Loved my stay. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was perfect with space for hosting.

Wonderful hotel! I really enjoyed the cool to order breakfast, and the bed was super comfortable! I would definitely stay here again!

Loved the hotel but we were In a corner room with no window in the front room making very dark. Hotel did not seem full so didn't like being put there.

We will definitely return to this hotel. The complimentary breakfast and manager's reception were great! The location was very convenient.

We enjoyed ourselves, we came to Dallas to see the JFK Museum and other interesting points in Dallas. We live in Wisconsin we needed to get away from out long winter. The hotel provided what we needed for space, we especially like the idea of having two rooms with a living space to just relaxing and have a meal if necessary.

Keep in mind this is a rating based on the $90 rate I paid. Possibly best bang for buck ever received, though.

Our stay at the Embassy was perfect! The two double suite had more than enough room and you could close the door to the bedroom if someone was sleeping. The staff was friendly and helpful. The sauna and hot tub were relaxing. It was an awesome experience from the made to order omelets to the managers reception every evening. Weekday breakfasts are 6-9 am and weekends 7-10.

There weren't any pics of the pool on the website. It is a very small inside pool with a hot tub. The pool is kept so cold it was not enjoyable. The room was great. The kids had their own tv. Breakfast was amazing!!! Made to order omletes with the nicest staff to help you.

Hotel is amazing. Cook to order omelets every morning, close to everything to see, but quiet and great walking trail.

Location of hotel was great. Neighborhood just to the west was a little seedy, but I felt safe. Hotel was tucked away in an area to its self with surrounding businesses. The only problem with the hotel was the bath tub was a little dated. I consider that a minor issue, everything else was nice and kept clean. Staff was friendly, and helpful. Great Stay.

The hotel was clean and bed bug FREE. The best thing about the hotel was the free breakfast. It was like eating at a restaurant. Our room smelt musty in the actual bed area. I think it is probably because of the water after people use the pool. Everything was WAY over priced. Dont let your kids eat the goodie basket unless you want to pay 3.99 for a bag of skittles. Oh the other thing I liked was an alcoholic beverage served for room service or go get it yourself. All in all it was a fun stay just because of breakfast.

We loved it, everyone was friendly, breakfast was amazing, staff was wonderful.

The staff was extremly courteous when we checked in. The hotel overall is very nice and our room was more than what we expected. We really liked the happy hour they offered and the complimentary breakfast. We will definitely stay there again.

It was great! Breakfast was nice. Love the location it was convienently close to everything I wanted to go to. Only thing that i disliked was none of the vending machines worked.

Really nice hotel, although it wasn't real easy to get to from Loop 12. But overall it was a great time and a great stay. The hotel staff was very nice.

Friendly check in, practically 10 minutes away from love field airport & downtown, very comfortable bed, large suite, good happy hour, huge variety of complimentary breakfast food including personalized omelets, I would stay again.

We were greeted as we enter the embassy... Quinton the desk clerk was very professional and welcoming.. Made you feel as he was our personal assistant the hotel was spectacular vey clean cannot say enough about how great our stay was.

I really enjoyed the stay. I always love staying at the Embassy Suites! The front desk staff at this location were extremely polite and helpful. I was grateful for the store with in the hotel to purchase items I left. The only complaint I have was the direction given on the site. The directions took us on the freeway which actually passed the hotel, then on to a hwy going back the direction we came from. I found a better route later. But all and all it was a great stay!

I have travelled to Dallas for the Gift Market for about twenty years. I have stayed in many hotels intended for business clients. Never in all those years have I been treated so royally as I have at this hotel. The front desk staff were cheerful, professional, helpful, and prompt. The cooks at the breakfast went over the top for special requests and did so with a smile. When we had a reservation glitch, the hotel manager went over the top to make sure that we were more than satisfied with the remedy. This hotel will always remain my first choice for extraordinary service and accomodations. I have never been so impressed! Overall rating 6 stars out of 5 possible :)

Hope to visit again. Very comfortable.

Everything was perfect except the ice on the back steps. Normally this would not be an issue but the day before there was an ice storm and someone pulled the fire alarm. We walked down and outside to steps covered in ice. We were able to hold on to both banisters and get down safely but someone behind us was not so fortunate. The front of the hotel was matucilously salted but no one thought of this emergency. I would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed here several times in the past and really enjoy the breakfast and restaurant for dinner. Missed happy hour but our dinner was very pleasant.

good choice

Bed was comfortable, not hard as a brick like other hotels. The surrounding neighborhood is quiet and you are close to Super Target and restaurants. The room was very spacious and clean. The only issues I had was that you can hear everything from people rolling their luggage to the plumbing from inside your room. Also the buffet breakfast was bland and cold. I would stay their again due to location, price, spacious room, and the bed being comfortable.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. We found it conveniently located to Love Field with great shopping and restaurants nearby. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are quiet, despite the airport so close. We never heard the first jet! Great view of the Dallas skyline at night. Thanks, Embassy, for a such a pleasant stay!

Very nice. WE love Embassy Suites. Well lighted spacious room. Microwave and refrigerator is very useful. Breakfast is very good. Since we were out in the evenings missed the snack time.
