Everything about the hotel was great. The only reason they get a 3 on service is because they lost of of our bags that we had checked up front for the day while we wanted to go walk the town. They found it a day later and are shipping it back.

I was overall pleased with the hotel quality, but the cost seemed a little overpriced. Location was very close to pikes market and other locations.

Hotel is very clean and room was good size. Nice location, not too far from shops and the piers. Bed was comfortable and 18th floor was quiet to sleep in. Excellent breakfast with amazing waiter Richard!

The Crowne Plaza in Seattle is superb. It was my first stay in this hotel in downtown Seattle and felt very satisfied of our stay. The front desk crew were very helpful and friendly to us and put us in a room that had a very good view of the city. I would gladly stay in this hotel again.

Excellent customer service. Clean and nicely furnished room. Problem: Excessive noise in hallway (admittedly our room was near the elevator). Lots (and I mean LOTS) of noise coming from next door rooms and rooms above. The noise was water noise, as in we could CLEARLY hear toilets flushing and showers running. Such a disappointment as the staff and rooms were wonderful. However, due to the excessive noise I cannot recommend this hotel.

The Crowne Plaza in Seattle is centrally located and well-equipped. Rooms were of a very good standard and the bathrooms were excellently presented and everything worked perfectly. The only gripe I have was with valet parking. We had to wait outside almost half an hour on a Seahawks gameday for our car to arrive. The valets seemed in no rush to move the line. I appreciate they're probably not being paid a huge amount but you need to factor in this wait if you're checking out with an appointment ahead of you.

Nice hotel, clean, easy access to city , Mass transit and Safeco field. However a RIDICULOUS charge for WIFI, when offered everywhere for free. Feels like the baggage fee on some of those airlines. Just a guage. Went to the restaurant for breakfast. Arrived on Wednesday for breakfast....think it might have been delivered on say Friday. Trying to say the service of the restaurant took forever. Leave out the WIFI issue and the issues with the restaurant, I would have loved the hotel overall. But, if in town again, the charge for the WIFI, might sway me to another hotel. Needs to be visited by the powers that be.

The hotel could not be more convenient to access from I-5. Easy to find and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room had amazing views of the Space Needle and Puget Sound and was impeccably clean and comfortable. This hotel has one of the best ventilation and temperature control systems I've ever experienced! I'm usually too hot but I didn't have to fuss with the thermostat even once! All in all a fabulous place to stay at a very reasonable price?

My family and I stayed here for a couple of nights and were pretty comfortable. I was able to wear my white socks around the room and not get too dirty.

On the website of the hotel the Internet access is "complimentary" but when logging in, it costs $ 9.95 per 24 hours. i had to make 4 calls to get it free. This is dishonest of the hotel and not good for it's, otherwise excellent, reputation.

What I discovered while checking in is that even though you request 2 beds while on the hotels.com website, the hotel does not necessarily honor that request. This is not the first time this has happened. Would suggest that perhaps one makes a call to the actual hotel to ensure you get what you ask for.

Upon walking into The Craowne Plaza, I was impressed with the grand lobby, concierge, and location of the hotel. Once in our rooms the noise began. The hotel is situated in such a way that all of the rooms are on one hallway directly across from the elevator. So when member congregate in the hallway waiting for the elevator, you can hear them loud and clear inside your room. I was also woken up by the flushing of toilets and the shower running in our neighbors room. The walls are definitely too thin and voices echoed throughout. I voiced my concerns with at the reception area but they did not seem too interested in doing anything at all about it. He elained they were completely fool and could do nothing for me. The first night we stayed there my husband and I ordered two cups of coffee and took it up to our room. We left the partially emptied cups on the dresser so the maid could take during the morning cleaning. The coffee cups stayed there for our entire stay. That was not a good thing! I am very particular about the type of hotel I will stay in. It must be clean, no hairs I. The bathtup or especially my sheets. That just grosses me out. I must say, upon inspection I found not one hair or dust in that room. I was comfortable to walk around in my socks and sleep on he sheets! Overall, it was a fair deal. I would not stay there again simply because of the location of the rooms and thin walls.

The room itself was fine... my problem is with what they claimed was breakfast. Very overpriced for what you were actually getting. They must be making a killing on their food. Do yourself a favor and don't eat at the hotel. Also annoying that you can't just buy a cup of coffee, you have to order a whole carafe. Added to the fact that they gouge for internet, I won't be back. Really, get with the 21st century and stop charging people to be online. It's just insulting.

We found getting around by car around the hotel to be confusing and stressful. Valet parking was convenient, however it added another expense. The restaurant was expensive, especially for breakfast, and the service for dinner during our first night was slow and poor. Our room was comfortable enough. We also did not recieve free internet access as advertised/booked with hotels.com. I would not stay here again.

Due to a family passing, our whole family had to fly in to Seattle on short notice. Thankfully, Hotels.com recommended Crowne Plaza when I wasn't able to book a different hotel. The service and rooms were excellent! Everyone was friendly and helpful! The only issue we had was the pillows, which were way too fat and didn't fluff down enough to sleep comfortably Other than that, it was exactly what we needed!

great location in downtown Seattle, close to Virginia Mason hospital, shopping and restaurants. staff was exceptional

overall the hotel was good but the front desk staff charged me for something that should have been taken off the bill, paying for this diden't bother me as much as how rude and condasending the front desk person was about it. I would not stay there again.

I really enjoyed this hotel - great location and great rooms, but the internet wasn't free. In fact, it was obnoxiously priced, in my opinion. Also, the cable selection was lacking. These are two features I expect with most hotels.

Our stay was disappointing. Although I had a reservation 3 months in advanced, the receptionist was surprised to find out we were 4 people. The room wasn't ready for us at 11 p.m (after 18 hours flight). The receptionist argued with me about the number of people entitled for breakfast, although all 4 of us were entitled for it (as written in the voucher). The recptionist told me that if it doesn't say spercifically "4 breakfasts", she could only provide one breakfast for the 4 of us. I called the reception manager, who justified the receptionist, but was "willing" to except my point of view that the reservation for 4 people included breakfast for all 4 of us. On the next morning, after breakfast, they were rude enough and tried charging for the breakfast. The concierge cherged us 50$ for a shuttle from the hotel to the pier, a drive which I paid 15$ a week later in a limo. I have only three thngs to say about this hotel: Bad, bad, bad.

We only stayed here one night after traveling back from Vancouver on Amtrak. Front Desk staff was extremely helpful despite of our late check in. The room service was good, and the hotel room was spacious. We had the view of Space Needle from our window. We had the King size bed suite but our bathroom was much smaller than the pictures. Two problems were 1) the thin wall - it was hard to watch TV when the next door neighbours were talking, and 2) the number of elevators despite the numbers of rooms at the hotels. We stayed at Hotel 1000 and Pan Pacific in Seattle, and although the establishment shows some age compared with these hotels, the room was nice and clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff was very helpful.

Maybe I was a little jaded after staying at the Alexis the week before. Crowne Plaza is a nice business hotel. Pretty much exactly what I expected, nice without being fancy or boutique. Room was clean and nicely furnished and all the staff was friendly and helpful. In walking distance of convention center and tons of shops and restaurants.

Excellent and polite staff

Love this hotel's spot within walking distance to all downtown attractions, restaurants, waterfront, and Pike St. They take pets (THANK YOU!) and the leafy park across the street is perfect for a walk. Great service from staff... but hard to get a room on top floors with best views!

This was a great hotel. The room was nicely appointed and comfortable and clean. The location is great! Enjoy.

The hotel was beautiful, but unexpected expenses tarnished the experience. The hotel description stated the hotel had parking and internet. What they did not tell you was that only valet parking was available (for more than $30/day) and internet was only availble for an additional fee(about $10/day). Had I known, I would have factored these extra expenses into my hotel selection process.

１泊しました。部屋の中、ベット周りは大変きれいで気持ちよかったです。 ただ、バスルームがちょっと残念でした。 おもっていたより古い感じがしたし、シャワーのお湯がうまく調節できなくて多少冷たかったです。 もう少し明るく清潔感があるバスだと完璧だなと思いました。 サービスはとてもよかったです。 お世話になりました。
