The Westin Zagreb - زغرب

Very professional stuff...great location...cleanliness of room and hotel overall was great....

In general the Westin Zagreb is an okay business hotel. Not five star, but no worse than any other of its type. However, a few bad points. Bar food was not as described. 'Scambled eggs, asparagus and prosciutto' turned out to be an omelette. 'Hot strudel, vanilla ice and bitter chocolate sauce' came cold, with aerosol cream and a few chocolate shavings. Plus the room featured a filter coffee unit, but only instant coffee sachets, and coffee whitener so old it had set solid in the packet.

First visit to Zagreb and I wanted to be careful, so I booked a well established name - Westin. Altho' the hotel look dated on the outside, inside it is very well maintained. Rooms are clean and service is excellent. Don't forget to try the local Croatian wine at the restaurant - Kauthraker Pinot Crni. Most excellent!

The hotel and staff were great. The spa is in great shape, very clean and worth a visit. I bought a tram pass the first day and sped all over the city withno problems. Tge tram stops right outside the hotel and trains come every 2-4 minutes during the day. All of the clubs and pubs recommended by the staff were great. If you have never been to the city before make sure you talk to the front desk. Have fun in Zagreb and enjoy your stay.

Very convenient, and close to old town. Staff great. Free internet. No A/C in fall (and probably spring) so temp was uncomfortable. Gym great. Breakfast very good but VERY pricey

I was there with my husband who was on leave from his tour of duty overseas. The hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful with all our questions including getting laundry done before our departure. The buffet breakfast was outstanding with plenty to choose from. The hotel was close to all tourism attractions and a good staying point for day trips to surrounding areas. I have no complaints about this hotel at all.

We chose this hotel as a treat for our arrival into Croatia. The service was very good and the room clean and very comfortable. However, there were minor details which really let it down. The swimming pool was out of action while we were there and the robe provided was rough and threadbare, as were the towels. Yes, these are minor issues but considering the star rating and prices asked it seemed to be (particularly the towel/robe) an unnecessary let down.

A very nice hotel with a great service and perfect location while you are staying in Zagreb. I stayed in this hotel 2 maybe 3 times and every time was a very good experience. Fact that I am living in USA, I loved to be able to experience hotel which is offering all convinience factors like Westin hotels in USA. American type of management produced results... I will stay there again while in Zagreb.

Location, service, breakfast, neighborhood, convenicence, etc all good. Croatia National Theater that I saw a ballet is within walking distance, for example. Tram that goes to the 'downtown' is right in front of the hotel. You gotta try the tram. It's the state of the art. I stayed on the 9th floor. The view was magnificent. I recommend it.

I stayed in westin Zagreb hotel with my girl friend 4 nights. The location of hotel is not very bad. It takes only 4 stop by trum to main square. The hotel is overall is ok but can be never a 5 star hotel. I have no idea who gave them those stars. First of all the staff are not friendly. When you first enter the hotel it feels like nobody cares whereas in many others you receive a warm welcome. Another bad thing is they didn't change our bed covers 4 nights. The third night we throwed the covers almost to the floor in order to show staff it needs to be replaced. But no luck!! They just recovered our bed with the same dirty covers. Really disappointing. Of course you can just call front desk to change them but I guess I dont need to call them in 5 star hotel. They must just do it.

My room was uncomfortably warm. Opening a window was not helpful because it only opens 4 inches and nearby mass transit makes a lot of noise. Also, on the weekend there are nearby nightclubs with loud patrons congregating outside. This hotel can only do heating or cooling so if you book your stay after the hotel has changed to the heating season, the room thermostat will only adjust heat. The room was very clean and building is well kept.

The Westin Zagreb was a very comfortable, convenient place to stay during our visit to this lovely city. Staff was warm and inviting and accomodating - room was large, clean and well maintained - all in all a good experience.

The hotel staff were very helpful in our stay and even upgraded the room as this was our honeymoon. The rooms were clean and typical of what you would expect from a nice hotel in the US. The hotel is about a 10-15 minute walk from the main tourist areas but it is a nice walk and the areas seemed safe. One small complaint is that our window would not shut and thus the air conditioning would not turn on. As we had a suite, the AC in the other room was sufficient but it was mildly noisier and warmer than it would have been. Other that than, I would surely recommend to others looking for a nice place ti stay in Zagreb. Also the gym was massive with nice new equipment.

Staff were very helpful and helped us to enjoy the delights of this wonderful City. We were there for Easter and my daughter was delighted with the little Easter gift placed in the room the night before. It is a great facilty with great staff and I would highly recommend it.

Må indrømme at vi var mere end tilfredse med alt på dette fine hotel :) Det lever op til sine 5 stjerner, hvilket vidst ikke kan siges om alle af slagsen i Zagreb.

Pour notre nuit de noce a Zagreb, nous avions décidé, mon épouse et moi de nous offrir une nuit dans un hôtel avec confort et spa. la réservation s'est déroule sans problème via le site. le problème est qu'a notre arrivé, le réceptionniste nous informe que seul la piscine et la salle de sport son en accès libre et non le sauna et autre activité du spa. Nous arrivons dans notre chambre bien tenue avec une superbe vue sur le vieux Zagreb. Seul petit bémol la chambre semble avoir été préparer pour qu'une seule personne ( 1 seul peignoir, 1 serviette de chaque taille uniquement), l'isolation de la fenêtre était un peu dépassé, du coup assez bruyant et un peu froid. La télévision semblait vieillotte et certaines réception de chaines aléatoires. Malgré ces petits désagrément le lit était très confortable et la chambre très propres. Le lendemain matin nous décidons d'aller nous baigner à la piscine, les installation sont très bien l’accueil parfait. mais ce n'est que lors de notre départ ou nous avons fait part de notre désappointement pour le spa que la personne de l' accueil nous a dis que le spa était également en libre accès et qu'elle était désolé.... je dirais que notre séjour n'a pas été gâché par ces désagrément, mais que le choix de l’hôtel a été fait en fonction de ces critère et que déjà a ce prix sans petit déjeuné cela passe encore mais si en plus on n'a pas accès au option recherchées cela passe moins. Néanmoins notre séjour fut agréable.

un hôtel 5 étoiles avec une chambre de luxe très confortable, vue sur le musée Mimara. Personnel très accueillant et disponible. Piscine, salle de sport et internet gratuit. Des services payants de qualité (restauration, relaxation) sont également disponibles. A la jonction entre ville haute et ville basse ; il est facile d'accès. Très content, je le recommande ! Five stars hotel. luxury andcomfortable room with view on Mimara Museum. Very kind crew always here for you. swimming pool, fitness and web connection are free. You can also pay for several services like (food, massage...). Between old city and downtown, you can reach the hotel on foot. Very happy ! I'll recommand this hotel !
