Next to Yorkdale Mall and subway. On 401. Always like staying at this hotel.

The hotel was a great set up for our march break trip, kids played in the pool, ping pong and indoor badminton. we walked accross the street to Yorkdale and had lunch at Rainforest Cafe, we would definitely go back. The Daycare facilities were not available very often it is only open based on occupancy so it was disappointing since it is offered as a service. The girl working the front desk was less than pleasant, a little snotty and not at all helpful, but the people in the restaurant were over the top accomodating and very friendly. We will return this summer - we'll just avoid the front desk haha

The staff when we arrived were friendly and efficient, we were checked in without any issue. The room was in good order and the king bed was very comfortable. The heating unit in the room had a very strange, chemical-like odour whenever it was on for heat or to cool the room down. When used only for the fan, the unit had no smell. The TV was a slightly archaic and small tube tv. When ordering a movie we could barely make out some of what the characters were writing or distant facial features. Otherwise a very pleasant stay with a clean room and friendly staff.

Some elevators not working meant long waits to get to my room. Internet connection ridiculously slow. 20 Year old TV's with poor quality cable. All that said staff is friendly and this hotel was very well located for kosher people.

Terrific staff at this hotel, very friendly and helpful. The building itself is a little older and could use a freshening, but it is well maintained.

I come to Toronto fairly frequently to visit grandchildren and find the hotel fills every need as above. Personnel are also very kind and helpful.

I was a little apprehensive to stay at this hotel as some of the previous reviews were not great. But as the location was perfect for the course we were taking I decided it was worth a chance. Yes the hotel is older but it is clean, the staff are great and it is a quick walk to Yorkdale for dinner! I would definatley stay here again and was wishing we had booked an extra day! They even have bath and body products in the bathroom!

The hotel was fine. Clean and comfortable. I asked for a king size bed and got two doubles. Didn't bother changing rooms as I was only staying one night and was very tired. That was really the only issue that I encountered.

I was a little disappointed that I had to pay for local calls from my room. I thought that the daily parking charge was not fair. The parking was not underground or covered. It was not valet parking, so what is the daily charge for? As a hotel guest coming from another city one would expect parking to be included in the cost of your room. Can management answer the following question: If someone is staying at your hotel do you expect your guests to park elsewhere?

Everything was perfect, even the extra hoot and holler from concert goers!

old rooms. tiny bathrooms old televisions. not a great hotel won't go back

A combination of business/pleasure visit went well, the hotel and staff were great. The only issue we had was the price of food generally (too high for the selection and quality) and breakfast in particular. We understand that you want to sell the buffett but a simple egg,muffin, coffee for one and a yogurt and coffee for one with taxes and tip came to $25.00. We aren't pikers and are used to travel and convenience costs but really...$25.00! Small thing I suppose but soured an otherwise good visit. I've tipped that much for a lot less...not about the money, it was about the not too subtle effort to herd us over to the buffett @ about $20.00 each for more food that we couldn't eat anyway. Irritating.

The location is perfect. Easy access to and from. The receptionist was perfect. Breakfast we had to our room was Hot and Very Good. Just a great place to stay when visiting. Thankyou

the hotel itself was great, other than the shower in the room was dirty.

The hotel and staff were great - polite and helpful. But make sure you get good directions to drive in to the hotel - it is on a hill with very difficult and complicated access to get in to the parking area

Hotel and room are very clean, with excellent services. Only thing, why do we charge supplement for parking your car (the only car)? This should be included in price when you book. Location is great too!

The hotel is aged and the food and rates are too high for the condition and location of the hotel. The rooms have not been updated forever, the gift shop is selling the same mdse as 6 years ago. If it was not across the street from the Yorkdale Mall where I am going on business I would not stay here.

I made a last minute reservation so my 16 year old niece and her friend could be extras in a certain teen band's movie shoot. The hotel staff made the girls feel so special when they learned of our little adventure. It's a nice hotel, clean, comfortable, beautiful pool area. I would definately come back.

We were very happy with the condition of the hotel, the service, the cleanliness. The pool was terrific and we had it all to ourselves. The location is convenient, a walk away from the subway, but it is not exactly scenic if that is what you are looking for. The only negative thing I can say is the bathrooms are pleasant but on the small side, I would have gladly given 2 feet of room space to have a more spacious bathroom.

The Yorkdale Hotel was very luxious and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. I worked out in the workout room and used the pool and hottub. All were clean and well kept. Our hotel room overlooked the cafe and pool and was simply delicious. The only problem we had was that the bathroom door did not close all the way. This was NOT a big deal though. Thanks Yorkdale staff - you keep up a FINE hotel!

proche d'un grand centre d'achat et d'un restaurant, facile à atteindre l'autoroute ou encore le métro. mon séjour à cet hotel a été agréable
