Great location downtown But hotel is outdated

We were there last January and really appreciated the hotel that is why we choose to return.

Could not wait to get out of there. It felt dirty.

Extended our stay to a third day because of front desk courtesies and service; superb food and service at aqua terra; very reasonable pricing and the location is tops for night life, water, history and restaurants.

Last time I satayed price included parking....might want to call them instead....

The night we spent in Kingston was a typical lakeside winter evening. It was windy and cold with snow gently flying. Inside the hotel we were warmly welcomed with fresh-baked cookies and crisp apples in the lobby. Our room was exactly as we had anticipated with a lovely view of Kingston harbour. As what seems the norm now with larger hotels the parking was very pricey. The entrance is a little odd in that one must walk through the indoor parking lot to get to the lobby. However once inside, the lobby is nicely decorated, well lit and welcoming. There was a continental buffet breakfast which we enjoyed. Again a little pricey, but there was a variety of choices ranging from cold cereals to bagels and fresh fruit. I would definitely recommend a visit in the summer. This hotel has a great location for visiting a variety of attractions on foot as well as by car.

I was trying to get in touch with someone that I knew when I lived in Kingston and hadn`t spoken to in over 30 years, I phoned this person and left a message told them where we were staying but did not include the room number or my last name as I was now married and they did not know what it was. I was amazed when this person was able to phone the room,the staff must have taken the time to do a search by first names, it was a great reunion and I was thankful that the staff took the time to do this.

The Radisson Hotel Kingston Harbourfront offers a beautiful view on the Ontario lake and the military college. I have appreciated the localisation near the university and the historical part of the city.

Very comfy beds with settings for each person's comfort.

We had a wonderful stay at the Radisson. The food from the restaurant was excellent and the service staff were very courteous. The harbour view was spectacular! I would recommend this hotel for your stay in Kingston. The only problem we had was in the bathroom - the shower curtain rod was loose and the curtain kept dipping significantly down into the bathtub and the bathroom fan was VERY noisy. Hopefully these can be repaired soon...otherwise, a wonderful stay.

A very comfortable hotel, with absolute prime location to Dowtown Kingston. Awesome views and walking distance to everything.

The hotel was great, the room was great. The bed was tough to get comfortable in, with the adjusting of soft to firm. There never seemed to be a comfortable level. The A/C would continually go on and off, on and off....we had to set the room at 50 degrees to finally get some cold air out of the unit. Our sleep was horrible, the hotel and location were great.

The A/C didn't work. Kinda sucked, but not terrible. I just expected it would work.

We did a very last minute getaway. We chose the hotel from Hotels.com and were very satisfied with our findings. the location was fantastic - nearby restaurants served wonderful food, and the loaction on the water - with all rooms having a water view - wow! Our bed was very comfortable, clean and well enough appointed. A place we will revisit again!

I booked the hotel through Hotels.com. I asked for the corporate rate ( I have an affiliation with Queen's University, Kingston). I was told therate offered was the corporate rate. On arrival at the hotel, I found that the hotel's corporate rate was $25 lower than I had paid. The hotel was unable to refund me the difference. The hotel was also doing some work on the garage, entailing very noisy drills working from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. My wife and I could feel the vibrations and hear the noise in our room during these hours. We should have been informed of this work when I made the reservation. It was not a satisfactory experience. D. Massey

excellent location with a lake view. Loved it. Staff were professional, courteous and helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The parking was lousy.toofew too tight

This hotel in very nice, in a good location, but I would never return there as the parking is terrible. We drive a small car and once parked could not open the doors. They have the parking lot divided into small sections which are to accommodate 3 cars. The only cars that could fit in these spaces would be a Smart car. The thing that really made me angry is that there is a charge for this parking in this nightmare. If the hotel management were smart they would provide parking for free. Untill major changes are made, I would recommend staying somewhere else.

Positive experience, everything was as I expected. My trip was to visit Queens with my daughter who's in the process of picking universities. Hotel was nice, great location, easy access in and out, room was clean and reasonably up to date. Free apples in the lobby is a nice touch. My only complaint was the bed, it had one of those sleep by number matress. I'm not a fan.

If we could of gotten our money back I would of we checked in for 8 days and it is a horrible hotel' The pool is Freezing for a indoor pool.Mentioned it to front desk twice nothing was done. Grandchildren had to sit in hot tub which was also cold. Terrible service at the restaurant waited 20 minutes to be serviced never did get service we left. We left feeling like our money was wasted. Housekeeping was wonderful thats about the only thing good.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Radisson Hotel in Kingston, Ontario, for 4 days. Its location is right on the harbor, and all rooms have waterfront views which are beautiful. It is also located within walking distance of cafes, historical sights, shopping, and harbor activities. Kingston is a lovely harbor town with lots of architecture and military history from the 1800's near the hotel. The hotel's restaurant, "Aqua Terre" was a pleasant surprise of gormet, delicious meals prepared by an excellent chef and served by a wonderful wait staff, with the bonus of a beautiful harbor view. We highly recommend the hotel's restaurant, and we were very satisfied with our stay at this hotel and would not hesitate to return again.

I love the location as you can walk to many areas of downtown Kingston. The rooms are comfortable. The staff are friendly and were able to complete my check-in quickly and efficientley.

Hôtel confortable, bien situé, avec bon restaurant. Service très correct. Système de ventilation un peu bruyant dans les chambres.

wir verbrachten 2 nächte im radison harbourfront. schönes zimmer mit guten betten, toller aussicht auf den ontariosee. freundliches, kompetendes personal. wir würden wieder buchen. t+e aus winterthur, schweiz

Das Hotel ist zentrumsnah, viele Restaurants in Gehdistanz, grosse Zimmer mit schönem Ausblick, nettes Personal an der Reception und auch im Hausdienst, tolles Restaurant mit feinem Essen. Einzig die Teppiche in den Gängen sind verbraucht und hätten eine Erneuerung nötig. Der Eingangsbereich des Hotels wird zur Zeit renoviert. Baustelle vor der Lobby/Einstellhalle, aber nicht wirklich schlimm. Alles in allem: ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt (6 Nächte).

Un peu difficile à trouver. Parking très pratique. Chambres confortables avec vue agréable sur le port. Restaurant excellent ,poissons et crustacés de qualité.

Le tarif appliqué par cet hôtel est d'un tres mauvais rapport qualité/prix. De plus, le petit déjeuner n'est même pas inclut dans le prix trop élevé de cet établissement. En terme d'accueil, c'est également lamentable, il faut passer par le garage souterrain pour entrer dans l'hôtel.
