Holiday Inn Austin - أوستين

Stay was very good for all my people (3). Jessica, front desk very helpful with suggestions for sight seeing. Excellant recommendations for resturants and travel routes.

Beautifully remodeled and comfortable place to stay. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. If staying in Austin - must stay here.

+Only issue we had was vent fan in bathroom was very loud and was tied to light so was on when ever light was on. Very annoying.

I wasn't expecting much since this is such a remote town, but was pleasantly surprised with the quality and the comfort of the room. Very nice that they give you a mixture of firm and soft pillows for the bed. Loved the jacuzzi tub too! The hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful and the breakfast was good. Torges, the attached restaurant was also better than i had expected. The hotels was very conveniently located to my meetings and i wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Very clean and remolded only 1year ago very well thought out.

The beds are comfy, there is a small pool, it's close to the interstate -- my stay was good.

THE STAFF WAS GREAT, THE POOL WAS WARM, THE ROOM WAS CLEAN, BUT..... THE BEDS WERE HORRIBLE, BROKE BACK SAGGY IN THE MIDDLE, UNCOMFORTABLE. IN REAL ESTATE ITS LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION, IN THE HOTEL WORLD ITS THE BED STUPID..... TWO THUMBS DOWN......

The food could really use improvement. Perhaps it is ok for folks in the area, but for those of us who travel often, it was lacking. The other convenient place to eat was the Perkins Pancake House across the parking lot which was not much better. Maybe it is because of this being a small town with not many choices. We actually drove to Rochester one day for a really great meal.

We were in town for a wedding and the hotel was very accomodating, getting us into our room early so we could get ready on time. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool area was nice, but the pool itself is rather small. My 8 year old enjoyed it; my teenager did not. Easy to get to, lots of parking.

Stayed for one night only on way to Rapid City. Reception staff were not helpful, as we had two large suitcases & no lift! We were directed around the side of the hotel to go up a back stairs - which is not easy when you are our age. Pool within centre of hotel complex is not ideal - as noisey kids till late in pool.Breakfast - selection was poor for a Holiday Inn.

Staff was very courteous; hotel was in good condition; room was well maintained and clean.

Granted we showed up to this hotel at midnight, but it was so damp and smelly and creepy in the halls. Luckily we were leaving early the next morning. I don't know what happened, but the hallway smelled like a herd of cows just left it! It was awful! I will NEVER stay there again! Needs some remodeling!

Our first stay here was terrible. There was a ton of noise all night and it didn't help being near that bar/restaurant in the hotel. People were slamming doors at all hours of the night, girls were crying in the hall, guys were yelling and fighting. I had barely any sleep. When I checked out, they asked how it was and I told them and they gave me a free nights stay there to try again sometime- they had also given us a free breakfast that morning. So we came back a second time and we had a great time. They have a wonderful pool area- especially if you have little kids ebcause there is a children's wading pool, a regular pool, and a jacuzzi. aside from the nice pool area, the rooms are also great- nice clean, comfortable bedding and the bathroom was very nice as well. I hate the typical bedspreads of some hotels, but the bedding here was all white- with nice blankets and comforter- that way you can see that it's clean and not worry about what's hiding in those ugly floral patterns at other places! Anyway, things went much better the second time around so I would definitely stay there again.

Out of our 3 day stay, housekeeping forgot us 2 times and I had to call to get trash emptied & new towels. Other than that, the front desk was very helpful when we checked in. The rooms were nicely sized, and the beds were comfortable. There was a really huge weird bug one day in the bathroom, but someone came down right away to take care of it for us.

the hotel was for the most part very nice but the bar that is in it does couse some noise at closing time i would say if u want a good night sleep ask for a room at the north end of the hotel.
