Need more parking spaces

This hotel had a great lobby and the view of the river was outstanding. However, the room had a bit of a damp smell, which went away as you stayed in the room.

It was our first stay for me and my husband; we attended the Fleetwood Mac Concert, although the weather was pretty bad, having the hotel shuttle to and from the concert was a great thing. The driver (can't remember his name) was a very pleasant, friendly gentleman. We will be staying again for two upcoming concerts. Beautiful, spacious rooms with plenty of restaurants close by.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The entire atmosphere was great from the time you walk into the lobby. Although my room did not have a microwave or refrigerator, I have nothing bad to say. The bed...OMG! the bed was soooo soft and plush! Definitely a good experience.

Was a nice hotel, and I liked that it was so close to downtown but a little expensive it was nothing special and it didn't include breakfast.

Great place to stay! Very clean, comfortable, staff was very friendly and offered recommendations on what to see and do. They also had complimentary shuttle to downtown Louisville. The views of Louisville across the river are fantastic - especially at sunset. Also, walking distance to the Falls of Ohio State Park -the largest fossil bed in North America. Will stay again.

As Always it was a good , comfortable relaxing stay!Well Pleased

TV was old and work out room was a joke

Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Staff was top-notch, great service! Great place for an overnight stopover. Surrounding neighborhood was not so great.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great hotel. Pool is small, but indoors. Chlorine was so strong it burned my eyes just walking into pool area, but at least it had chlorine in it!

Everyone was very friendly and willing to help. I would like to give a Hudge thanks to the shuttle driver 3/8/13. He was the very best and took GREAT care of us and made my daughter feel very safe. Secruity picking us up after hte club at the end of the night was also an awsome help. KUDOS to the both of them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I checked in on last minute circumstances, the front desk very helpful & friendly. The room was very clean no complaints.

The restaurant in the Sheraton had great food and atmosphere. The shuttle to our events eased our stress and worry abt traffic and parking

There were no negatives about this hotel. Stay here, you will not be disappointed.

My wife and I stayed here while in town for a concert at the KFC Yum Center. It's just across the bridge and within walking distance. However, the hotel offers a free shuttle to the center that delivers you to the front door of the venue and picks you up across the street. The staff was amazing and friendly and the entire experience was a great one!

Very nice Hotel, service, building and cleanliness very good. We used the pool, hot tub & fitness room and thought they where very nice although should have hand sanitizer and sanitizing wipes in fitness room. There was a very nice grill house and Italian restaurant (sports bar style) on the river next door (easy walk)Three real complaints, (1) no free fresh brewed coffee in the lobby (had to drink the room machine coffee which is nasty even though they did have star bucks. (2) no free breakfast of any kind. even the cheap hotels have something. Had a nice lobby cafe $11 breakfast buffet and $3 cups of coffee. My wife & I went out had a great meal for $16 with unlimited coffee. (3) TV in room did not have 1/2 of the channels listed available including the 1 movie channel HBO.

Staff was super friendly ! Hotel was clean and comfortable. The workout facility had a number of items not found in most hotels (mats, exercise balls, free weights, machines, cardio). It was a nice variety and very clean and nice lay out. Pool was clean, but chilly. The hot tub was great! Hours on weekends should be 18 and over 10p until 11:30p though. We, along with two other quiet older couples got kicked out at 10:05. Loved the river view. It was a little noisy in the early evening as people left for a nearby country concert at the Yum center, but after that it was quiet (even post concert)! Frank the bellman was very helpful and kind. Jessica was efficient and nice at check-in! Great time. We will visit again soon!

nice stay

Beautiful room. Clean. Very comfortable beds . Shuttle service was such a nice extra that we hadn't expected but made our stay that much better. Didn't have to worry about or pay for cabs to downtown Louisville.

I was happy with the hotel itself: cleanliness, comfort, and the room was very nice. Very satisfied with the bathroom/shower. We did have a slight issue checking in due to the fact they were showing no King bed rooms available, but after about 15 minutes they worked it out for us and got us in a room. The staff was very apologetic and helpful!

I don't think this hotel is worth the cost. They advertise a view of Louisville but in reality only a few rooms have a direct view of the city. The rest of the rooms face one of two bridges. If you know anything about bridges, they're loud. I woke up every morning due to the loudness of the bridges. They were doing construction on our bridge as well which didn't help. I felt deceived as the view was the main reason I booked this hotel. Next, the pillows are horrendous. They're down pillows with no firmness at all. I hated it and did not get much sleep over my 2 night stay. Another comfort issue I had was with the air conditioning. The air conditioning vent blows directly at your face. We had to put a book over the vent to redirect the flow. If not for the book, I would have had an even worse experience. Parking was a nightmare if you weren't back to your room by 9pm. The hotel wasn't very clean. There was a muffin in the hallway from the day I arrive until the day I left. The only plus I can think of is the location, but at the same time I could have stayed downtown for the same rate.

We had a great view of the Ohio River. The hotel were among the nicest in the entire Louisville area where we visited for four days.

If it were not for the special discount obtained through hotels.com we would not have been abie to have enjoyed our time there in this very nice facility. Having the shuttle into Louisville, and nice dining inside the hotel ,we were able to fit much more activites into a one day stay. We hope to visit there again.

Just alright, they didn't have a free breakfast and breakfast was too expensive for what they served, would not eat there.

Friendly staff, close to Knoxville, and nice view (if you're camped on the right room :)

With Hotels.com we booked a king-size bed with River View, upon check-in we were informed there were NO king-size beds with a River view. The only river views in the hotel, except for their 4 suites, involves going to the glass door, pressing your face against the door and looking at an angled view of the River. Extremely disappointing!!!!!! Be VERY careful and specific.

It was a great stay everything was perfect and the staff was very helpful!!

We stayed the night on our way home from vacation. We didn't arrive to the hotel until almost 10:00pm, but upon check-in, I was offered a king size bed upgrade at no extra charge. Very nice and comfortable! Since we arrived late, the bar and restaurant was closed, but the hotel staff pointed out there was a sports bar connected to the hotel called Bearno's. They had bottles of beer on special for $1.50 and really awesome pizza. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. It is close to Louisville and walking distance to restaurants.

Very easy access to downtown Louisville. Nice restaurants right by the hotel. Excellent service at front desk. Very clean. Only complaints were that the room's TV kept losing the signal to some of the channels and there were only two drawers in the entire room for clothes.

The lady at the front desk was great. She was friendly and fast. The lobby area is nice. The room was good. Great shower. Good stations on the TV. Great breakfast and a really nice lady helped me with breakfast too. The only negative really is the bed's mattress was a little sunken in the middle.

Great place to stay. Everything was close by...restaurants, access to the city and views.

THe pool was freezing. We wonly went swimming teice (typically we would ahve been in there twice a day, so like 7 times). I had to ask for pool towels both times; the second time we received bathroom floor mats. I looked under the bed as we were leaving and there was old cups; towels; and much more surprises.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Autumn, the front desk employee, was a great resource for a GREAT nearby restaurant and she was very engaging. Weave recommended this location to others that are traveling!
