This hotel is conveniantly located near shopping on Oxford St and the theater district West End. However, modern hotels should offer free wi-fi which this hotel doesn't. Friendly staff raises the over all assessment.

Very close to Oxford street, but far from noise. Very nice hotel with excellent service. Close to everything, and still very quiet surroundings.

Stayed 2 nights, Each morning the food and drink kept running out, ie no bread, no butter, no fruit juice. Ordered espresso coffee, big mistake, took 30 minutes to arrive. The restaurant was not busy when we ate. Service was poor. At lunch time and in the evening food and service was very good and we enjoyed our meals and wines.

Arrived very late; not a problem. Bed big & comfy; Shower with enough water to wake me up; A/C had an off switch. Windows can be opened. Street not too noisy Hotel quiet. didn't use bar or resraurant.

We booked a room for 3 persons, 2 parents and our daughter 16 years. 3 nights. The room we was presented was absolutely not suitable for 3 persons. It was even a small room for 2. The way to get a room that could fit 3 persons, took us 24 hours, unpleasant discussions, and an extra fee of 50 £ pr night.. For 3 persons, high class hotel in london, i would recomend Melia white house hotel, junior suite. Trippel space same price.

We've stayed in several hotels in this area, but this is the best location yet, just a few minutes walk from Oxford St, Bond St, Hyde Park, and not far from Piccadilly etc.. The lobby and public rooms are smaller than larger hotels in the area, but we seldom spend time there and felt the fabulous location and value was an easy trade. We had heard that some rooms were on the small side and had already factored this in when making our choice, but ours was fine and very comfortable. The lady checking us in just couldn't have been nicer or more helpful and she set the tone for the whole stay. We loved the open air bakery opposite the hotel, for lazy brunches, and sampled several great restaurants close by. We will be back.

An excellent Marriott hotel, we recommend the first floor rooms, which have a patio area for those occasional warm evenings...

I honestly cannot say one bad thing about this hotel. The rooms are updated, and very clean. Staff was overly helpful and knowledgable! I can't believe the price for what we received. Less than 5 minute walk to Bond Street Station and 10 minute walk to Green Park Station. Try Richoux tea room on Mount Street in the chic Mayfair area a block from Grosvenor Square. So happy with this stay, if I ever go back to London, I'll definitely be staying here! Kudos!

The Marriott Grosvenor Hotel is perfectly located on a beautiful old, quiet London square/garden that is bordered by the American and Canadian Embassies - an oasis close to excellent shopping on Regent Street, Lower Bond Street. The tube station is "Bond" which is a five minute walk to the front doors of the hotel. We also happened to find an excellent French restaurant called Truc Vert on North Audley Street which is located around the corner from the hotel and serves excellent coffee and the best croissants north of Paris. We would highly recommend this hotel and will make it our preferred lodging the next time we visit London.

excellent location,convenient to shops ,nice neighbourhood restaurants from early morning to evening meals.Room small but great bed,ensuite tiny but great shower.Thought it a bit much to be expected to pay for TV considering price of room.triple glazing made for very quiet room

Spacious room, lots of room in the bathroom. Very decent fitness center. All staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

This hotel is in a good location, has VERY small rooms, good for one person, cramped for two. Small bathrooms, and no where to plug in for hair styling tools. Not much lobby space for meetings, choice is go to eat in the restaurant, or find someplace else to meet. Friendly staff. Some parts (floors) of the hotel seemed to be renovated, the fifth floor was not.

This is our second stay here, and it was as nice as we remembered.

Lovely hotel, with impressive entrance and comfortable clean rooms. I was very happy with the room and the bathroom, which were clean and comfortable and modern. The bed was very big and comfortable I didn't use the restaurant so can't comment I used this as a base for one night whilst working and whilst it was very comfortable , nice looking , and premium I felt the price bracket was quite absurd, even for London. I have stayed in hotels with rooms that are half the price and just as nice, and also for a high price nightly rate you don't even get breakfast! Everything is spotless and this might be nice for a romantic getaway but I personally wouldn't pay this much again

I took my family of 5 to London for a 4 day trip. We had two rooms located on different floors of the hotel - one had been recently renovated - the other had not. Room size was average, very small bathroom, and the unrenovated room really could use some freshening. The location is beautiful - near plenty of shopping, restaurants, cafes - etc. This is important because breakfast in the hotel is 22 pounds Sterling each for the hot buffet. Overall - we had a nice stay - but we paid too much - I am not sure if that is just the way it is in London or the hotel is just too expensive.

There were so many nice touches for my comfort. The 110 plug was really convenient. The bathrobe was nice. Didn't need the umbrella this time, but it's nice to have had it included. Very quiet location, which is a real plus for busy London. Very convenient location as well.

This hotel was nice, rooms are a bit small, but that's the norm in Europe. Service was great and staff was attentive. If you are looking for a hotel that is close to many tourist attractions, shopping, and great restaurants then you'll enjoy this hotel and its location.

We just spent three nights in London and wanted a nice hotel in a good location. The room was not large but had a king size bed and a very nice bath room; the condition was great and the room was clean and modern. The location in Grosvenor square allowed us to walk to many of the London sites. We would stay here again here in the future.

The Marriott London Gosvenor Square was conveniently located. Overall a pleasant stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The weekend I went it was warm and the room was hot and I could not get it cooled down enough. Room size was adequate.

Super Hotel

Hotellet har tilbaketrukket beliggenhet like ved den travle handlegata Oxford street som gir deg gangavstand til en del seerverdigheter og shoppingsenter som Harrods og Selfridges. Både resepsjonisten og concierge var hjelpsom og hyggelig ved henvendelser. Rommet var lyst, rent, og stort med mange fasiliteter (ipod musikkanlegg, vannkoker, strykejern, hårføner, europeisk stikkontakt ect.). Det eneste vi ikke var fornøyd med er sengen/ madrassen som er gammel. Vi fikk dårlig søvn og vondt i ryggen.

Vi var 11 personer som bodde her en helg, målet med helgen var shopping, festing og god mat. Hotell hadde bra stander og store fine rom. Kan anbefales på det sterkeste.

Et perfekt hotel for typisk London weekend for mor og tenåringsdatter. Shopping, ikke minst Selfridges, musical og sights i gåavstand fra hotellet. Hyggelige omgivelser i Mayfaire, deilig mat og vin servert i Maze, supre senger og flott roomservice. Terningkast 6.

We had a very nice stay, the staff where plesant and the rom was nice and clean. The hotel location and neigborhood are excelent and a good startingpoint for sightseeing London. The only negative issue was that one elevator was out of order, resulting in endless waiting to get down every time. Hopefully this have been taken care of now.

Ihan todella hieno ja kaunis hotelli. Kohtelias palvelu, upea moderni sisustus, viihtyisät huoneet, hyvä sänky, siistiä joka puolella, huoneen siivous monta kertaa päivässä, hyvä sijainti Mayfairissa lähellä Central line metroa (Bond Street), ostoskadut lähellä, tasokas ravintola. Vähän hinnakas, mutta menisin uudelleen sijainnin ja sisustuksen vuoksi. Miinusta siitä, että hintaan ei kuulu aamiaista (niinkun Englannissa ei yleensäkään) ja kalliista internetpalvelusta.

Hotell med underbart trevlig personal i hjärtat av Mayfair, endast två kvarter från Selfridges. Rekommenderas varmt!

Hotellet ligger "rett" på Oxford street, rett oppi gaten ligger selfridges og det er også verdt å nevne "mAtthew davids" utrolige hårsalong som er naboen til hotellet. Hotellet er rent, moderne og med utrolig service. Vi kommer alltid til å booke dette hotellet til våre reiser til London i fremtiden. Anbefales på det sterkeste!!

Hotellet er helt topp med god og sentral beliggenhet i et rolig strøk. Servicen var meget bra. Eneste minus var at vi hadde bestillt rom til to voksne og et barn, men vi fikk ikke ekstra seng. Det ble trangt med tre personer i dobbeltsengen. Det lønner seg nok å ta kontakt med Hotellet på forhånd for å være sikker på at slike ting går i orden.

Für Shoppingfreaks ist dieses Hotel empfehlenswert, da Selfridges in 3 min. zu Fuss erreichbar ist. Dann weiter durch Oxfordstreet, Regent street, Bondstreet.. Soho...... vom Bond Street Station can man weiter zu Sloane station (Harrods), etc.... Fürs Frühstück ging ich ins Rest. Truc Vert an der North Audley Street (Strasse parallel hinter dem Hotel), da ich keine Lust auf Engl. Breakfast (würste, bohnen,etc.) hatte. Im Truc Vert trinkt man guten Kaffee, frische Croissant, pain au chocolat, Früchtesalat, )...

Super hotel, Mooi uitzicht naar het park. Kamer groot en netjes. Modern en schoon.Heerlijk bedje! De omgeving kon niet beter.

Marriott London Grosvenor Square ligger lige ved Hyde Park og tæt på Oxford Street / Regent Street hvor shopping mulighederne er fantastiske. Husk løbesko og tag en tur rundt i Hyde Park - ca. 6 km. Prisen er fornuftlig. Kan varmt anbefales.
