Overall Outstanding. Imke's (the front desk assistant) customer service really had a profound, positive impact in our stay. I definitely would stay again.

Positives: The room's decor was beautiful. Convenient location. Negatives: The lounge is located in Shula's restaurant. It's very nice but very expensive. I couldn't locate the exhaust fan switch in the bathroom. Overall, a pleasant stay. I recommend.

Made reservations for a 2 dbl room but we got a 1 king size bed for 3 ppl to stay. Very disappointed, also the room was right beside the pool and it was very noisy late at night. Don't think I will be staying at the Tyson's Corner Marriott again.

Lots of construction going on near the hotel but the hotel was quite nice. Staff were friendly and informative! Would stay there again.

Clean hotel w/ friendly, helpful staff. Bathroom was on the small size, but we were just there for 2 nights so we made it work. Breakfast was incredible and included in our stay. Walking path to Tysons Center was very convenient. Great place to stay if visiting American Girl store!

Excellent in all respects.

We were visiting family over Christmas and needed to stay in a hotel for convenience. No one really plans on waking up Christmas morning in a hotel. Imagine my delight and surprise when we got to our hotel room from visiting family on Christmas eve, with a small stocking filled with candy canes and chocolates hanging on our doorknob! We awoke to another Christmas stocking on our doorknob. How extremely thoughtful of the hotel staff to make the holidays just that much nicer for me and my family (including two little ones under the age of 8). That sealed my loyalty to this hotel for future visits.

Very nice hotel! In walking distance to Tyson's Corner. Very convenient location. 20 minutes from Pentagon City.

On the night before New Years, I stayed with family in two rooms from the Mariott. My room had problems with coffee maker, which was not as much as the room which had a non-working television, a very hard bed (sleep number) without a remote or any way to adjust it. Overall the service (including the restaurant) was poor and we were not happy with the rooms.

Marriot Hotel - Tysons Corner - this location is just a block from the best mall in the country!! And if you can't walk, they have a van that brings you there! Great location and very close to D.C. for site seeing.

Our family stayed there over Thanksgiving weekend. Our only complaint is that the double room was a bit small. We didn't spend a lot of time in the room, so that was okay. The front desk was particularly helpful in trying to move us to the other side of the hotel, away from the Beltway. As we needed 2 beds, that was not possible. Nonetheless, it really wasn't an issue, as we could not hear the traffic noise one bit. So convenient, Nice stay.

I am a Marriott Rewards member. I found the Tysons Marriott to be a good standard Marriott but grossly overpriced and I felt nickel and dimed by having to pay extra for parking and WiFi access. The room service offerings were standard only and not worth the price. I am usually very happy with Marriott but not with this property and will not return and will not recommend it to others.

We stayed on the 2nd floor, right where the indoor pool is located. It was awesome to be able to swim and then just step into the room. Room was very clean, beds soft and comfy. Towels also clean-white. Nice smell everywhere. Five minute walk to the Mall. The overall impression was very positive.

I thought it would be dated in looking at the exterior of the hotel, but the rooms were beautifully modern inside and comfortable. The water pressure was great and the service was outstanding. I would definitely stay here again without hesitation. Although, they really should make the Wifi access free!

We were able to check in the morning and ride the metro into the city. A little bit of a long trip on the metro, still accessible. Had to leave early in the morning, so were not able to enjoy any amenities ie..pool, restaurant. Would come back again.

What a wonderful way to see DC. Only a short drive to the metro. Hotel was fine and a great price. VERY civilized.

convenient location, 495 seconds away, metro accessible, in the beautiful Tyson's Corner, VA. Washington DC/Maryland minutes away.

Evgerything was just fine but highway construction nearby makes it difficult to find the right turns into the parking lot. Bar charges for O'Doul's low-alcohol beer was $5.25, price of a whole six-pack at home. Complained at desk to no avail.

Perhaps one of the better Marriott stays I've experienced. Great facility, easy to get to, just wish time permitted to work out in the pool (meetings got done late and the pool closes at 10PM). The only gripes, $6 a day parking, $12 per day internet and missed my complimentary breakfast because the restaurant's wait staff is not informed some guests receive a complementary breakfast.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel for the most part. The breakfast was wonderful because it was included with our room rate and children under 12 ate free. The pool was very nice and clean but I find it bothersome that the pool was not open all day. I have small children and unless it was the weekend you could only take them in the evening. There needed to be a lifeguard which made you feel like a fish in aquarium, do we all need to be babysat? The complimentary laundry was a nice surprise but when I sent my teenagers down to get he clothes from the laundry room there was a grown man folding his laundry in his boxers!! They were terrified and grossed out I can see this was not the hotels fault he was there. However my husband went down five floors after I alerted the front desk of this situation and confronted the man of his exhibitioness state he was there before any of the security officers came and they never found out who this man was. So after that point I was afraid to let my children out of my sight. So overall the hotel was nice experience not so much the second night because of other guest and not a quick enough response of security

Hotel staff were very indifferent to me, to the point of making me feel as an unwelcome visitor. I was also allotted a very bad room which had no windows. Hotel wanted special fees for internet access. In the past week, I stayed in 5 different hotels in North East, but this was the worst experience.

marriot tyson corner hotel rated exellent

the free shuttle to the metro station was great, until we found out that it only runs on weekends. not a major issue, but having it on a weekend would beat having to pay to take a cab.

This hotel is a delight. The staff is friendly, the food is excellent and the swimming pool and gym are very convenient and up-to-date. I would give this hotel a 5.

Hotel is listed actually in Vienna but for the money well worht the price. Very comfortable bed, near the highway and Galleria Mall and a fantastic restaurant Chima Brazilian Steakhuse. The room is a little small but up to date TV and good furniture. Only drawback was pool was closed at 3pm when we arrived but bottom line a very good place to stay.

It was very clean, renovated, good service, and very affordable. also, very nice pool, and jacuzzi...

Great stay - Strongly recommend. Car Parking is $6.00 per day.

Cleaning staff paid excellent attention to detail. Shuttle drivers courteous, prompt and professional. However, rooms were small and a little crowded; disappointed by expense associated with in-room wireless internet and business office printing, internet use, etc. - Appetizer received via room service was horrible (spinach dip) - Front desk was slow in answering phones and misplaced a business fax I had received, found it after much delay. Will likely return to the Embassy Suites next time in area.

For those who do not rent a car on their DC visit, the hotels' shuttle service, upon request, is the way to go. At times the shuttle drivers lacked patience, Other than that, customer service was excellent. Don Shula's restaurant was pricey.

The Tyson Corner Marriott was comfortable, clean, quiet and the staff was friendly and check-in was easy and convenient. My room was spacious, quiet considering it was on the second floor near the pool. I will certainly visit again and since I am a travel agent, I will book clients at this hotel.
