I like how they've improved the interiors, especially the rooms to have a more modern look. However, there iss room for improvements in the lobby and computer/ business center and breakfast center.

My stay at the Holiday Inn Parsippany was very comfortable. Only downside was the fitness center was not working, though they did give me a free pass for the fitness center down the street.

I really love staying in Parsippany. Traffic here is usually much lighter than further east on I-80. Lots of lodging. Only a half hour from midtown Manhatten in light Saturday early AM traffic. And Holiday Inn is verrry reasonable booking through Hotels.com. Beautiful, clean, new. Nothing not to like.

This hotel will eventually be OK. The entire ground level is under repair from hurricane Irene and all facilitis such as the restaurant, work out room and pool were wrecked in the storm and are under repair. They should have advised us of this issue and either given us the choice of canceling the reservation or a reduction in the daily rate.

My husband and I were suprised by the wonderful breakfast. The scrambled eggs, hash browns, beacon, sausage, french toast, real fruit. This was very impressive for a contiental breakfast.

We stayed here one night while visiting friends in the area. The room was HUGE and very clean and comfortable. Nice big, clean bathroom with great amenities. The refrigerator was a pleasant surprise. We didn't use the pool but it looked lovely and we would have if we had more time. We will certainly stay here again when we're back in a few months!

Room was very clean and comfortable. Service was great--I had ordered a room with one king bed--when I got to room there were two double beds. I called the front desk and within 2 minutes a new key was brought to me for a room with one king bed. Having breakfast included is very convenient

I love this place and would never stay elsewhere when visiting my family.

Room was nice, quiet and clean. Nice comfy kingsize bed with 4 of the smallest, firmest pillows on earth. I felt like my head was about to roll off of a rock all night long. Went to the KMart across the street and bought a pillow so I could sleep on the 2nd night. No complaints beyond the pillows. A nice hotel, especially for the price. The AC/Heat is the typical below the window unit. It was a bit noisy, as they all are, so we were lucky we didn't need it turned on during our stay. Hotel was site for reunion we were attending - very nicely done - i'd recommend that as well. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

Everything was handled very well and we were more than satisfied with our reception and accommodations. The only glitch was with the complimentary breakfast and that was not a problem with the hotel, but the adjacent restaurant that offered the comp breakfast. Indeed, the young woman at the hotel desk handled the situation with great aplomb and is to be congratulated (Nesta, I believe, is her name.) The waitress presented the menu and did not explain that we each should have brought in a coupon from the hotel. I asked her for a minute before we ordered and went back to the hotel desk, asked about the comp breakfast and was given the coupons for my husband and myself and even offered the coupons for my son and friend who were also on our tab. As I said, the hotel staff is to be complimented, the restaurant not so much.

The front desk service was very friendly and the price of the hotel was good for the area.

Excellent complementary breakfast. Hotel was very convenient for planned activities. Room was clean and roomy.

Everything worked - hair dryer, iron, tv, shower. The linens were a good quality.
