Our arrival at the hotel was quite pleasant. The shopping area that I saw right before we arrived at the hotel looked quite nice. The lobby was very pretty and the staff was very friendly. The room was spacious enough for my 3 year old to stroll her doll baby around and she loved setting up her butterfly tent on her bed. The smell of the room was very very fresh. It was a non-smoking room and I loved it. It felt like you were just visiting a friend and staying in there guest suite. The pillows were soft and the usual hotel pillow, but the down comforter was soft and nice. There was another thermal blanket. I didn't like the feel of that one one of the blankets had a hole in it. We discovered mold on the floor under the chair,when it was moved. The microwave and fridge were sticky. The one night light was missing the metalic rim and there was some rusting on the bath room lights. We could hear some energetic kids bouncing and running around until very late, but were were up anyway so it didn't matter too much. Okay enough of negatve points. We were very pleased with the wireless internet service. It helped us us get the business done that we had come to do. Also, my husband and daughter really had a great time at the pool. My husband also enjoyed the in room coffee. He was surprised at how good it tasted. I was pleased with the complimentry lotion and the shower was very nice

Check in could have been quicker, and front desk rep., never acknowledged me another person had to come assist me with check in...

First off, we did not get the King bed that we had booked, with no effort from the staff to make up for their mistake in not holding one for us. The room we got was large, but it was quite dark and did not seem too clean, with run-down furniture and filthy carpet. The bathroom was clean, but not as roomy as most would wish. The breakfast, which is not included, was just OK and the coffee was not good at all. Overall, we would give this hotel 2 stars at most, and will never stay there again.

My view was of maintenance aprieta & a dumpster. I wake up to Exhaust fines. The room & hallway had a strong bad odor I could not wait to check out I am very disappointed

While we were at this hotel the elevator stopped working several times. In fact, two of our party were trapped in an elevator and had to wait for maintenance to rescue them. The staff were rolling their eyes- saying this happens all the time. What a trap! We won't be staying there again.

Very good hotel for when visiting Phili with a car. Inexpensive, excellent servise, 25 min. drive from downtown, free parking and very close to two shopping centers.

We chose this hotel for its location near family. The room was clean and generally comfortable, although the heating unit was a little noisy. Due to renovations, only one of two elevators was working, which meant there was sometimes a long wait. The breakfast was overpriced except for the mornings when the omelet bar was open - especially when compared with similarly priced hotels that include similarly designed breakfast bars. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to others who need to be in this section of Philly.

This room was a total 360 from the last experience I had at this hotel. I was pleased with the conditions. Staff is always pleasant. I left my keycard in my room. The front desk had another made up in a split second-- no hassle.

Thank you again for a lovely weekend. I always come back to this location time and time again. The room was great and the service was fantastic. I would love to come back again. Please keep up the good work and hope to see more deals in the future.

The hallway, the room & linen had a strong ordor. Rust stains in shower & vents. Elevator out of service. Employees very friendly & polite.

This is my first time staying in this hotel, although I have stayed in others, both more expensive and less expensive, in the area. I was pleasantly surprised. The staff have been incredibly friendly and accommodating. My room was immaculately clean, the bed comfortable, and the pillows the very best of any hotel ever! The room seems to have been redone recently, and the furniture is comfortable and well designed. My only quibble is that there is no place to put an open suitcase, and since I'm only here for one night, I am not going to bother to unpack. Also, the room seems to have been designed for one -- one bottle of water, one cup for coffee, but I'm here with my husband. Although there's not much information in the rooms about it, there are services like a coffee service and a somewhat over-priced restaurant on site. I will definitely come back again, and would recommend it to anyone, and perhaps in particular to business travelers who want to be able to meet others on site.

Great hotel they were fixing one elevator so there was a smell on our floor but once they've finished hotel would be perfect.

I tried to take a shower and they didn't have a bath mat for me to stand or any rails on the wall to hold so I could turn to wash back. I called front desk and they had NO mats. I would not take a tub where so many people stood. Good thing I was there while they remodeled our home so I could go home for shower. I had to "hunt" down toilet paper. Of all things. The people are great and friendly. But I was told next time to ask for a special need room. Never knew wearing glasses was special need. Guess seing in-pair counts.

My significant other and I have visited this location prior to our most recent visit and we have been very happy with each stay. The front desk were attentive to all of our small needs and the facility is spotless. This is a perfect getaway hot-spot. Highly recommended and will visit again! Thank you so much for the experience!!!!!!

Overall it is worth the money and expecting anything above normal. Quaint hotel and with basic services. Basicly in good condition and referb ok. Rooms were clean and well put together.

great place to stay.only thing no spanish channel on TV.GOOD COURTESY.EXCELLENT AREA.

The hotel rooms have awesome modern decorating along with new furnishings. I loved the look of the rooms but lounge and common areas were pretty standard. We wished the bar would have stayed open later. We got back to the hotel around 11:30pm and the lounge had just closed (Saturday night). The staff was friendly and helpful, they even printed up directions for us when we asked if they knew where to find a few locations ( 7-11, liquor store, & a rite aid). The hotel was very clean,comfortable, and convenient. Add those qualities to the affordability and you can't go wrong.

My first night at rm 506 found the wall A/C putting out only cold air at 55*. The maintanance tech (Albanian man, named Jay) came into check it out. He thought it might be a bad limit switch, then found out it wasn't. He then replaced the unit with a brand new one. Appliances can break down anytime, and your maintenance person took prompt, professional action to make things right. When his annual review comes up, give him a good raise! However, your housekeeping crew is a little stingy on issueing towels and shampoo. Thanks for your concern, I'll return again.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience here. Check in went quickly, which was definitely positive and considerate. And the personnel were very friendly and courteous, offering their service for any and everything. We look forward to staying again!

I booked the hotel right before NYE and was pleased with the room for the price. It's was located on Roosevelt Blvd. and not a great distance from Downtown Philadelphia. The lounge/ restaurant looked very nice and comfortable, although I didn't take the opportunity to partake during my stay. I saw the cleaning crew, but didn't hear them much. That's a plus when sleeping in! I would consider another stay at this hotel.

My fridge didn't work there was no ice bucket in the room there wasn't an ice machine on my floor. The people at the desk were not very attentive n a little non sholant

The first two rooms we were offered had smells of disinfectants that gave us headaches. The third room did not smell, but had a major crack in the shower wall and the microwave oven was broken. Also, the "complementary shuttle" did not run on weekends.

Great hotel for the money. I am a neat/clean freak, and the shower has some had some mildew between the tiles that could have been killed with a good bleaching. Other than that, I would have rated the hotel a 5. Good location too. Right by plenty of places to eat and shop.

This is an old Double Tree that Sheraton just purchased. Several wall outlets did not work. A/C did not work properly. (Woke up to 80 degreees at 5:30 am and it would not cool down. Water in bathtub leaked to room below whille my daughter bathed. The manager ended up givving us a free night's stay. She is very consientious and I am sure the Hotel will improve. TV is new large flatscreen but remote did not work. The description on Hotels.com was not totally correct as there were not sofa beds in each room.

We had a great stay, clean and modern, only issue was the security of the parking lot, a Cadilac parked directly in front of us was sitting on milk crates the first morning, someone had stolen their rims and tires. The hotel itself was great, nice indoor pool, great service and clean. Definitly would recommend.

The room was nicely decorated and comfortable. The beds were comfortable to sleep in. It was nice to have a microwave and refridgerator automatically in the room. One complaint is that the heat/air conditioning unit is very noisy. The other is that the indoor pool is very small; we didn't use it because it was over crowded with young children. It wouldn't have been relaxing at all.

They allowed me to check-in early which I appreciated, but they had me in a double Queen room instead of a King. I requested they switch me and they did, except the room they gave me was another double queen. So I went back to the front desk and got a King room. It was small and the AC/ heating unit didn't work. I called the front desk twice and waited an hour and no one came to fix it so I went back to the front desk to switch rooms. This time they gave me a much bigger King room and a apologized and even gave me a card for a free breakfast (which is usually $10). The breakfast was average (I definitely wouldn't have paid $10 for it). The pool was nice and the fitness room was spotless with up to date equipment. My room looked a little old and the ceiling in the shower leaked. The hotel looked like it needed some renovation. I would stay here again.

The hotel tried to update but it left out a lot of details. I onto got two pillows and the bed was uncomfortable.
