Sheraton Chicago O'Hare Airport Hotel - شيكاغو

Room was as advertised. Bathroom floor was dirty, alarm clock not working, didn't get my wake-up call, couldn't sleep on couch in living room as people in center court were very noisy.

It was a very wonderful hotel, I had a great stay.

This hotel is so newly renovated the room numbers are printed on laminated cards, awaiting the permanent plaques! It's a gorgeous remodel and the suite was very spacious! A bonus was the huge king bed and the reading lights mounted to its headboard. Classy and modern touches abound. We had an early morming flight and chose this property because of its proximity to O'Hare Airport, so we were pleasantly surprised by the fact that it was freshly renovated. Made it to the Budget rental car return in less than five minutes. Made our departure a breeze. Highly recommend!

The hotel was nice but beware they are currently undergoing a renovation. As a result I had no hot water, my heat didn't work properly and my room phone was disconnected. They tried to be as accomadating as possible but I was still disappointed. The best part of my stay was the breakfast! Which management did only take off 50% to offset the room conditions. I may try them again but definately are the renovation is complete!

The hotel was remolding so we heard drilling and hammering during the day. We could not relax during the day due to the noise. Also my daughter has severe allergies to dust and the remodel had the first floor extremely dusty. If we would have known there was major remolding occurring we would have chosen another hotel.

It was under construction and no one bothered to tell us. The room was super cold, I called the front desk, they obviously didn't care. Had a 7 am horrible wake up, super loud construction and it was horrible to take a shower in that freezing room.

Everything was nice there, they have covered garage and rooms were so clean. They have a shuttle to and from airport every 5 minutes

The service, amenities, location, pool/fitness facility, free airport shuttle, and the comfort of the room were all excellent, but we looked at 3 "non-smoking" rooms which had a lingering smoke smell. Maybe they had been smoking rooms converted into non-smoking, but we could still smell traces of it enough to try different rooms until we found a good one. Otherwise an excellent, convenient, and comfortable place to stay.

Good hotel for a stop over. Close to airport.

Only negative, no free wifi. Flight at airport was cancelled so we had to spend the night, will for sure stay there again if needed. Short bus ride from airport, Area seemed safe and was nice.

Friendly, helpful staff. Restaurant is good. Much bigger suite than we needed for an overnight stay to catch a flight, Make sure you catch the right airport shuttle (there are two Sheraton hotels near the airport).

My wife and I reserved three rooms, two for 3 nights and one for two. Our adult children joined us with their young children to celebrate Thanksgiving together. The hotel staff were wonterful. They could not have been more helpful. We are already planing on returning next Thanksgiving. Could be a new family tridition.

The 2 room suite was HUGE and very comfortable! The hotel overall was beautiful. We will definitely return & stay there again!

I saw at this hotel a sign from Sheraton saying theu are investing billions of dollars renovating the hotels. If this is true Sheraton Chicago O'Hare Airport Hotel hasn't see a dime from this money. This hotel needs urgent renovation and it is at most a 3 star hotel with a window facing the hallway which made me think I was on one of those cheap motels.

For being so close to the airport there was very little plane noise. The bedding was very plush, the towels not so much. Bathrooms are a little cramped, especially if more than two people are staying in the room. All staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great location and very comfortable beds

This is the best hotel to stay at if you are flying in or out of O'Hare, or just visiting Chicago. They are very aware that guest service is extremely important in their competitive industry and they have always met and exceeded my expectations. They have the most comfortable beds and pillows I have ever slept on and their rooms are spacious and clean. I am always able to relax when I go there and hate to leave when it’s time to check out.

I reserved one room for four church ladies who were in chicago for a womens conference. The room smelt from smoking and got sick. They had air out the room. They also asked for two extra cups which they did not get. Poor customer service

Nice size hotel room. Stayed before a flight out of ORD. Close to airport. Had the park n fly package. Friendly staff, shuttle service and convenient. Would stay here again.

The hotel was clean, and quiet despite being so close to the airport, and they attempted to update the styling of the hotel. The parking lot was safe, gated and convenient, and there was a shuttle running to the airport all day long. The only negative was that the wifi was offered for a fee :-( All in all a great deal for a weekend get-a-way.

The hotel is beautiful and good service, the only problem I saw was the carpet in room was clammy and felt wet was not comfortable without shoes.

Room's clean, tidy, and well lit. Although the bathroom is a little bit undated, but otherwise clean and tidy. The living is room is huge and great TV programs...The bedroom has superb city view and the location is just across the Enterprise Rent-a-Car where we rented our car. Will definitely stay in this hotel again and recommend thesame.

We needed a room for two PLUS our dogs on the day before Labor Day! We got the Sheraton for a great price. The suite was large -- two VERY large rooms, enough room for several little kids to sleep on the floor with air mattresses (we didn't have kids with us, but there would have been room for them). No complimentary breakfast, but when I asked front desk where I could buy a cup of coffee, the nice lady skipped across the dining room and got me a cup -- with two creams -- for free, even though they normally charge for breakfast. Nice service, pleasant staff, great room, great location if you need to be close to O'Hare or my mom's house on the far northwest side of the city.

Wait for the renovations to be complete. Our room was very dated and smelled old and musty.

We were very happy with our stay here. They provided a clean comfy crib for my granddaughter. We were right across from the elevator and worried that it would be nosiy. But it was very quiet. I would be happy to stay here again.

Staff helpful. Free shuttle to airport and rail transportation. Would stay there again. Bed very comfortable.

The bed and bedding was extremely comfortable and was a pleasant surprise. The mattress and bedding looked brand new. Great night's sleep. The hotel shuttle to and from O'Hare was very punctual and comfortable. Very large rooms and cool atrium too. We did the park-and-fly and it worked out great. No hassles. Will definitely stay again.

The hotel suite was very roomy and comfortable. The room and bathroom was clean. I was satisfied with my stay. The concierge was helpful with giving me directions to the nearest mall, printed out directions for me. They had umbrellas available...it poured one day while i was there. The lobby was well decorated and clean. I would definitely stay there again!

Stayed for 1 night on the way to another place. The suite was spacious and the staff, very helpful and pleasant. It was quite difficult to get cheaper meal options than the sandwiches offered unless I braved traffic to get fast food. But I guess that's expected for a hotel in that area.

I have NEVER been in a hotel that was so dirty. If it hadn't have been past midnight, I would have left and found another hotel. There were large balls of dust and hair debris in the corners of the lobby, hallways, and our room. The carpets in the hallways and the room were stained, worn, and in desperate need of being vacuumed. The elevator was dirty. The grout in the bathroom was old and mildewed. The door and moldings needed to be re-painted. There were stains on the upholstery and the bed covers. It appeared as though the baseboards and the edges of the carpeting had never been properly cleaned; there was a visible dark line of dust and hair all around the edges of the room--everywhere that was carpeted, for that matter. I could go on, but I think I've made my point. Sheraton should be embarrassed to have their name on this hotel. I have stayed in other Sheratons and while I don't expect them to be luxurious, they have always be serviceable and clean. I will say how much I appreciate the hotels.com representative who allowed me to cancel my return booking at this hotel without penalty; I would never have stepped foot in that hotel again but it was very nice to not incur another night's charges.

the hotel is very close to the airport and offers enough transports to the airport. Form there you are in 40 minutes in downtown of Chicago.

looks all good from outside and inside but not very clean, u have to pay for everything ( Internet) hate it when hotels don't have free wifi. beds were very clean and nice but overall the hotel and bathroom needs remodeling. The sad thing is they are advertising everywhere 6 billion dollars remodeling.......well, it hasn't got to this hotel yet. Hotel this size had only one person at the fron desk......not the best experience

Great location; close to airport! We paid for the park & fly package which worked out very well for us. The rate was reasonable, especially for 7 days of parking and a one night stay. We did not see many restaurant options within walking distance. Waited about 30 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up when we returned; called the hotel twice. I would recommend this hotel to others :)

Had to stay here for business and it was just a dated hotel in the middle of nothing. Room had stains on carpet, TV didn't work, no bath tub etc and I was on the starwood preferred guests floor! Its fine if you have to but if you don't I'd reco another place.

My wife and I stayed at the hotel before leaving on vacation. The hotel offers up to 14 days parking for those flying out of O'Hare, and their rate is much cheaper than any of the airport lots. The hotel then shuttled us to the airport and picked us up upon return. The rooms are large, with living and sleeping areas. While it was a busy night at the hotel, our room was very quiet. Neither of us heard another guest or an airplane. Would highly recommend this hotel to others flying out of O'Hare.

Our stay at your hotel was a lovely experience. It was clean, the service was great. We were very impressed.

When we arrived after 4 p.m., we were told to come back because the rooms were not ready and the hotel was booked to capacity. When we returned about forty minutes later, we were told the same thing. We booked 2 rooms with double beds a month in advance. Only after we suggested taking a double and a king were we allowed to check in to avoid a longer wait. The young lady that checked us in did nothing to try and accommodate us for the inconvenience.
