of the best omeletts I have ever had.

Great place with nice rooms and a very friendly staff. Will definitely plan my next stay in Nashville at this hotel.

I love this hotel, because I spent my wedding night here many years ago. We return once or twice a year just to get away. I am very familiar with this hotel. On this occasion the hotel was being renovated. That was not indicated when I made reservations, and the price was as high as it normally is. The renovations, noise, dirt, service elevators, did I say noise made this nice hotel feel like a cheap motel. I was up all night listening to banging. It was horrible!

iT WAS THE WORST STAY.They are remodeling,no lobby,no passenger elevators,no water,no wake-up calls(arranged the night before),and no taxi(arranged the night before).I asked for the general manager to call me the next day.Four days later-no call.

really convenient flying into BNA and catching the shuttle from the airport and to the Hotel just 8 minutes away. It was Christmas night, and everything closed, but the Registration desk saw i had 2 kids and said they knew of one Italian food place open and still delivering at 11pm on Christmas night! Stroke of luck The Hotel is under major remodeling, so it is a WIP and they know it. with all that it was just right for us staying one night before we headed on our driving road trip

very nice all around...staff very helpful

This hotel was recommended by friends and when i called hotels.com to inquire about it, their representative gave it a good review as well. I couldn't agree with them more. It was very clean, comfortable, well equipped with work space, computers, printers, lounge areas, Starbucks, spacious exercise facility and I could go on. And if you are headed downtown it is very convenient ( about 8 miles ) to Music Row. The very helpful desk clerk even printed us directions to / from the restaurant we had chosen!

Didn't have shuttle to town

it was great. I have stayed in 3 different hotels in Nashville besides Marriott. I will use Marriott from now on. Most comfortable bed! nIce hotel, indoor/outdoor pool

Superb experience. Will recommend this hotel to others. Great location, great breakfast, great service, clean, and good price point.

Very nice hotel. I got a bit tired by the over-friendly staff who were always going out of their way to say hello.

The hotel room was very nice but very small. The bathroom was so small that it was very difficult for two people to get ready at the same time. The overall appearance was clean. The bed was very inviting and was comfy to sleep on. The staff at check in was amazing. They were very nice and offered help each time we walked past the desk. The bar was nice, the bartender was very polite and helpful. The jacuzzi was warm and clean. Overall, it was a very nice hotel. I would recommend it to others.

We always try and stay here before catching a flight out. The shuttle service is outstanding. The cost of the room is not too bad; it would def be more to leave your car in economy parking that is for sure. The room always clean and the front desk always very helpful.

Very convenient to all areas. Restaurant food better than expected. Room had a slight musty smell but that could be the humid Nashville norm. All service was excellent no matter the need. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Indoor and outdoor pool with room service.

We really like the hotel but the room seemed very small and humid. The pool was also cloudy. The staff were very nice and the hotel was clean.
