Mold on ceiling; close and convenient to activities; train came through at 4:00 am....very loud!!!!!!! Fun pool for the kids!

The room was fine for a few hours sleep before an early morning flight. George the shuttle driver was very good.

badley experience not hot shower available

It was a very good hotekl/motel for us. It had all that was needed, and being very close to the international airport 6 miles ideal for the traveller. Very good swimming pool, breakfast was continental but adequate. Would book it again without hesitation.

arrived late, 10pm, front desk clerk was friendly, got to room, i always check the bed, I always bring my own sheets and pillows on one night getaways, here is the reason why, the sheets were dirty on both beds, or there were clean black marks on the white sheets, you decide, there were long black hairs all over the bathroom sink and shower unit, i have blonde hair so does my partner. the sink area floor was sticky. the tv had a snowy picture and NO sound, called for maintenance and i switched tv on, he couldnt fix it so it was tough, no big deal i have an ipad i will watch something on the internet..NO Wireless internet, so the website is a lie... AC unit took 4 hours to get the room cold. breakfast was actually very good, hot eggs sausages and continental style everything else. I wont ever come back to this run down dirty hotel again.

I would have rated this hotel higher. The rooms were clean but in need of an update. Very nice pool.

hotel room was gross mold on the walls

This hotel is horrible. There was mold on the ceiling, blood stains on the sheets, missing ligh bulbs to dim the room so I could not see how dirty it was. The towels had stains on them and all of the tv channels were fuzzy. The one perk was the location close to the expressway and they served imitation bacon and eggs for breakfast.

This was the nastiest hotel I have ever been in. I've stayed in hostels and every one of them were cleaner than this place. There was other people's garbage still in the room. I'm pretty sure someone shaved a gorilla in the bathroom prior to our stay and nobody bothered to clean it up. There were feathers all over the room (huh?) all three of my kids woke up with large bug bites on them! Even the kid that slept in a different room. We had to prop the doors open for an hour just to try to air out the smell. Finally I went and bought some febreeze. The staff was rude, housekeeping started knocking on doors before 8am and the front desk staff had un unrelated problem on the phone while they were checking us in. They stopped in the middle of our check in to resolve them problem without even so much as an "excuse me" or "I'm sorry" Granted we only paid a small amt/ night to stay here but it was not a bargain. You couldn't pay me to have my children in that creepy place again! Seriously, ewwwww!!!! If it weren't so late on the last night of our vacation I would have never stayed once I saw the condition of the room.

If I could rate this hotel any lower I would from the service received at front desk at check In to the filthy condition of the hotel. Bed spread dirty and stained carpet disgustingly old and filthy towels so old and dingy I would not even use them on my car. Advertised close to airport is actually atleast 20-30 min away must have 24 hour advance notice to use the airport shuttle . Train comes through at 2 & 3 am blaring whistle like it is right next to your room really sketchy neighborhood siren all through the night we checked out of the hotel by 4 am never slept did not feel safe or that it was clean was worried about bed bugs and any other disgusting bugs don't stay here!!!!!

Booked a room and needed to add another room to my reservation. Called the hotel reservations desk directly and spoke to a rude reservation clerk who promptly informed me that they were all booked up and hung up in my ear. Called hotels.com to find another room and was informed that there were available room at this hotel. Evidently the clerk did not want to be bothered with a new reservation. They also mis-represent themselves as have free shuttle service to and from the airport. I dropped my wife and luggage off at the hotel and returned my rental car to the airport the day before I was leaving. Was informed that there was a $25.00 charge to return me from the airport after dropping off a rental car, that it is free only with a direct shuttle to and from the hotel from the airport. Had I known this I would have chosen another hotel or just dropped my car off at the airport before my flight. Over all helpfulness from the staff was poor.

We chose this hotel for it's close proximity to the airport. We found the staff to be less than helpful. We first came to check-in at 2:15 pm and were informed rather rudely that we would have to come back at 3 p.m. We did return shortly after 3 and met several other guests who were not happy with the clerk's attitude. The manager made an appearance but there was no apology. The manager's appearance was less than professional, as well. We later went to the desk to ask if we could print our boarding passes. The clerk merely pointed towards the business center, never saying a word. This was not the same clerk as we had seen earlier. Although the hotel could use a facelift, the rooms were neat and clean. Our blow dryer did not work, the telephone did not work and we asked for a wake-up call that never came.

The hotel is too far from the airport, we waited more than 1 hour for the shuttle with a driver giving the guest a hint to make sure not to forget to give a tip . Waited a long time to get a room too . The hotel is outdated and old .

no coffee maker in the room and no towel for the swimming pool.

We went to this hotel over the weekend to go to Sea World. The hotel was ok, we got a great price. The only thing was that we didnt have wifi service all throughout the hotel, like we thought we would, it was just in the lobby. Also, our toilet didnt flush properly, you would have to flush like 4 times to get a perfectly clean toilet afterward. Other than that, it was a good experience. The breakfast was awesome, the rooms were clean, service was good. For the price, I couldnt have had a better deal :)

Besides being close to the mall and having a shuttle to the airport, there was nothing good about this hotel. The sheets and the room was dirty and the television barely worked. I'm glad it was only a one-night stay.

Our room was in need of repair. It had lipstick writing on the wall that looked like they tried to clean off but only made worst. Door on A/C unit was not attached and kept falling off.

Our room wasn't ready, so they put us in only room they had available. Room wasn't vacuumed, trash can not emptied, and bed not made. And I AM DEAD SERIOUS... underwear hanging on back of bathroom door. SERIOUS. We immediately left. Of course, after we brought owner in to see what we were given a key too...

I would say this hotel is defiantly not somewhere to stay for a long period! Mold in the bathrooms, room outdated, breakfast was ok but cold biscuits and watered eggs, the ATM machine charged $3 but I wasn't notified it had no cash. The door in the room looks like it has been bashed open and dirty. Hotel defiantly needs to be renoviated. Price could have been a little lower and no late check out service and was rushed. Would not stay again

This hotel was "adequate" for a quick stay close to the airport. Was pretty dated, and the bathroom had a lot of black mold on the ceiling. I cancelled the booking I had at this hotel for later that same week, and went to a different hotel nearby. I can't say that I would recommend this place.

Air conditioner panel kept on popping open. Had to be closed via propping a suitcase against it. Floor between the bed and the bathroom had a 6 foot wide flood stain on it.

IT was loud seemed like some kids were squealing their tires early in the evening. Plenty of sights to see but I wouldn't think it a family location.

The hotel was so disgusting. The linen and towels smelled badly. The walls were dirty. I would never stay at a Quality Inn & Suites hotel ever again. There were no good qualities about this hotel. It definitely was a hole in the wall......lol

Clean, ok. Very basic room. TV cable was worn causing signal to break up. Train comes through before dawn blowing its horn. Breakfast was basic, simple, but ok.

If you can overlook some stains on the carpet and paint peeling on the walls, it was a good choice for the price. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We are actually staying at a more expensive resort right now and the beds at the Quality Inn were much more comfortable. The pool was clean and they served a nice free breakfast.... scrambled eggs, biscuits & gravy, bagels, cereal, sausage links, and beverages. We only stayed for 1 night and would stay there short-term again!

I must say i was disappointed with the service at this hotel right from the start. I wallked in and even though there were 4 employees(including 1 manager) behind the desk,No one acknowledged my presence for the first 5 minutes thatt I was standing there. After 5 minutes, one woman asked if she could help me and i told her i had a reservation. Her immediate answer was-check ins are at 3pm (it was 12h30pm)She didnt even look to see if my room was ready(or even pretended to look and say it hadnt been cleaned yet...nothing)So i had to sit in the lobby, facing her the entire time. I guess she got tired of me sitting there and finaly said"ok i can check you in now(it was now 1h30pm) Then i inquire about the free shuttle to-from the airport. She said i had to book it 24hrs in advance and couldnt use it when i wanted to return my rental car a day early. It was only if i came off the plane-or to get on the plane.So she gave me the city bus route number to take. the next morning,when it was time for me to take the shuttle to the airport, i advise the person at the front desk that i am waiting for the shuttle that hasnt yet arrived (it was 10 min late). the driver hadnt showed up and the front desk person hadnt advised her supervisor. So the supervisor overhears and takes me to the airport himself about 35 min after my scheduled shuttle time.So i must say, i was really disapointed with the service at the front desk....both on my arrival and my departure.On a brighter note, the room was clean and the continental breakfast was really nice,including scrambles eggs, sausages, gritts and the usual other items found in a continental..

The bathroom door was durty and the bedspread needed to be change or replaced because even thought it was a smoking room should not have stains and burn holes in it

Hotel is old, clean <6 convient. Great pool area. Very unhappy to find,after we arrived, that there is a $5 per day charge for parking if you are flying out for a vacation, The web site says free parking, but that is only while you are staying at the hotel.

Place is not clean. Toilet ran all night. And train blows though at 3 a.m.

Service was awful, horrible customer service overall bad experience

The linens were soiled. When you entered the room and hit the light switch, no light went on and we groped in the dark to find a light to turn on. The air conditioner did not work properly. We stood at the desk for a long time to get checked in and checked out. It is @ 9.5 miles from the Orlando airport. We only stayed there for one day on either end of our trip and both rooms were not very great. The breakfast was nothing special. They could do much better in several areas.

I obviously found the place very comfortable & close to most of the places i came to meet up people. It's also accessible to fast food shops and shopping malls.

10 min from airport, cheap stay, carpet was a bit gross, minimum continental breakfast, lots of places close to eat,

Well, I wouldn't stay here if I was on vacation. I used this Inn because It was close to a job interview. Pros- The price was really good when I stayed The cleaning staff really wanted to clean every morning. It was close, for me, to my interview. Cons- The TV cable in the room was not working properly. The internet was free, but pretty slow. My bathroom /shower curtain smelled like mildew? In a less than desirable neighborHOOD. Not much to do around that area so you'll need a car or a cab to get something other than fast-food to eat. I would recommend if you just need some place to stay for a day or so. Not for vacation though, and not if you plan on hanging around.

Front desk service and check in was extremely slow and unorganized. No directions to vending machines or room location. We were told "It's out that door" and given an outdated map. We ask for a cab and were charged double to normal fee.
