THE SERVICE WAS WONDERFUL!!! Although for booking through hotels.com, it would be nice to know if you could change the reservation to include breakfast. Also, it would be helpful if hotels.com indicated how to travel from the airport to the hotel. Rooms do need updating. Breakfast was good. Dinners were EXCELLENT!!!

The hotel was very nice. the rate we got from hotels.com was very good. the only problem was that the extras in the hotel were very expensive. I would stay at the hotel but try to stay away from extras.

The Hotel people are very nice, they speak English. The bed's are a little firm however but lots of pillows make it comfortable. There is no bathtub in the superior room, only a shower but there is lots of Hot water which is good. The hotel is like a mini resort with restaurants, bars etc. The food is ok. The room service is fast! The hotel is far from anything to walk so I had to take a taxi everywhere. Security of the hotel is excellent. Internet wifi is free throughout the hotel. They charge extra for a 2nd person and that person needs documentation to enter your room. The pool is excellent, very big and the towels are great. No beer at the pool but you can go near the pool on some other lounge chairs for a beer which is just as good. Its expensive compared to other Hotels, however.

It's obvious that the hotel caters to foreign (specifically US) visitors, in that there was nothing Colombian about it. Well, besides the gift shop. There was barely any Colombian food during breakfast, which was horribly overpriced. There are so many fruits that can be found in Colombia that can't be found in the US, like maracuya, mora, guanabana, etc. yet none were seen during breakfast. I couldn't even find an arepa. The location is really far from the actual city as well. It allows the hotel to have a pool and a "secluded" feel, away from the ruckus of Medellin but getting into the city takes far too much work. The rooms were clean, but the view left lots to be desired. Our experience wasn't bad; the staff was pleasant, professional and helpful. It just really lacks in authenticity. If I wanted to feel like I was in America, I would've stayed in the US. If you really want to immerse yourself in the culture, try to find another hotel closer to the downtown area.

they were flexable on my leave time to the airport a bit , the restraunt needs help food very bland lemon juice from the can ? in there drinks PLEASE !!! bad

Space in general is good, but the rooms are old and the TV is small.

The Hotel needs an exterior makeover to the building itself. The grounds and the interior are beautiful, however so I wasn't displeased. Service was friendly and quick. The steakhouse has excellent food. I was surprised at the tenderness of the meat in Colombia. Slight problem involving security and a temporary I.D. but it was understandable. Hopefully they follow through on their promise to refund us the one day we didn't stay there.

Tiene un restaurant maravilloso, con una terraza cerca de la piscina, el bar es muy surtido y en general cuenta con todo lo que uno busca en un gran hotel.

It's very simple. My professional travelling experience during 30 years concerns 58 countries all over Regarding all possibilities which could have been offered in so-called top level industrial countries, like Belgium, France, UK, Germany, Spain, Italy, ... and certainly the USA and other 'overseas' locations ..., only Colombia offered the best services in a very honest, correct, friendly, humble and extremely efficient way .... Du jamais vu!! Never seen before! Das bestes! Het beste! El mejor! ...

Excelente hotel, con muy buenas instalaciones, restaurantes, etc. Una muy buena opción para quedarse. Está en una de las mejores zonas y está cerca del aeropuerto. increibles vistas del hotel.
