Ramada Spokane Airport and Indoor Water Park - سبوكان

Front desk manager handled a problem with my reservation with complete understanding and went the extra mile to be sure that I was taken care of. A level of service beyond the normal.

This hotel has a shuttle to the airport, but it is in walking distance as well. There are no stores or convenience close by this hotel, but Airway Heights (with shopping and restaurants) is in reasonable driving distance. The shuttle started early enough in the morning for our flight time (6am). The desk staff (particularly the morning guy) was very friendly. The pool is great for kids, old and young, as it has a wonderful spiral slide. A bit noisy for much relaxation in the hot tub (which was plenty hot - nice!). The room was very nice for the price. Art is a bit outdated, but the bed was comfortable and the room attractive and very clean. I particularly liked that they stocked TWO caffeine-free/sugar free sodas in the vending machines. Have stayed here many times over the years. And will choose this hotel again for future fly-aways.

my overall satisfaction with the facility, location and the ease of booking through Hotels.com was very satisfied.

My stay was very short, so I can't provide feedback on the restaurant, indoor water park, etc. I got in about 9:00 pm and left about 4:00 am for a flight out of Spokane. The hotel is quite literally across the street from the terminals so the location is really convenient. But in general, I was disappointed because I didn't have hot water that night when I tried to shower (water was luke warm at best). And the pillows were very lumpy, they felt like they were quite old and worn out. The general experience just wasn't very comfortable. Considering the price of hotels these days, I guess I can't argue with the price, but unfortunately this re-confirmed to me that you get what you pay for and I don't intend on staying at "cheaper" hotels anytime soon.

Stayed with son's ball team. Great place for the kids.

Had to return to front desk twice to have key re-coded. Second time it was close to 11pm and was in my swimsuit & robe as I'd just left hot tub, stood and waited while two other guests checked in and was not even offered an apology. Restaurant staff was very warm and friendly; front desk not so much!

We stayed at this Ramada for the park & fly option. This option is not available through hotels.com. The price has gone up since the last time we stayed there but the rooms are nicer.

We stayed here at the beginning and end of a trip, arriving very late and leaving very early. The hotel is literally across the street from the airport, a 2 minute walk from the rental car lots. There is also a free shuttle from the hotel. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating, happy to shuttle us at 4:45am. The hotel is older and somewhat dated, but very clean, comfortable bed, coffee, frig and microwave in room. It was very convenient for our needs

Hotel is located right next to the airport...like walking distance. It's comfortable, clean, and affordable with great pool/hot tub options. It's got a solid restaurant and bar. No free breakfast or coffee or if you forget toiletry items, they are not complimentary either. Those are my only knocks. It's really not far from downtown Spokane (5 minute drive). I would definitely stay here again unless I would want to be right downtown, but I found this to be close enough and convenient.

The bed was very comfortable. But the headboards were dusty, the fan in bathroom did not work and had cobwebs.

The location id so good, you can actually walk to the airport. However, it's kind of dated. The worst part is the shower heads are so low it's ridiculous . I'm not that tall and i had to really bend down to wash my hair. It would be really difficult if you were say 6'4".

I like the hotel and convenience to the airport. On this stay, however, the pool area had to be shut down for a couple of areas because of a gas leak. You could also smell the gas in a good part of the hotel.

Because it's located so conveniently withing walking distance of the Spokane airport, I occasionally stay at this hotel when I have an early morning flight. And every time, as soon as I get there, I remember how much I dislike the hotel. The whole hotel is badly in need of renovation. The rooms are dated and outrageously priced for the general condition of the hotel. The layout is inconvenient, spread out over a long series of corridors, with some rooms a lengthy walk from the lobby area. If you have a room anywhere near the pool/water park, you'll be smelling chlorine the whole time you're there. The beds are moderately comfortable, but the only pillow options are fat and fatter -- I wake up with a sore neck every time. I got a great price from hotels.com, but would highly recommend passing this hotel by in favor of the new Wingate hotel next door.

Was quiet at night and the beds were very comfortable. Wish the hotel was a bit closer to Spokane. Great over night stay if you were to be flying out of town.

This hotel was literally across the street from the airport. I was able to walk across the street to the hotel which was a plus. The only negative experience we had was the parking on Saturday night. Since this hotel sells parking through 'Park and Ride' deals, the parking lot was completely full when we came back on Saturday night. It was irritating that the hotel guests couldn't find parking due to the park and ride customers. The other nights were good though. Overall the hotel was average. No complaints, but nothing extraordinary. I would stay here again.

Waterpark? That's a stretch. There's a small pool with a short waterslide that has a "CLOSED" sign on a chain stretched across it , along with a threatening sign thst you will be escorted from the premises if you try to use it. The variuos buildings are poorly marked A, B, C, D, etc, but the letters are small and they're not illuminated so you can't see them at night. Stay away! Stay away!

The location is excellent for anyone travelling out of or into Spokane International Airport. The staff at this hotel are both professional and personable. They were helpful and very pleasant to deal with. The hotel could use some cosmetic repairs in the hallways and rooms though.

Elevator was broken both days so I had to carry luggage to the second floor and down. Refrigerator had previous guests restaurant leftovers still in it, so it seemed roomed wasn't cleaned thoroughly.Loved the closeness to the airport.

The rooms were very clean, comfortable beds, fluffed up pillows, My room service was outstanding and the food was sooooo good!!! I recommend the Artichoke and crab dip! :)

elevator borken, carrying 50 lb bag up stairs is fun! asked for wake up call and did not receive, so set an alarm.

very convenient located next to airport, surprisingly quiet considered location

The reason we stay at the Ramada Airport is because our flights are often so darn early and we live two hours away. A really nice benefit of staying at the Ramada is the park and fly service. You can park your car there for free while you are on your trip if you stay there the night before your flight. This service is NOT available when you book your room at hotels dot com. We had to pay $35 to park, which meant we ended up paying more for the room than if we had booked directly with the Ramada. Didn't see that in the fine print......

I have stayed here a few times and I'm always glad I did. The rooms are clean and fairly recently updated. Very quiet. It is walking distance to the airport. The hotel is actually closer than most parking spots, no need for the shuttle. I would recommend this hotel.

I stayed there for 2 nights beginningand end of my trip really enjoyed it and was conveinent to airport. I would stay there again and also the dining room has awesome food. very little noise. thanks

We had a very pleasant stay at the Ramada next to the Spokane Airport. The room was clean, the beds were very comfortable and the location was very convenient to the airport.

We decided to stay here because it was the closest motel to the airport, but the shuttle was very slow. We could have walked there faster than it took the driver to go to and from. There is no sign up for the shuttle either like there is in many other hotels close to an airport, so you could end up waiting a long time to get to the airport.

Excellent accommodation either arriving or departing on flights out of GEG.... very quiet rooms considering near airport

Hotel is very convenient to airport and they have a shuttle that runs back and forth constantly, which made the process easy. Room was nice, with all the basics and coffee maker. The in-house restaurant was great... had some wonderful salmon while piano played gently in the background. Only negative was that the "waterpark" was a little scary looking. The one slide looked like it was decades old and they had two pools that looked grungy. Thankfully, they also had a wading pool which was fun with my toddler and made it all worthwhile.

It is a great place to stay when you have an early morning flight. This is the 2nd time I have stayed there and do again.

I've stayed at this hotel before, and for the cost there's no better deal. It's either a 2 minute walk or 5 minute shuttle ride (which the hotel provides for free) to the Spokane Airport. While it's not the most posh place near the airport, it is the best for getting a quiet night's sleep before a day of traveling without paying through the nose. The staff are courteous and helpful. Folks with kids will like the indoor water park. The only downfall is that the hotel restaurant isn't that great. They're banking on the fact that you're really too far away to walk to any restaurants. The food is overpriced for what you get in terms of flavor and their wait staff takes an eternity to provide service, so if you have a car don't waste your time.
