Super 8 Nashville Downtown - ناشفيل

Not to bad, the bathroom door would not shut.

The hotel had free wi-fi, but it could have been a lil nicer for a Super 8. Right off highway near aiport and downtown though

very old and a dangerous area ....crime

I booked this hotel last minute for a weekend vacation. The rooms were not the cleanest but you do get what you pay for. The staff was awesome and did everything they could to make our stay memorable. The location way awesome, we were within 15 minutes of everything that we wanted to see. I would go back

IF you get a downstairs room like my sister did your good.. if you get a two bed upstairs, good luck.

there is a list of problems, starting with the toilet not flushing. 2 roaches 3 gigantic wet spot under sink, on carpet 4 remote for tv took 2 days to get one that worked, (they had to swap tv's) 5 within the 1st hr we were there, we had to swap rooms, primarily due to toilet. 6 on the 2nd day, they cleaned the room at about 10:30 pm. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lets just start by saying, the side of building I was on appeared to not have been used in over a year. The room next to me, no curtains, and more than 10 bathtubs standing up on end. The room was VERY dusty curtains and sheer panels were dry rotted, air conditioning didnt work. Internet access was non existant. There was a hole under the door disguised wtih plastic, upon closing the door, you could have fit a large rat thru it ( room next too dumpsters) There was one lock on room, no dead bolt no chain and neighborhood VERY unsafe. I was asked to be moved into an Inhabitable room sinse that one was not livable. Upon moving, I was again, placed on the same side of building, and the room next to me, did not have curtains and the sheer panels were tied into a knot and again, another room that has not been used and had no intentions of being used. This room again, VERY dusty, curtains, dry rotted, bathroom needed cleaned and mold removed from ceiling and corners. The mattresses were very old, lumpy and quite bad shape. If you value your life, your money and your health, this is not the room for you! I walked into the lobby and was impressed with all the woodwork and staircase and front desk area, I thought, this will be an ok hotel. Boy was I wrong. The smell in the office from the person eating dinner was disgusting, the stinch of garlic, body oder, seasonings and overall funk should have been a clear indication to me, this was not worth the effort. had this room not been booked and paid for, I would have went elsewhere.

Friendly staff. vending machine broken, room musty, ok location. Have stayed at nicer hotels for the same money.

The hotel should be closed. The restaurant had armed guards, the pool was closed for repairs, that will never get done. The same loaf of bread was at the eating area, every morning. Very sad condition and state or repair overall. Should be shut down.

The room was filthy, and the sheets hadn't been changed - I turned back the covers and found hair in the sheets! I asked the front desk for clean sheets to change them myself, and they brought the wrong size to my room. The internet was down the entire time I was there too. Definitely the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. The room smelled dirty too.

Very friendly staff. Over all the room was clean, BUT need some work on interior and over all condition. But it is what it is. Cheap and close to airport and downtown.

The room was dirty and had a weird smell. The AC did not work in the room either. The free breakfast was pitiful and empty by 7am.

We arrived at 9 am, check in was at 3. e acquired about checking in early and was informed of a 20.00 charge. We said OK. Then they informed us no rooms were ready and to come back at 12. Receptionist was rolling her eyes as if we ere bothering her. We called at 12 and were given the same run-around as if we had never asked before when we were just following their instructions given.She told me no rooms were be ready by the time i got there and she had no idea where i was even at?? We came back to the hotel at 2 and was told again about the 20.00. We asked to talk with manager because we thought this was unreasonable for 1 hour early when the room was ready. Again, she was rude and facial expressions indicated we were bothering her. Manager dropped it down to 10.00 and we spoke with him about his employee. He became defensive and made it clear we were wrong. She was rolling her eyes behind him and we told him but he never repramanded her for her behavior, only indicating we were rude. He finally dropped the 10.00 charge. Our refigerator did not work and when I called them, they offered no room change and did not fix the refigerator the entire 3 day/2 night stay. These hotels are individually owned so there is no recourse except to write the review. The pool and courtyard did look appealing but we did not feel comfortable engaging in hotel activities because of the rudeness we had encountered.

They booked 2 different families in the same room and when asked for a different one gave us a room with only one king size bed when asked for two double beds. Mold was covering the walls as they were falling off, and the light above the toilet was leaking and whenever you wished to go to the restroom you would get rained on. Other then that it was ok. Like the peple working for the hotel were friendly and the pool was nice.

This hotel is the worst I have ever stayed in, they were out of towels, had to go buy my own towels to be able to take a shower, debris everywhere from remodeling, stained mattress, broken bed base, burnt lampshade, no refridgerator, no microwave, no local phone service, holes in the sheets, rude maid service, exposed electrical inside room and out, brought me a moldy refridgerator 2 days into my stay that they never came and cleaned, killed a spider on the wall and left it, I took pictures of everything and forwarded them to the corporate website, will never stay there again!

My friend and I chose this hotel because it was incredibly cheap. My mom called me at 6:00 PM on Memorial Day and told me that she had left her keys in Milwaukee and that she had no way of making the 4.5 hour drive home, so I wound up bringing her a spare set. I didn't get into Nashville until about 1:00 AM local time and was startled to find the doors to the lobby were locked. From where we stood, it looked like there was no one inside. Eventually, after a few very scary moments (two twenty-something girls in that part of Nashville at night by themselves with nowhere to go and no one to call was a bit disconcerting), we figured out that we needed to knock, very loudly. Then someone came and let us in. That was honestly the worst part of the stay... the room wasn't the most put together... the main light wasn't plugged in, nor was the alarm clock, and a couple of things had been broken, but the clerk warned me of that. With the floods and most of the hotels in the region being booked, they haven't had much time to fix everything back up. It was an easy-to-find, convenient place to sleep, which was all we needed it for. I wouldn't mind staying here again if I ever have a concert or something in Nashville.
