the Inn is very beautiful. The staff are very friendly and helpful.The only two problems we had were the safes in the rooms are not working and we always had to ask for washcloths every night. Other then that the whole place is very clean and I would definitely stay there again when I visit Key West!!!!!

The hotel was a great place to stay. It has all the items one would be looking for at a place in Key West. It is a drive into town however, and the parking there is difficult at best. It is also expensive to park there. Overall very satisfied with our stay.

Pool great. Room fine. In-room safes not working - 'waiting for the man to come'. Public areas wifi pretty poor - 'waiting for the man to come'. No wifi in room. This is really an up-market motel with a nice pool. Expensive for what it is, and could be so much better when the man has been to fix the problems! Although I wonder whether they've even called the man to come ...

We reserved the "superior king suite" for our honeymoon and in all actuality it was a regular king room. The title leads you on to think your getting something extravagant so save your money and get the regular room. The staff could have more friendly. The best part of the entire hotel is the ambiance of the pool/ hot tub area. It made us feel as if we were in a tropical remote area. There is a waterfall in the pool and sand surrounding the beach chairs. It was magical at night!!!

The hotel is not overlooking a beach and most of the rooms do not overlook the Gulf. Four lane, Highway 1 runs in front of the hotel. There is no shuttle to the main downtown area. Our room was down a corridor and had hardly any natural light. Due to the age of the hotel there was no ducted AC. Our main problem was sleeping due to the loud noise from the large AC unit stuck in the wall. There was no Off switch. A expensive concrete block house!

The Inn is a nice hotel with a great pool area and Tiki Bar. The area is well maintained and clean. The service in the pool area is good with friendly staff. The drinks were a bit pricey and contained very little alcohol. Convenient location, but it is not near Duval Street or Mallory Square (you must drive to get there - no shuttle provided).

When we first checked in, we were not only not on the same floor as our traveling partners, we were in the farthest building away from them. The desk clerks were no help at all; in fact, they wouldn't even get off the phone to answer our questions. The next day we did resolve the issue but it was different staff that helped us out. The original staff was very rude.

The pool area was great, the room....not so great. It was the smallest room I've seen two queens in, the carpet was dirty, the maid (when she came) didn't do much. Luckily we had a rental car because the hotel wasn't near anything. We paid too much for this hotel.

Looking at the Hotel I would give it a 4,the pool was closed for 3/4 of a day, the rooms were cleaned by 5 o clock, I came home with 30 bites all over me,Im just hoping it was not bed bugs but if we brought them home I will be contacting you, we carefully unpacked out side. The resteraunt service was a 5 and the pool service was a 5, the management was good.

The best part of this hotel is the pool, but other than that there is really nothing great about this hotel. They really didn't clean the room other than they made the beds up. The bathroom smelt like there was mildew/fungus. I'm pretty sure I won't return to this hotel.

Fell in love with the pool area, its like a tropical paradise. Close to Duvall st. and Mallory square. Will definately visit this hotel again.

enjoyed so much we could have stayed forever

I would have liked this hotel to be less expensive. I would have liked their restaurant to be open in the evening. I would have liked it if they had made up the room earlier. I would have liked the door to the room to have worked better. But all in all, an OK hotel in Paradise, and no more overpriced than anywhere in Key West

A very comfortable bed was found in our room, and extremely clean. Except for allowing smoking by the pool, which we found dirty and smelly, the hotel was a place to go to again when we visit Key West.

We stayed at the Inn with our 10 month toddler. The room was very dark and uninviting + expensive so if you're planning on spending time in your room (which you probably will with a toddler) this is not the best choice. The hotel is also pretty far from the city center which is not within walking distance. Also be aware that parking in Key West during national holidays demands patience ad there are A LOT of cars everywhere. Please note that the staff at the Inn were friendly and that this review may have been influenced by the fact that we stayed at the Inn during Spring Break 2012 ( which we were not aware of until we arrived).

The room was attractive and quiet The pool was nice. The breakfast and service was great. But two times late in day we had to remind them to clean our rooms as we were out for the evening. On THREE CONSECUTIVE DAYS they ignorered our request then demand to fix the toilot as the bowl resivour did not refill. We had to use the ice bucket to flush our toilot. We are asking for a refund of two of the four days we spent there.

I reserved through their web site and it was just as beautiful, clean and friendly as advertised. Will recommend to my friends and family

Stayed one night during a stopover after driving down from Miami. Decent hotel. Pool looked nice but didn't have time to enjoy it. Free parking was convenient but our building didn't have an elevator which made it harder to lug our baggage up a flight of stairs. A bit noisy in the morning since you can hear other guests very clearly outside the room. But otherwise a pleasant trip.

Property was nice but away from all the sites. Had to drive about 3 miles to town and parking is limited. Pool and restaurant were good. Biggest complaint were bugs. At least 4 roaches probably because the door did not seal very well.

Plus - Great Staff, Clean rooms, Beautiful pool Minus - 4 lanes between you & the gulf. If I returned to Key west I'd stay there again!

The hotel was nice enough. The location is one of the drawbacks. It's nowhere near downtown. We didn't have time to enjoy the pool area, but that was really nice and beautiful. Housekeeping did not do that great of a job cleaning and resupplying the room. For the price it wasn't bad. One side faces the ocean across the street (no access available), but our room was right on the parking lot. Convenient to get into, but would have dreaded having to be upstairs as there was no elevator.

The room I received was did not have the amneities represented on line. The on line prepsentation suggested thehotel was a waterfront location which it was not. The room did not have a view or balcony. I selected the Inn as I thought I was getting a luxury room when in fact it was a motel size unit with nicer decor. The service was slow...our room was not cleaned until very late in the day and once I had to call at 5 PM to request cleaning. The cafe had good food but agin poor service. The pool was very nice although much smaller than shown on line. There was no down town shuttle as with many other hotels and that would have made things easier. The concierge was not vary out going, friendly or helpful. ALthough the front desk was helpful in watching for our lost luggae and printing boarding passes when we left.

The hotel is good, free parking, the pool is outstanding, the room was clean and had a wonderful shower. It is somewhat far from Duval St and most of the tourist attractions but I would stay again. Unless drinking you should drive your car down and pay for parking. Cab rides are around $20 with tip to and from the hoopla areas.

First trip to Key West and we found the resort on the internet. Took a leap of faith and were we ever rewarded. The Superior King Suite was awesome. The pool was wonderful and the staff very nice and helpful. The pool bar was fun and the drinks were delicious. The large flat screen TV was nice but needed HD reception. But we did not watch very much TV. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

I will not return to this hotel for several reasons. 1. Upon check in, the clerk was abrasive. 2. This hotel is a long distance from desired activities and Key West is not auto-friendly. 3.The concierge was apathetic and less than helpful. (the servers in the restaurant were much more helpful and friendly)

Exquisite tropical setting around the pool, daytime and nighttime. Hotel close ...but not too close to all the sights and sounds....just perfect! We intend to go back but for a longer stay. Thank you Ann & Daniel

We loved the hotel. The room was very nice but the pearl of the hotel is the pool area. It was so pretty. The plantings and trees and the pool itself were awesome. A little pricey but still worth it.

It was a very comfortable and fun place to be at the end of an active day/evening in town. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed the outside restaurant at breakfast and thought the lavish poolside landscaping was beautiful. Also enjoyed the live entertainment at the tiki bar. This was our second visit to Key West and we much preferred staying at The Inn at Key West instead of staying in town.

Beautiful place with gorgeous grounds,Neat and clean which for my wife is most important. Staff was congenial and helpful. Love the pool and tropical vibe...Wish they were a lil closer to the "action" but a real nice place...Id go again easily

The hotel had a fabulous atmosphere overall. We had a couple of issues; the TV didn't work due to Comcast or something; we had to call them to reset every time we wanted to turn the TV off and then back on. We ordered drinks but the bartender made them incorrectly (soda water instead of simple sugar) so they were impossible to drink. He remade one drink but was in a hurry to leave and made it wrong. too. We asked to have it credited but it did not come off our bill. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

This place was perfect. Everyone was very friendly & helpful. The pool& hot tub was the best ever.Close to all the sights in downtown Key West. We plan to return to the Inn on our next visit to paradise. Also, the food at the Hammocks Rest., on site, was excellent!!!

Very surprised by the area at the back of the hotel which had a large pool, garden and bar. The hotel is on a main road but you are not aware of this at all. The pool area is a great spot for kids to entertain themselves while adults relax near the bar.

This is a lovely hotel away from the crowds of Duval. Nice rooms, comfy beds, beautiful pool. The restaurant closes early (not open for dinner) but several places deliver if you need late night snacks. A great hotel if you want a quiet vacation away from the hustle and bustle.
