Loved this hotel. The staff was friendly and we were able to check in at 8 am. It is clean and the room we had was perfect. I would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.

Well located, a few minutes from downtown, and the main railway station.Walking distance to shopping (Kaufhoff and Karstadt) and Konigsallee. Still a superb business hotel, decor a little dated, however the rooms are very comfortable with many amenities. I arrived early morning from an international flight, as expected they advised me that my room was not ready, however they did have an upgrade available immediately at a small extra amount. It was worth paying the extra as I was tired and could rest, the room was larger, and I received complimentary internet. Reception staff were helpful and attentive. Benkay Japanese restaurant is an excellent choice.

internet costs 25 euro for 24 hour on 1 device thats just awesome

excel ant and the from office manager excel ant man,,only one small problem in this hotel ,(internet)every where in the hotels its free internet wi fi,,,only this hotel not free and its really expensive,

The location was great for us as we went specifically to see the Xmas markets. They were all within short walks. Nice shops closeby too. We had 2 little ones with us who enjoyed the stay as well. The room was clean, the staff was polite and nice. The restaurant downstairs is on the expensive side but the food is good. Would recommend the hotel without any hesitation.

The location of the hotel is good. but is not worth spending 259 euros for a bigger room especially when breakfast is not included. the coffee machines in the room are quite old...

Having stayed in a number of 5 star hotels in Europe this summer I was excited to stay at the Nikko. Upon arriving the staff was not terribly warm. We reserved a suite which is supposed to include free WiFi and access to the spa. The desk gave me the vouchers for neither. When I went to my suite, the in room information book said that both internet and Spa privileges had to be paid for separately. This was incorrect and I had to go back to the desk to get my spa and wi-fi privileges restored. The breakfast was good but not included in the price of the suite at $100 Euro for the four of us, it was one of the poorest values for a meal that I had in Europe so I recommend getting out of the hotel to eat. The hotel was about 1 5 minute walk to the historic old town. Manageable but in hindsight I would have preferred to stay in Old town and will next time. That is also where the best dining options are. Speaking of dining, this hotel caters heavily to the Japanese. It's adjacent to the German/Japanese Cooperation Group or something like that so almost all of the restaurants in the area are sushi or Japanese steakhouses. The main restaurant in the hotel is also Japanese. Overall I think this hotel was a disappointment. It had the basic amenities that qualify it as 5 star but the execution is poor as is the service. I will not stay again.

It started badly and got worse from there. There was no lift from the basement car park so had to struggle with kids and suitcases up horrible stairs. I ordered a Gluwein which took more than 20 mins to appear. When I asked about breakfast as I was told they 'were not sure when it was open'. When I wanted directions to the markets I was told to go outside turn left and look for them. .... they were not there. The hotel room was terrible with paint falling from the ceiling (and some peelings on the floor too). The shower was pathetic .... it wasn't cold but that was its only redeeming feature. The TV was rip-off pricing for a movie. The 2 beds I'd requested for my kids were dreadful and my son banged his leg and his head on the ends. Most dissapointing was the very expensive swim we had as a family which was included in the price when we booked but not when we got there meaning I paid more than E30 Euros just to get the kids in the pool for 15 mins. Breakfast was average and at E23 a head was just adding insult to injury. Don't forget the hugely expensive parking too. Awful hotel. Never coming back and will be telling everyone I can think of to stay well clear.

The forth floor room we stayed needed a window glass repaired. It becomes dim and unpleasant.

A bit dated. No wifi in rooms. No free WIFI in lobby. Paid a lot..(perhaps because visited during a major convention)

Close to all amenities, about 15 mins walk to christmas markets

The hotel is impressive, the spa Wow! You have to pay 15 euros for the use of the pool, but great. I got a great deal of price for the nights, but the bathrooms were tiny and my wash bsin did not work, repored t but they did not do anything about it. it was horrible because i could not wash my hands nor brush my teeth it was full of water. I got a tiny room and an enormous suite because i was traveling with my children and needed a triple room. the Stay was very nice but just because I payed very cheap for it. I just can´t imaggine paying 600 usd in time of one of those trade fairs they do very often.

Hôtel sympa sans plus.

中央駅から近く、日本人向けのレストランやスーパー、ベーカリー、美容院等が近くにあるのでとても便利だった。また、日本人スタッフも常駐しているので、リクエストなどがある際はスムーズに対応してもらうことができた。朝食はご飯とお味噌汁はあったが、その他の品はいわゆるヨーロッパスタイルの物で、内容もそこまで充実はしていなかったので、あれで23ユーロは少し高いと思う。トータルでは満足できるホテルなので、再度行く機会があればまた泊まると思う。

I stayed 10days for business. As assistant, i requested some things to the hotel to prepare meeting. but never get back good respons. no enough chairs, no meeting room even i asked three times. but good location to access and room was very clean, comfortable to stay long days. But hotel shoud be prepared some extra service for the small group meeting.

Stayed at Nikko with my family (two kids). Large and comfortable room. The first room we got was however not cleaned and we had to change to another room which was a little bit of a hassle. But, the room (executive room standard) we eventually got was very nice and good for a family of four. The kids loved the breakfast too.

Excelente Hotel para gente de negocios,esta muy bien ubicado en el centro de Dusseldorf, se llega facilmente a donde uno quiera ir. La unica critica que hago es que el precio por usar internet era excesivo ,98 Euros por tres dias, deberian tener gratis el internet como es la tendencia en la actualidad de los Hoteles de 4 y 5 estrellas.

日本人スタッフがいるので安心。余裕があれば長期で利用したい。

とても親切でいいサービスでした。 ただ、チェックインまでの間フィットネスのシャワーを使えると案内され、スーツケースを持って行った時に、スーツケースはフロントで預けてくるように言われたり、鍵付きのロッカーが使えなかったりと施設の使い方の案内が分かりにくく、少し不愉快な思いをしました。 それ以外は、とてもよかったです。

This was the first time I stayed at this hotel in D-dorf. Overall a very nice hotel but the rooms will need refurbishing pretty soon, especially the bathroom. But the room was nice, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Parking in the hotel garage very convenient.

Staying at Nikko for th first time the main reason was the location close to Altstadt. The room was very nice and comfortable but overall the hotel has passed it's glory days and will soon need refurbishing. But, it was good and I might very well stay here again. The parking in the garage was very convenient.

This is a nice hotel and not expensive also is near by the main station

Die gute Lage im japanischen Viertel und zum Hauptbahnhof sind das eine, mangelnde 5-Sterne-Annehmlichkeiten und inkonsistenter Service das andere. Poolzugang und WLAN muss man (teuer) extra bezahlen. Das können andere besser...

Priset var bra. Hotellets allmänna utrymmen är fräsha. Rummen har äldre inredning. Vi hade alla i sällskapet problem med att temperaturen i rummet var svår att reglera utan att öppna fönstret (alltså för varmt i Januari). Frukosten ingick inte i vårt pris och var riktigt dyr. Läget är centralt med gångavstånd till nöjen och transporter. Totalt sett så är vi nöjda.

Et udmærket hotel tæt på banegården og shoppingcentrene. Personalet var alt i alt flinke og man fik en god service -undtagen fra personalet i Bistroen, det gik lidt for langsomt og det var besværligt at bestille en flaske vin til middagen. Brugen af indendørspoolen var alt for dyrt pr. person pr. gang. Det burde hotel.com gøre opmærksom på i beskrivelse af hotellet.

インマーマン通りにあり、日本人にとっては最高でしょう。目の前のラーメン屋も最高においしいです。ホテルに問題ないですが、駅から少し遠いため、夜9時を過ぎて中央駅まで行く際などは少し人影が少ないため、不安な気持ちにはなりますので、ご注意ください。

Yleisarvosana on hyvä. Hotellin sijainti on erinomainen - keskustassa ja helposti lähellä oleellisia nähtävyyksiä. Sijainti japanilaiskorttelissa on mukava lisä, jos sellainen viehättää. Huoneemme (Deluxe) oli yläkerroksessa, hyvä näkymä kaupungin yli, varusteiltaan ja kunnoltaan perustasoa. Siisteydessä ja ylläpidossa olisi parannettavaa - siivoja jäi osana päivistä tulematta, ja laseja ja puhtaita pyyhkeitä joutui pyytämään. Aamiainen on hyvä mutta hintava. Aivan lähistöltä emme löytäneet lapsiperheelle vaihtoehtoisia aamiaispaikkoja. Palvelu yleisesti oli neutraalin asiallista, muttei mieleenpainuvan ystävällistä.
