At the time of our stay I didn't know they allowed pets, if I did I would of stayed somewhere else, but is was a very enjoyable stay pets and all.

I would definitely stay there again.

I have been to Bowling Green a couple of time since my daughter is going to school at WKU. I have stayed at another hotel and now will make this one my stay. Keep my room for me.

All staff were very friendly and helpful.

the stay worked for a place to lay down for the night. the room was dirty and we found a razor cover and a pill in the floor. glad that i found it before the kids did. the staff was very nice but house keeping needs to pick it up.

Although it was overall very clean, there was a faint cigarette smell throughout the hotel, which was not-so-successfully covered by a strong air freshener scent. That was the only drawback. Otherwise, the room was very clean and the smell wasn't as noticeable. Very convenient off and on I-65. Good service and everything else was as it should be.

Easy access off the interstate and most of the major food chains are in the vicinity, including coffee. Continental breakfast was quite good and fairly extensive.

Stayed here as a halfway point from New Orleans and Buffalo. Was not here very long, but everything was clean and comfortable. Easy-to-find location right off the highway. Safe surrounding area. Large, well-stocked room. Very good continental breakfast with my favorite: biscuits and gravy. Staff was very friendly but was confused when asked about time zones (the border of Central and Eastern time zone is nearby, halfway down KY, and our room clock was set an hour ahead by mistake). This hotel could use some cosmetic exterior updating (especially the non-lobby doors going in), but there is no reason why I wouldn't consider staying here again on a similar trip.

Everything was fine except that when I made my reservation a week earlier I requested a first floor room. When we arrived I was not given one because they said there weren't any available. I was surprised to learn there were no elevators in the hotel. My husband has problems with the stairs and it would have been much more comfortable on the first floor. We dealt with it but I would check the next time to see if there were elevators and would have gone some other place.

Enjoyed it. Was convenient to everything.

Really enjoyed this hotel. Stayed here about four years ago and vowed that I would never stay here again. They've done a lot of upgrade and I love the fact that is non-smoking. The bar and lounge area was awesome and so was the food. I'm glad I gave this Ramada a second chance. A very nice hotel for such alow price considerign what other hotels in town were charging. Next year, i already know were I'm staying!

The staff was extremely courteous, and helped us with our room when the door lock would not work when we checked in. Rooms were clean, but had the 70's feel with lime green comforters that were shaped to the bed and thin. Detail painting needed to be done and carpets replaced. The doors themselves secured, but were not snug with the frame so you could see light come in from the sides. Touches of elegance like chandeliers over some of the doors with dirty/old carpets made it feel like it was an old hotel that was taken over and was slowly upgrading the premises. The breakfast was great and the staff was great. No complaints about any staff.

NO PROBLEMS,THE PEOPLE WERE COURTEOUS,WOULD DEFINITLY STAY THERE AGAIN.

You need more parking. We had much difficulty in finding a spot each of the nights we were there other than the first night.

I did not like the fact that the hotel hallways smelled like smoke and the room smelled like dog hairs. I have a room with two double beds and the blankets on the beds were covered with stains. Even one of the pillows had a giant stain on it when you removed the pillow case. The hotel is old and should be brought up to 2012 standards.

Room smell like smoke and dirty carpet. We was promise and 1st floor room. Didn't get it. Second floor no elevator. Good things I didn't have health problems. Wouldn't go back!

Though not the most trendy hotel we've ever stayed in, it met our needs for our overnight stay. The room was clean, staff friendly, grounds maintained. We were weirded out by the golden key we were given for a door that wouldn't actually close, but felt safe. Our favorite part of the stay was breakfast...yum! And the bar & grill attached had a great band and was a great spot for a nightcap and some peoplewatching.

The ONLY complaint I have, is that the carpet could use a cleaning! The staff was friendly, perfect location and a good deal!

The halls smelled of stale cigarette smoke. We requested a non-smoking room which was noted with a sign in the room but it was far from smoke-free. Even the tissues in the dispenser smelled of stale cigarette smoke. Opened sliding glass doors for some time which helped but when closed the smell became much more evident. Had already changed rooms once.

Overall it was a good hotel. Will stay there again.

The people were great and amazing location

hotel in good location,room not very clean,granddaughter who is 15 months old went barefooted and could not believe how dirty her feet were.on saturday night the bar was over loaded and on returning to hotel could not find a parking place,had to park across the street.shower not clean,wanted us to use same wash cloths and towels all weekend and we refused,want go there again

The keys are what brought this down.....the outside door gold metal key was impossible to get into the building; needed constant jiggling. The hotel card keys themselves stopped working every day after about 8 hours. First they blamed us putting them next to keys. Then They blamed us putting them next to credit cards. Then they blamed us putting them next to coins. on the fourth day they started in on the keys again and I'd had it and not only me, there was at one or two other disgruntled guests each time I went to complain. By the time they started on the keys again, i mentioned that I'd stayed in probably 20 other hotels this year and for never had the same problem.....

I was very pleased with my stay. All the staff was very nice and friendly.The room was very clean. I enjoyed it because it was close to the mall and lots of places to eat. The breakfast bar was very satifactory. I would stay again.

Overall very nice, But was very dissapointed in the fact that a hot buffet breakfast was advertised on web and in hotel book that said they had eggs, bacon, sausage,gravy with biscuits and much more. We booked here to save us a meal which was suppose to be included in price. When we got there all the had was a continential breakfast with only gravy biscuits, rolls, make your own waffle, cereal and fruit. This was for a family reunion and false advertising did not set well with us. After a complaint was made the advertising on the web was changed right away, a little to late for us. But the book in the room still had the hot menu in it that we took pictures of.

The lobby smells of cigarette smoke. Our room smelled fine but the toilet clogged. Our sleep was disrupted by continuous noise in the courtyard by the pool. Security had to address disruption in our hallway. If you are traveling and looking for rest, I wouldn't recommend. If you are going to be up all night partying, you'll fit right in.

Furniture is very old. Had to change rooms because the metal dresser drawers were off the track. The next room was a little better but stil lhad a problem with the drawers. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast good. Location good. Had a nice pool. Reasonable rates.

My stay was very nice, the workers were excellent to us all very helpful and they were there to help you any way possible. The rooms were very nice and comfy. I will stay again and tell all my friends about this hotel it was a great time.

We had real nice stay

The hotel suited my needs. I only used it for one night because I was attending a wedding. I didn't take a shower because the tub was clogged and it filled with water easily. That grossed me out considering it wasn't the nicest of bathrooms. The continental breakfast was mediocre but I didn't have high expectations either. The staff was friendly.

room would not stay comfortable, bathroom door handle was not secured.very disappointed with the breakfast foods , no one was present to restock or check on what foods were being ate and what was not.

outdated hotel. look elsewhere.

My Fiance and I greatly enjoyed our weekend getaway. We were on a tight budget, and the Ramada was an excellent value. All of the staff, including the cleaning staff and the handyman we encountered in the hall were always smiling and were more than helpful. It was a weekend and there were always a lot of loud kids in the pool, but that's to be expected and it didn't disturb our stay at all.
