CATALONIA ARAGON - برشلونة

Terrible internet connection. There was no internet connectivity for 2 days straight and it really affected my work. I complained to the manager and nothing still happened. My room was shifted telling me that the net would be working in the new room but even there it was not working. Bad experience as manager was also not at all helpful. No bell boys were sent to get the luggage. Restaurant food was pathetic. No city information at the reception. On the whole a pretty bad place to stay.

The hotel is a little old, and could be maintained better, but my main complaint is how hard the beds are. Feels as if they are using box springs instead of mattresses. Very difficult to get a good night's sleep. I stayed in 2 different rooms coming and going, and the beds were the same. On the positive side: The front desk staff at the hotel is very friendly and helpful, and the rates are good.

I would recommend the hotel for the location but the quality of the hotel was quite poor. the room is quite small and has an old dirty smell, specially the bathroom no windows or ventilation. the lobby is not nice and friendly.

Good quality for a 3-star hotel, easy access from the airport and to the Metro system. No complaints

El hotel esta muy bien situado, centrico y cercano a la estacion de metro y tren de Clot. El desayuno no esta incluido pero es abundante y a buen precio. Es un hotel de cadena, con todas las comodidades necesarias para un viaje de turismo, de tres estrellas y que tiene una excelente relacion con su precio.
