Hesperia Sevilla - إشبيلية

Hotel Hesperia was a very nice, pleasant and comfortable hotel. It is a little away from the core which is what I was looking for. Very helpful staff.

The people in the front desk are not trained to do a front desk job. The reasons are: 1) placed me in a smoking room without asking me. 2) They were not well dressed. 3)They do´not have people skill at all. When I walked into my room the room was not clean. I found hair on the floor. I found hair on the bed, and the pillow was dirty. The toilet was not clean. There was not ac. I was so dissapointed. I felt helpless, nobady care about my complaints. It is a great location, but the hotel is not worth it.

There is a bus stop just around the corner where the frequent airport bus (see public transport authority's (TUSSAM) website for details) sets down so it is very easy and cheap to get to. It is also within easy walking distance from Santa Justa railway station, probably about 10 minutes. Close to the hotel is a shopping centre and a bit further away is an El Corte Ingles department store which has a supermarket in the basement for snacks and drinks. The hotel is just outside of the city centre and I didn't walk as it was too hot, but there is a metro stop close to the hotel entrance and it is only a couple of stops to Jerez near to the Cathedral in the city centre so it is easy to access. The metro also connects to San Bernando which some RENFE trains call at if you don't want to walk or take the bus upto Santa Justa. The room was clean although the hotel was a little dated but not tatty. This does not really matter if it's just a place to sleep. Staff on the reception were efficient. The main disappointment was that I believed from some internet sites that this hotel has a swimming pool and it doesn't - there is a health club in the basement and I think you have to pay to access it. I didn't eat in this hotel so can't comment on that but generally it is a decent base to explore a great city.

A BRISK WALK FROM CENTRE BUT ONLY 5 / 6 EUROS IN A TAXI STAFF VERY FRIENDLY INDEED ESPECIALLY THE RESTAURANT.bOOKED OUR NEXT STOP (CORDOBA) WITH SAME GRUP AT THE HOTEL.

This hotel was very convenient to the Metro and short walk to all key sites. Staff was very friendly and spoke fairly good English. They were helpful and made special accomodations for bag storage during our visit to Seville. Highly recommended.

This was our third visit to this hotel. We like the fact that it is a 15 minute walk to the centre. We were fortunate to have a balcony this time which made the stay all the more pleasant. Great value for a 4 star hotel.

Hotel is well located, lovely reception area and staff were very helpful there spoke very good english which was great as we have v litle spanish. bed comfortable (although like a lot of Spanish hotels, was 2 large single pushed together), large room with easy chair also, bath, tv, mini bar fridge etc. Bus stop & Seville Bike stand outside hotel,only 10 mins to Old City. No. 5 bus either. El Cortes Ingles &stadium around corner. Nice area, school across road, other restaurants bars up towards the stadium, and shopping like Mango Zara up there too. Tapas bar just down from hotel towards city centre was very good and cheap. very enjoyable stay, good value,would recommend to anyone. quiet at night also as not right in city centre but we still found location easy to get to and from town. Rio Grande restaraunt in town at river is lovely setting for meal. We stayed in NH and Hesperia hotels in Cordoba & Granada on this trip also and all very good

The hotel location is not the best since it is a 15-20 minute walk to the downtown area. However, there are plenty of buses and a metro stop right in front of the hotel. The rooms are standard size for Europe, and were very clean. Parking was available for a fee, but it was very easy to park on the streets around the hotel. We had requested a non-smoking room but ended up getting a smoking room because they had not other rooms available. The people in the front desk were nice, but pretty much ignored our complains about the smoking room. Their free Wi-Fi was pretty much useless because it was too slow. Overall, it was a good hotel for what we need it: sleeping and taking a shower.

This is a very convenient hotel, close enough to the old part of seville (within walking distance). The hotel is clean, comfortable and good value for money. Ideal for a short stay.

Grande albergo sopra ad una fermata della metro in una zona commerciale moderna poco distante dal centro. La camera era confortevole ed ampia ma, in merito alla dotazione e alla manutanzione, sembra più un albergo a tre stelle che a quattro. Tuttavia lo consiglio.

Hotel pulito e vicinissimo ad una stazione della metropolitana. Personale cortese e disponibile. Consigliato se la camera è in offerta, altrimenti meglio uno più in centro. La metropolitana in settimana chiude presto quindi c'è il rischio di dover tornare a piedi.

ME ALOJE EN EL HOTEL PORQUE ME EXMINABA DE OPOSICIONES EN SEVILLA, ASI QUE FUI BASTANTE NERVIOSA. LO ENCONTRÉ MUY AGRADABLE Y TRANQUILO, MUY BIEN SITUADO. QUIERES IR AL CENTRO DE LA CIUDAD COGES EL METRO A SOLO DOS PARADAS DEL CENTRO DE SEVILLA. ALREDEDOR DEL HOTEL UN CENTRO COMERCIAL Y RESTAURANTES VARIADOS. EL SERVICIO Y LA LIMPIEZA MUY BUENOS.

El hotel es estupendo. Sin duda repetiria. Y lo recomendaria. La única pega es que está un poco alejado del casco histórico. Y Si hace mal tiempo como fue nuestro caso no apetece ir andando. En los alrededores hay un enorme centro comercial y la zona es magnifica. Ofrecen un desayuno buffet por ocho euros y cuenta con piscina climatizada para relajarte. Las habitaciones son amplias, limpias y muy cuidadas.

Fueron muy amables con nosotros. Las habitaciones de las plantas mas altas aún no están reformadas, pero las de las plantas bajas si, y son muy comodas. La situación es perfecta para ir al centro y para el metro. El personal es super amable y muy simpáticos. Las habitaciones son buenas aunque se puede mejorar la tv y el material de aseo. Fué una estancia maravillosa.

Très bien placé, tout près du métro et en quatre stations à l'Alcazar. Quartier dynamique proche du stade de foot. Très bon accueil et possibilités de chambres communicantes pour les familles.

Eche de menos alguna informacion, precios etc acerca de posibilidad de desayunar en el hotel

L’hôtel est moyen, il est vieux et ne mérite plus ses 4 étoiles! La piscine qui est dans le descriptif, n'existe pas ou plutôt si mais à coté de l'hôtel, indépendante et PAYANTE

Buena relación calidad/precio. Buen trato. Una localización bastante buena si te gusta pasear. En caso contrario tienes el metro a dos pasos.

Hotel cerca del centro paseando llegas en 10 minutos, la gente del hotel muy amable. La habitación perfecta, llegamos pronto y enseguida buscaron una para poder descansar. Lo recomiendo!

situation exeptionnelle pour visites des plus beaux sites et monuments historiques de la ville à moins de 15 minutes à pieds.

Estuvimos muy contentos tanto del tamaño y de la calidad de las habitaciones como del servicio, muy recomendable
