The Hotel elevator and hallway was extremely hot. The swimming pool was not fit to swim in. The A/C in the room was very loud.

Out of Date Hotel But you couldn't ask for better Customer Service. When you go as long as the room was clean & great customer service what more can you ask for.

Was very clean. Very comfortable bed & pillows. Location was just down the street from the casino we visited. Free breakfast was very good also.

My daughters and I were very pleased to stay at such a nice clean hotel. The room was as requested, and the morning meal was adequate. The staff were helpful and efficient. We would recommend this facility to one and all. Thank you.

We were 4 adults in 2 separate rooms. One room had no working AC so the couple had to move. The room they moved to had no working hair dryer. The phones in both rooms did not work. For the price of the room, it was awful and we will never stay there again, nor will we recommend it to anyone else.

The hotel was very hot!! The breakfast was not good, and the ice machine on the 2nd floor was not working. Will not stay here again!!

HOTEL WAS NICE AND CLEAN, ONLY PROBLEM I HAD WAS THE HALLWAYS WERE EXTREMELY HOT, THE ICE MACHINE DIDN'T WORK ON THE FLOOR WHERE I STAYED, AND THE PHONE DIDN'T WORK IN THE ROOM WHEN I NEEDED TO CALL THE FRONT DESK. SO THEREFORE I AD TO GO DOWN TO THE FRONT DESK.

Needs to be renovated brought up to date.

the hotel employeess were very nice and accomodating. The blow dryer was out in the room, staff were very quick to replace it. The a/c vent was open, and very corroded however the unit worked good. This is an older hotel with expected wear and tear, however for the price you pay, well worth it due to convenience to everything.

If you are a picky person this is not the hotel for you. The room that I had was dated, there were holes in the walls from pictures being removed. The toilet didn't look clean and the shower rod was not attached well. For the price that we paid I was excepting much better. The location of the hotel is a plus, but I will try another location next time.

Hallways were dark, light in bathroom had to be switched on and off several times to get it to work, AC did not work, and alarm clock kept the same time during entire stay. Called to try to change rooms but no other kings available. Upon checkout, girl vacuuming front did not turn it off and front desk answered phone call before acknowledging me. She was NOT one bit concerned when I told her of the non-working AC, didn't even comment on it. Will NEVER stay there again.

The hotel was walking distance from the casino which was great. The staff were extremely nice and always available for questions. The room was clean, climate comfortable, and the bed was awsome. We left a piece of equipment by accident in our room, and (Kathy) made sure we received it at our home. She saved us 7 hours of driving to get it back. "Thank you so much Kathy". Believe me, we will come back in a heart beat.

The room was fine. A Little pricy for New Years Eve. But overall was great to just sleep in.

Nice hotel for the price and great location, really close to the casino.

The TV did not work either of the two nights we were there. Also the drain stopper in the bathroom did not work, so the sink kept filling up with water and would drain very slowly. One of the lights by the mirror in the bathroom was not working. The bathroom floor was not as clean as it should be. There were hairs on the floor and in the bathtub.

Tha hotel didnt have good air,towels to go swim. tha lady at front desk didnt activate our keys we had to make several trips back to office to get this corrected. No good breakfast items

This hotel left a lot to be desired. The pool was so filthy that guests were using a skimmer net to scoop the bugs out. The elevators were in terrible condition. One elevator was broken, the other shuddered so badly that I thought it would break, and it was an oven inside. The people at the counter and in the breakfast area were nice enough, but they ran out of so many things, including towels. I was promised clean towels around 9:30, but never received them before check out time. The room was comfortable enough, but needed some repairs. It was fairly clean. The cable TV service they use is lousy. All in all, not the worst hotel I've stayed in, but far from the best. I would only stay here again if I can't get a room elsewhere.

The staff was very nice. The suite was clean and comfortable. a couple of things needed improvement. The shower/tub did not drain well at all...I did let them know about it so it can hopefully get fixed. there was no phone in the room to call the front desk. Overall though it was good.

Very clean, and great location. Staff very accommodating. I highly reccomend.

The room was comfortable. Carpets in hallway needed cleaning. Breakfast was adequate. A/C worked fine. Everything in the room worked and hotel check-in people were very pleasant.

We went to four rooms before we found one that the fridge microwave and TV would work.The room itself was dirty and needed remodeling. The ice machine in the area of the room was also broken and you had to go to the front desk for ice.The entire hotel is in really bad need of remodeling.This was a Holiday Inn that was sold to Quality Inn and they have not spent any money for repairs or remodeling. Do not stay here.

Great hotel for the location & price. Had a great time.

Check out time was 12:00 noon but, housekeeping was knocking on our door at 10:00 am. We asked them to come back later and they did, half hour later. I put the do not disturb sign on the door handle and they again tried to open the door. We got up showered and left for an other hotel.
