The ladies at reception were very accommodating And welcoming. The shuttle sevice is quit convenient to and from the airport and alos to the malls. The room was vry comfotable and clean. Great job.

Nice Hotel, wel located, and by public trransport all major shopping malls can be reached. No need to rent a car. Hotel was in a very good condition.

I like it. I don't know how I got the handicap room. But, the perk in that is.. a bigger bathroom :-)

The staff was very accommodating and so helpful. Our room was very comfortable and clean.

The only thing i didnt appreciate was a fruit plate i ordered for 7$ and it was NOT fresh at all... So so bad and kid portion (1 strawberry - a few grappes - and so much melons) thats all... Besides the rest is all nice... I would definitly come back but avoid the expensive not fresh fruit salad.

The staff was friendly and very accommodating. The only issue was that there was no roo. Service past midnight, and wee arrived at midnight.

The hotel is in great shape and in a great location. I did not care for having to pay extra to park my car at the hotel and the doors to the room aren't very soundproof. I could hear passing people's every word in hallway through the door. My room had a double door to join to the next room - whenever the guest next to me turned on the TV, I can hear that quite clearly also.

This hotel is in close proximity to the airport and a few miles from dining and shopping. You are required to pay $13.00/day to self park (no options). Rooms were pretty decent and clean. If you leave anything in the room when you check out, don't expect to see it again. I left a $175 razor and a can of shaving cream on the side if the tub. I called the hotel early the following morning. I was told it wasn't in lost and found. Called several more times to speak with someone in housekeeping. Could not get anyone to return my calls or email. Finally, five days later after repeated calling, the director of housekeeping calls me to let me know the house keeper did not find anything in my room the fay i checked out....Shocker!! Needless to say, this hotel was removed from our corporate approved list. I would now be afraid to leave valuables in the rooms.

We could see the hotel was being renovated and noise was kept to a minimum. The toilet in our room required some attention as it wasn't flushing properly and the ironing board was rusted. This made it difficult to collapse. Staff in the cafe were exceptionally friendly and helpful an food quality was high. Checking in staff were polite & helpful regarding room allocation

The hotel is under renovation, but that doesn't excuse lousy service! I stay at crowne plaza all over east coast and that one does not meet the norm!

This hotel is undergoing a renovation. It definitely needs it. Fitness room is now inside of a closet with no windows and 100 degree temperature inside. Rooms smell like moth balls. Booked a king bed and received confirmation, but upon check-in, not available. TVs are from the late 80s and need replaced. The staff was nice, but the hotel needs a makeover for sure! Near to the airport, but not in the nicest area.

We had a decent stay but there was work going on so first night was noisy.

My only complaint was that they were doing renovations of the pool--but it should be really nice in a few weeks. The Latin Cafe across the street was really good!

the things I wanted to mention is that (1) the hotel charge 13 dollar parking fee which is not properly disclosed at the time of booking which could have changed my decision to book this hotel (2) the hotel is under renovation until the end of 2012 which makes the surroundings less desirable (3)I had bad experience when I am ready to leave the parking lot. The front desk told me at check in that they will charge me on the card for 13 dollar parking fee, but there is no system communicating between the hotel and the guard at the door. He won't let me go and want to charge me 13 dollars. This was resolved with an angry call to the front desk. I won't stay at this hotel again.

A nice hotel, clean and comfortable. Easy to get to if you're flying into Miami Airport, not so easy if you have to use your GPS to get there. The GPS takes you to 43rd Street versus Le June (42nd). OK during the day, but a pain at night. My room was fine, standard chain hotel accommodations.

My stay was an overnight and short so I can't say much. There was renovations going on which is inevitable. Check-in was quick and staff very professional.

It was ok for a 1 night stay. I didn't like I was informes at the hotel and not during reservation that the 1 night parking was 13 dollars.

We stayed here for a transit. The hotel is in close proximity to the airport, so it is very good to stay here if you have an early flight. They have shuttle bus from and to the airport every 20 mins. The hotel staffs were very helpful. Fast check-in/check-out. They also have on-site laundry and free wi-fi. The minus is the room is not really soundproof, so if you have a very noisy neighbors, it can be a bit annoying. But overall, it's a good hotel to stay.

Stay was good and quiet. Electronics in room could do with upgrade i.e. HD TV and ipod dock/radio would be a nice addition.

I just stayed at this hotel 3 weeks ago and came back because of the free airport shuttle, breakfast, location, pool, cleanliness, etc... Looking forward to staying again.

Very good attention to the guests and very helpful. Great facility to go to shopping malls and answering questions. Very clean and comfortable

I liked it so much I just booked it again for next Sunday. Going on another cruise. Awsome Cuban restaurant across the street and seafood restaurant two doors down. Nice pool and nice breakfast.

The hotel is not too far away from the airport, but I had a hard time looking for the hotel shuttle. I ended up getting a cab. The service was fast for me and the staffs were friendly and helpful, I got my room in a blink of eyes. The room was not the best, but nice and comfy. I only stay there for one night so I don't really ask for more. The menu in the restaurant was really expensive thou. Also, this is the only hotel I find with the check in age of 18, good for a student like me.

Convenience of location to airport, clean, friendly staff, comfortable-large room with requests for free refrig.

first the hotel outside lools old the elevator swipeing does not work all the time get stuck in the elevator for a min rooms a bad old tv remote not working shower you had to hold it to take shower would not speed more than 70 dollars on that hotel not good

The hotels.com staff was great in helping me fix issues that arose with my booking. Thank you so much Juan. It was close to the airport which made it a top pick. I had difficulty working with the concierge because they did not speak english well. Everyone else at the hotel was great.

This hotel was just ok. Not exciting at all. The restaurant was too expensive for the boring menu. But there was a great steakhouse up the road. We were only staying there for one night before a cruise and it served the purpose. But I think it's overpriced like everything in Miami.

Friendly staff and comfortable atmosphere, my wife and I really enjoyed our stay here and found the location perfect for shopping, dining getting to the Miami airport.

Overall our stay at the hotel was satisfactory. The staff were very pleasant and helpful One thing that was not satisfactory was the carpet in the Dining Room, it was absolutely filthy, with stains all over. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. I have never run into this in all of the Crowne Plaza Hotels I have stayed at before.

I find most beds in American hotels to be to soft. I like a firm matttress, but most a a [pilloe top covering - so I usualy make a pallet on the floor. Otherwise the hotel was great.

The Crowne Plaza, Miami Airport is very close to the Airport and the free Shuttle makes frequent trips to and from the hotel. The rooms were adequate as was the breakfast. The outdoor pool area had an amazing view of the undercarriage of planes landing on the nearby runway. I would use this hotel again as it was so convenient.

Staying at this hotel was an unhappy experience. Desk staff was curt & unfriendly. Couldn't answer our questions as reservations were made through a third party. One room had no air conditioning, the other was 65 degrees and couldn't be made warmer. Desk was notified more than once but no one came to check situation. Shuttle driver unhelpful and rude. No pedestrian ingress/egress to street. Would not recommend or stay again.
