Hilton Garden Inn San Francisco/Oakland Bay Bridge - إيميريفيل

I general I was very happy, but if some noise bothers you then you will not want a room facing the I 80 interstate.

I stayed in Hilton just for one night for my wife's birthday. I requested a room with 2 queen beds. When I got to the hotel they gave me a room with one King bed and told me that the sofa in the room was a pull out. I thought well it will have to do until I got into my room and say that my twin bed as a kid was bigger then this pull out. I asked for a room change and the front desk said sorry that they couldn't do that at that time. I then asked if there would be a room that would open later on and they said no. I understand that they were booked but the way the front desk interacted with me was not professional. I was not rude at all in the interaction but the front desk did not seem to card at all that they got me reservation wrong. In all the hotel is nice and clean, but the front desk needs to work on there PR.

I love the water, so I love the hotels' location.

We have stayed at this Hilton Garden Inn several times. Always pleasant, clean and nice quiet stay. Wish breakfast was included. Great location close to Berkley, Oakland and the City with out City prices. Will stay again for sure.

Hotel is located in Emeryville so it's really close from bay bridge.They have a good breakfast meal and free shuttle bus to Oakland airport.Shopping mall/Dining/Movie theatre are within 1miles from this location.

The only issue we had with our room was that it faced the freeway and there was quite a bit of noise from that. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

At the the time of my stay, there was construction going on around the premises. There was severe drilling early in the morning that woke me up before I intended on waking up.

Windows are not double paned, so noise from freeway is loud on the Mountain side facing 80 freeway.

The view was spectacular and the night peaceful. I enjoyed the hillview and beautiful Bay Area lights. My apple martini and salmon dinner was delicious. Can't wait to relax at the Hilton Gardens again.

Small room, small bathroom, a lot of freeway noise. The bed and furnishings say "Hilton" but the location (on the edge of a bad area) and the general condition of the hallways etc. says "Holiday Inn" or whatever this used to be before a Hilton Garden Inn sign was put on it. That being said, it was a good value for the money. One of the lower-priced hotels in that area.

Great hotel and even better location so close to San Francisco.

My reservation was made thru Expedia and I found out that maybe it is cheaper by a few dollars than going straight to the Hilton website and I got a room behind elevator which is a lot smaller than the regular rooms. I even asked them to move me to a different room 'coz they gave me queen bed and I paid King size bed and they moved me but still behind elevator different floor but the same size of room (small room) for expedia/hotels customers.

Jump on the freeway and right on to the bay bridge.

I liked the place and it was a good stay. The location is a problem ( Kind of shady) but that was compensated by the view of the Bay that I got from my room. Room was clean. TV experience was not so good ( just a very few channels).

Staff was exceedingly helpful both personally and during the conference. I was very impressed.

This was a nice hotel with friendly staff and knowlegdeable staff. Located next to the freeway for easy access to major cities and only walking distance to great shopping and dining. These have to be the most comfortable beds ever which assisted me on the much needed rest and relaxation that I was lacking. If only they would have credited my credit card back in a timely fashion.

Clean, comfortable room, decent flat screen TV, very friendly and helpful staff. My room was on the 9-th floor in the East section, but the noise from the freeway wasn't very noticeable. Overall - a good night sleep. They do charge $10 per day for open parking but this is San Francisco, other hotels were charging up to $35. I will definitely stay there again.

the courteous staff and friendly smiles made this hotel a warm and nice place to relax. the room had a very nice view. its next to the freeway so if you are a light sleeper this isnt the place to visit. I would go back. convenience to my friend and local shopping plaza made my stay very nice. I would likely return.

Hotel personnel was very kind. Room are confortable. Restaurant is excellent

great hotel missing indoor pool and jucuzzi it would be 4-star

Really nice folks working at the Hilton. Knowledgeable, friendly and professionsal. Good advice on dining, helped arranging a cab for New Years Eve and the room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Thanks for the noce visit!!

Their customer service was top notch!

We always like staying at this hotel, however, I'm disapointed with the cost of the parking cost for this site. As a paying customer parking should be included and outside guests should be paying this cost. The hotel does not provide any services to paying customers to justify the cost of $10 per night is too much.

This is a very nice hotel located in a very centralized Bay area location. As usual, Hilton Garden Inn does not disappoint. The staff, however, is iffy. But being so close to the East Bay, this may be the best they can do. For example, the wake-up call we requested was never delivered. Minor attitudes at check in. But that is pretty much expected in the Bay Area. Hard to get good help around here. Trust me, I used to live 2 blocks from this hotel. Also, I feel it is ridiculous to charge for parking at this location or any hotel really.

We were initially upset that they were the only hotel that charged for parking in the Emeryville area, however after complaining, they reduced the parking rate by half and gave us a free breakfast everyday. The freeway noise was not an issue even though our room faced the freeway. The breakfast was excellent. The room was very nice.

The accomodations were lovely. I had a view of the bay bridge and other than being next to the elevator it was very quiet. The upgrade to the bridge view was free, btw, so be sure to ask. The breakfast buffet was delicious and also complimentary for me. I don't know why they gave me free breakfasts, but it was a nice surprise. The only qualm I had about my stay here was the transportation. I was too far from the BART and got really tired of waiting on the shuttle. I ended up having to rent a car - and I hate driving. The staff was very nice & rooms quite clean.

Very pleasant hotel. Have stayed there before but room even better this time: clean duvet and very comfortable, adjustable bed for hardness/softness.
